I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Palma. A thoroughly magical stay and experience throughout. The staff were exceptional as were the luxurious rooms (suite!), beds, cleanliness of rooms and hotel and stunning interior throughout. It’s perfectly located too: close to all the main landmarks, shops and restaurants. A special 'thank you' to Camilla for her hospitality and making sure my stay was a memorable one at Can Cera and Palma. Exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

The location is fantastic. The staff are very friendly. I love the hamam. My room was quiet so I could sleep and the beds were comfortable. The bath tub is great too.

They charge for tea and coffee in the lobby, it should be free. The wifi was not super strong. There are not enough plugs next to the beds to plug in to charge my phone and backup charger. This should definitely be addressed.

The property itself is stunning and beautifully decorated and restored with many original features. Its a excellent location for wondering around the city, the Cathedral and water is also a very short walk away. Very lovely staff and it feels personal and attentive. Amazing beds , my only comment is it can feel a little dark inside. But loved it

The bar would benefit from some nice music

Very private and excellent check-in procedure with a beautiful restful home atmosphere with excellent friend of staff from Check In to Restaurant to the hotel manager, who is helping out practically himself. Extremely cozy and friendly and private and stylish with lots of space not overcrowded more like a home.

If you don’t want the room with view over the ocean, but like a cozy and nice place, this is perfect

The interior of the Can Cera was an oasis of calm. It has excellent air conditioning and is superbly located in the old part of the city. Both these attributes were keenly appreciated by us after a hot day amongst the hustle and bustle of Palma. The staff at Can Cera are both highly attentive and friendly and you can expect an informative yet warm welcome.

The rooms were a little dark, so better lighting. Could be a greater range of facilities

Stayed for 3 nights in September. Very warm welcome with a glass of cava and shown to our room which was ready early. Interest shown in the plans for our stay with appropriate recommendations and a restaurant reservation made for an evening we had free. Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good with seating in the courtyard. We booked the Spa which is available for private use, great sauna, steam-room and jacuzzi. Cocktails are served in the drawing room, a nice way to start your evening. A wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. Staff are excellent and you will be made to feel very welcome.

The location, service and staff were amazing. They have a small spa which was excellent. We had massages which were also great. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of interesting artwork and furnishings. Breakfast was continental with a great selection but also on offer were eggs done how you wanted. Cocktails are served between 6 pm - 9pm every night, great selection and excellent friendly bar tender. All in all a brilliant hotel to spend some time in.

Personally, my only issue was that our room had subdued lighting which I found a bit dark.

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were in an oasis! It is a beautiful property, the whole team made us feel like we were at home from the very beginning. It is now on the TOP of the list of hotels in the world!

The only regret we had was that we were only there for one night! We will be back!!!! (but much longer stay :-)

It was a wonderful stay! I've been to this property before and I've been looking forward to staying again, and this time I brought more friends and family so they could also enjoy it! We received welcome drinks right away, they were so pleasant and willing to help us in any way. I love the interior, it's a very traditional style, but clean and classic! The rooms are very unique and a pleasant space. The food and drinks are wonderful, including breakfast. I think of all our time in Spain, they made us the best Sangria of the entire trip!!

There's nothing that I didn't like about staying here! But if I had to say one thing...nope, not a thing :-)

The property is clean and amazing. The history behind the property and the way the owner designed and architected the property is wonderful. Once you get into the hotel you feel isolated from the city while you are in the heart of the city.
