Extremely convenient location near the autovia. All on one level, so great accessibility for me and my dog. Very good check in and entry system, which worked well after I'd managed to download the app, and worked out how to use it. Very modern. But if you can't do that, there is actually someone there On call all the time.

I would like to have a support on the wall in the shower for the shower head. Holding the shower head and doing soap was particularly difficult for me this time, as I had broken a finger and could not really use that hand at all. Also would appreciate a shelf in the bathroom to put things, like my wash bag and make up.Otherwise you have to put things on the floor.

The room was very large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. It was a good location for travelling to Santander from Costa del Sol. Really good value for money.

The only negative is that everything is automated so you don't meet any, access is through the garage and there is no key so either have to buzz reception to open the door or download an app.

Extremely convenient location. Car parked very close, so easy to take all dog's things into room. Room clean and comfortable, with coffee machine - unusual for a Spanish hotel.

Almost essential to have a smart phone, so you can download the parking App. Access is possible by pressing for help at Motel entrance, but better to have App access. More instructions needed for using the app to gain entry. If you've never used this kind of entry system before, you may need help or better instruction. When you know what you are doing, it works well, but 'newbies' may need help.

Everything was provided. Great stay lovely helpful staff. Carvin the Senhoritta that received us was very professional. The system of coming & going through automated doors into your garage then directly into the room and vice a versa was very clever, safe and secure We ate over the road good food, great value for money. Great stay all-round, in fact the best this trip.

The toilet roll dispenser that was fully loaded stopped dispensing we called for assistance and nobody came. Apart from that everything was very good indeed. .

I have never stayed in a hotel quite like it before and having read the previous reviews whilst we were there, our initial thoughts were confirmed as to what sort of hotel this is!! Having said that, it was great for a one night stay en-route through Spain to Portugal, it was very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. There is a basic restaurant across the road which was ok but very basic and limited food choice.

The check in procedure was difficult and should be explained more prior to arrival I think. Also it is unclear how you are supposed to operate the garage door which is very secure, but the door into the room didnt have any locks so it took us a while to figure out what we supposed to do when we walked to the restaurant. There is an app you can download to operate the door but it is all in Spanish (I do speak some) so a complete pain. I suppose a lot of people who use this hotel don't leave their room between arriving and leaving!!! 🤣🤣🤣

We've used La Siesta a number of times when travelling from Santander to Portugal. Good value, secure indoor parking, good location. The parkingdoor app to open the door is a good addition.

Booking in can be a little confusing with just the intercom not helped by my lack of Spanish! Heating didn't seem to working very well?

Couldn’t work out how to get into the garage if you were both outside so we didn’t go to restaurant across road from motel. Unfortunately due to us not speaking Spanish and the guy on the intercom not understanding us on arrival we decided to stay in room.

Normally I don’t post hotel reviews when just traveling through but for this hotel I will make an exception. It is the cheapest place I have been in many years but it has a unique concept and amazing value for money for the following reasons: - indoor private garage next to room (room entrance right next to car. Absolutely brilliant!! - easy to reach, located very close to high way - very clean room and bath room - nespresso dolce gusto coffee machine with cakes and muffin!! - very good quality bed - modern bad room with excellent shower - good, affordable and quick hot food through room service - massive and very comfortable big red chair :-) it is a unique and brilliant hotel for people that are traveling through. The price is amazingly cheap for what you get. More of these hotels around European roads please, makes traveling a lot more convenient!

this is a unique motel. it looks like a storage building. you are buzzed in to the property by someone you never see. they remotely open your storage door and you drive your car into your room. get out of car, open a door and there is your bed and bath. definitely no one can steal your car! it is quiet. a definite “must experience”.

Great place but in the middle of nowhere. only a truck stop near by with so so food. if you want interaction with front desk staff or other people, this is not the place for you.

Convenient location if you are on your way Portugal-Spain. The garage and the room itself are connected, so it makes very easy to grab your bags into the room and back. Coffee machine and some sweets for small breakfast. Huge TV. The bed was very comfy, and the air conditioner worked well.

Staff didn't speak English at all, so it was a little bit tricky to check-in. It wasn't convenient to have a shower because there was no hook to hang it.
