We stay here most times on the route from Santander to Ayamonte and back, usually 2 - 4 x a year. It's just a lovely spacious place - the staff are courteous and friendly and speak English pretty well. Even when you rock up in the restaurant hald an hour before service begins! So far we've always had a terrace to the room which is lovely on a hot evening. Best of all, it's uncomplicated and right next to the motorway and you can book half -board which makes life easy. It seems incredibly good value to us, plus they're pet friendly. Basically we really enjoy the place.

I really can't think of any faults as an overnight stop on a long journey.

Great hotel with good bar and very nice rooms.

There were 2 members of staff who were friendly professional and helpful. Sadly another 2 people were ignorant and unhelpful. The breakfast waiter couldn't be bothered to fill up any of the dishes so we were limited to 2 slices of bread between us. And on checking out, one receptionist was on the phone and the other completely ignored us. Only when we walked to the car and they realised that we hadn't paid did the condescend to take any notice of us. The attitude of these 2 staff members took the shine off what could have been a really pleasant stay.

Hotel kindly brought forward our booking by a day and gave us a lovely suite overlooking the grounds. Comfy bed, good shower, mini fridge, half board great value for the money – three courses and wine. Easy to find at the edge of town. Friendly staff. Dog friendly, and somewhere to walk the dog Breakfast limited, but all fresh and tasty. Relaxing place to stay for a night on our journey from Portugal back to the UK.

Only minor points but would have preferred a duvet (sheets and a bedspread) and no kettle in room.

Because we are from Uk tracking back home by car there wasn’t anything around the area we had to travel to the main town to find attractions .. the tv had no English channels and very hard to work out .. although I asked on the desk but no one on duty new how to change into English I have my own net flicks account but could read how to change to English I didn’t want to pay extra for the service if I could have in English … I had my own fire stick But there was no usb point to even use my own … that’s the only thing that was disappointing other than that if you speak Spanish it’s wonderful

Good location close to the main routes through Valladolid. Good evening meal included with the half board basis and included wine and coffee. Good buffet breakfast with a great choice.

The room unfortunately had a strong odour of smoke, unfortunately the previous guest must have smoked in the room or on the balcony and it had ingresses into the room. A shame the room was not deodorised prior to us staying.

It was at the edge of town. It was close to countryside which was ideal for dog walking. The room was comfortable & had a balcony. We were able to order room service for our dinner which was a reasonable cost. Parking was plentiful and free.

We were unable to use the bar as the area had been reserved by childrens party which didn’t end on time so we weren’t able to eat our evening meal. Fortunately, the bar staff were exceptionally helpful and offered to deliver our meal to our room.

Quality of room matching price. Meal in restaurant good value.

Rang back the next day to book another night. The staff who were speaking good english when we arrived in person the day before, answered the phone, and said they could not speak english and hung up on us. Hence we went somewhere else that night.

Food was fabulous and value for money. Will be returning with pleasure !

Noisy children in the bar which filtered in the adjoining restaurant making the romantic dining experience impossible. They were part of a wedding group and they ran amok screaming all around the bar area. Parents didn’t care and the two staff on duty had so much to do that they were powerless to intervene. Once the restaurant doors were finally closed, the noise was reduced but ever present.

The staff is very cherfull and helpfull. The facilities are very nice, and neat. The restaurant has quality and variety. You also can have a nice meal at the Cafeteria! It has plenty of parking and the area is very quiet.

It was a very warm night, for the end of March and even with the control on the minimum, the air conditioning didn't return cool air. If you want to visit the center of Valladolid it is too far away.

This is a more traditional hotel with friendly Staff, plenty of outside space, easy parking and close to the motorway but still quiet. A special word for Lucas who was working the restaurant on his own but brought our dinner out to the garden so we could sit with our dogs. Thank you.
