The staff was very nice and very helpful. I had to arrive 1 day earlier than expected and they did everything to make it possible. They suggested very good restaurants

A silly thing but the fridge in the room was making a lot of noise waking me up from time to time during the night

They supplied a nice comfy dog bed and two bowls for our dog which was a nice touch. We did not mind but €25 cost for the dog seemed a little high to us. Breakfast was great with a very good selection.

Walls are a bit thin. Car Park underground was OK for our smallish car but anything bigger or with a roof box good luck.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, the room had everything we needed. we paid around €90 a night for the room and it was definitely value for money. the secure parking is underground and very secure. The hotel accepted our dog as they said they would for minimal charge. Really clean, really helpful staff, great value.

The hotel is located next to a little park, which can get a little noisy, but that would only be as issue if you were trying to get to sleep early (10pm). but that’s a small issue.

Location: between university and the town center on quiet a side street. Shower: very good water pressure. Clean. Friendly staff.

Bathroom layout: door hitting wc, inconvenient access to bath tub. Aircondition was working (thanks God, it was up to +40C outside) but it seems as not really controllable by guests.

The property is in a good location, staff of reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Ana helped us with train tickets, and a male receptionist helped us with checking in and giving us all the info we needed. The cleaners came around every day and cleaned the room for us. Lovely stay!

A bit of a treck to old town but number 22 bus got us there and back for 1.60 euro a journey .. ensure you get it in right direct though.... we got dumped out of town and driver didnt want to know....

Everything regarding the facilites was great, room very spacious and comfortable. Great value for the price and what you actually get. The rest was fine

We didn't like that you need to pay an extra Pet fee and Parking, it's not very clear when you book that you will have these as extras. The rest was fine.

Good sized room...excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Great selection at breakfast and very secure parking. Lottie our cavalier king charles Spaniel was very comfortable in her hotel, provided bed...water and food dishes provided too. Top marks !!

Comfortable and spacious room for a single, with big bathroom and good facilities. Only stayed one night but could recommend. Although its not really centric, its very close to the train station, only one stop by "Tren de Cercanias" and just 10 min by bus to the centre. I walked back in the night after meeting some friends and it was just over 20min walk.

Could have been closer to the centre, but was good enough and in a quiet area. Good if you need to take the train early morning though.

Pretty good location, it's not in the center but it's close, just 15 min walking. Nice installations, my room was very good decorated and the bathroom huge. Good breakfast as well, It's not insane but it meets expectations.

The size of the single room maybe, a bit bigger. But it was fine.
