Location attention service food pretty much everything

I stay frequently in the hotel In general there seems to be a problem with many rooms regarding shower drains They just dont work correctly. Water gets accumulated in the shower. The water drains too slowly. This is not acceptable for me. It has happened several times and does not seem to get fixed. Although I have always been changed to another room that does not present this problem and personel was very diligent about this.

I love the fact that the hotel belongs to a chain of hotels with a social mission giving jobs to people that may be disable in some way. That is awesome. In theory 50% of their stuff are like that and they give them a chance to feel useful in society.

The staff at the dining hall during breakfast are too much on top of view removing used dishes from your table. While seems efficient personally it was a bit over the top. I would have preferred to be left alone until I ended my breakfast.

Really clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Heating and A/C worked well. Personnel is very, very helpful even though I spoke pretty basic Spanish. Internet is very fast (200Mbps down and 40Mbps up). Have some decent work space in the lobby which I find unique. Location is right next to the hospital which was my main reason for picking it but it is also well connected and have some great restaurants and one of the best parks in the city. Also the symphony, stadium, university are right nearby.

Probably need more power outlets in the lobby. Larger rooms can use some one more trash bin. Would be amazing if it had a microwave and cutlery/utensils.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable, and our family room was very spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful

Not providing toiletries due to 'sustainability' seems like a weak cost cutting exercise by the Illunion group. Also, the lack of a properly functioning fridge was a little frustrating

The staff at this hotel were so accommodating to our needs. We were travelling as a family of 4 with our twin 4 month old babies. We arrived very early as we came straight from the ferry at Bilbao. The staff allowed us to check in early, the room was perfect for our needs. They provided us with 2 cots free of charge and also we were able able to borrow a kettle to make up the baby milk bottle. Breakfast was nice, and it was no problem that me and my husband dined separate as the babies were sleeping in the room. We took a drive to the old town in the evening to walk around which is about 15min drive away and very prett! I am very greatful. Thankyou.

Good location of the hotel near Park Grande and outdoor swimming pools.

The person in our neighbour room was smoking on the balcony and it was smelling smoke in our room through the ventilation. It would have been better if it was not allowed to smoke on the balconies.

Excellent hotel in tranquil location, with easy tram access to the city centre. Fully recommend.

Not the hotel's fault, but the taxi company they use (Taxis Cooperativa) behaved irresponsibly, depositing us in the wrong location for a canoeing excursion. The company has refused to respond to communications about this.

well above our expectations.tea and coffee in bedroom, huge e room 40sqm,great breakfast if you are just travelling north to south in spain a great budget hotel. we parked on the street no problem,great helpfull staff.will stay again. great wifi

resturants nearby not great unless you get into spainsh eating times after 22.30 but we did not go hungry

We had a balcony overlooking the river. Friendly staff and an early check in. Very convenient to see Lleida. There is an escalator and lift to take you up to the castle nearby. Motorcycle parking bays on street opposite.

The hotel and facilities were great. It had a big room a separate desk. Very well equipped for business travels I guess.

The only downfall is that there is no parking ans youn have to drive around few time to find an available spot. Also the breakfast was Okeyish.
