The apartment location is next to the train station which means noise by trains Ps. the air condition should be checked while checking in

it’s true that the noise from the trains is 24/7 and it doesn’t stop at night. That’s quite bad. However, the housekeepers were very friendly and the room was bigger than I expected.

Very close to all things necessary for our trip. Very close to the train station we traveled a lot with the Swiss Pass. Small but good, kitchen with all appliances. Best price for the buck.

No AC unfortunately. And very close to the trains, when the window is open is very noise. Bit if you close the windows it's perfect, no noise. I thinks its like triple glass window. Ac its a must in the summer.

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. I loved it. Was the room a little small? Yes, but it’s exactly as described and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Size was fine for a couple. Can you hear the trains? Yes but they weren’t overly loud and didn’t affect our sleep at all. The facilities were great for its size (fridge, good shower, soundbar, TV), the location was perfect. There was no reception so I cannot comment on the staff, but this made for a smooth check in and check out without waiting on queues etc. The place was spotless. I cannot understand why anyone would need to rate this under a 5? You get exactly what’s in the pictures, you’re hardly expecting a mansion?

Maybe a later check out but besides that no complaints.

It could be a bit bigger so a couple could stay more confortable.

Location is very close to the main railway station, which is really convenient because I could walk to the station easily, even with my luggage and it took me less than 10 minutes. Neighbourhood is lively, but felt very safe and there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. Yes, you can here trains from the outside, but that is expected for a location so close to the station. Kitchen is nicely equipped and everything provided was more than enough - towels, soap etc. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room may be small, but it is nicely designed and I would stay there again on my next visit to Lucerne.

The premises is like 7 mins away from the train station, very convenient for daily day trips. Room was clean and they were able to help me out with my requests. Travelers needs to know that this is a usual apartment and not a hotel. Room is small, you need to be creative to know how to fix your stuffs. they have cabinets you can put your clothes in or to keep your other things while staying. Any issues, you can message them and they will immediately try to fix it.

Toilet is not furnished for bathing, water keeps on flowing to the bath floor up to the kitchen floor, so be very careful using the shower.

Hotel is very near to train station and cruise station. We bought Day Pass and made full use of the cruise to Mount Rigi and Mount Stoos. We bought salad set ,bacons and chips for lunch picnic at Rigi. There is also very cheap and delicious Erdem Kabap at end of train station towards hotel. Hotel will send you the passcode for your room on the day for your arrival. What we like most is that this hotel provides free washing and drying at basement of hotel.

The room is very small, hardly any space for my big luggage and my notebook. We room filled with butter smell when we tried to cook in day one. We stopped cooking after that.

Vision Apartments is around a 10-minute walk from Luzern station. If coming by train, after getting down, do not go to the front of the station where everyone goes. Instead, go down the stairs from the platform itself and go to the end of the under passage near the Platform 1 stairs and go up. It takes us near to the bike stand and the side road. Then walk straight which is parallel to the end of the station. It's a shortcut that saves time and distance. The apartment has contactless check-in (no staff present). During the check-in day, we get the code by email. Punch in and then you're in. The room and washroom, both have decent space. It was clean. It has a small kitchen and has all the dishes as well. A little grocery and cooking is definitely on the cards. COOP grocery store is there in the Luzern station which is convenient. No AC in the room, but there is a cooler which isn't that efficient but at least it is there. TV, soundbar, Ironbox, Ironing stand, small fridge, microwave etc are there. Even though there were no staff at the property, they were very responsive to the emails sent, which felt nice. Overall liked it.

The cooler isn't effective. It was a little hot at night.
