I had a fantastic stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne! The comfort of the room was exceptional, and I especially enjoyed the lovely balcony that added a touch of relaxation to my experience. The shower facilities were top-notch, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. The hotel's location, right across from the station, was incredibly convenient for my travels. It made exploring the city and venturing to nearby areas a breeze. I also appreciated the availability of drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch, and the abundance of eating options in close proximity to the hotel. Whether I was craving local cuisine or international flavors, there was always something delicious to try nearby. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Continental Park for its comfort, location, and amenities.

While my stay at Boutique Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne was wonderful overall, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The towels provided in the room could have been softer and of a better quality. Additionally, having the option to choose from a selection of pillows, including firmer or softer ones, would have added a personalized touch to the sleeping experience. Despite these minor points, I still had a great stay and appreciated the hotel's many other positive aspects.

Beautifully decorated room, very spacious, comfortable, great bed, good shower, great location.

The receptionist Mateo's service was bad. For 3 days we asked him to empty the fridge. He always said that the next day it would be done and it never was done. We gave up asking! We had the impression that he doesn't understand English well, because on the 1st day he said that if we needed something it was possible to buy it at the station. On the 3rd day he asked what we wanted in the fridge. Although we used different terms to make sure he understood, it seems he never did! The air conditioning made a strange noise every hour disturbing sleep. We also asked for it to be checked and the request was never granted. We found the reception service disappointing.

Loved the location and the hotel staff! Splendid service by all the staff we encountered during our stay there. It made the experience very pleasant! Hotel was also really near the train station so that convenience is a ++++. Overall, happy with our stay!

We didn’t quite like that to get to our room, we had to take the lift AND some stairs which meant having to lug and carry our heavy luggages over some (albeit short) but inconvenient flight of stairs. Also, the room was supposed to have air conditioning, but it didn’t feel like it at all despite putting it to the lowest permissible setting. However, we could open the windows to let some cold air in so it wasn’t too big a problem! only the noise from outside would seep in when we kept the windows open.

The selection and service at the breakfast buffet were very good. The extra thought with personalised Christmas card and car mini valet was much appreciated. We also really liked the mixed authentic Ticino influence and contemporary design of the hotel and especially the restaurant area and menu : )

The only slight disappointment was the rather uncomfortable third bed option for our teenage daughter - a slightly thicker 'topper mattress' would be better. Also having a couple of simpler menu options for younger guests might be useful : )

Fantastic location directly opposite the train station. Comfortable sized rooms with tea/coffee making facilities, free Lucerne Visitor Card for local bus & trams. Shoutout to Elisa for her friendly and efficient service upon check in.

Bathrooms were not well ventilated enough, leading to mouldy grout in corners of shower area.

Great, central location with Luzern Hbf only a 2 min walk, and the old town a short stroll away. The hotel staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. The room was a good size with all required amenities, and the breakfast was buffet style and quite nice. Finally, the hotel also has a roof terrace which is accessible to all guests. It was amazing to go up there and view the city skyline and the night sky.

The bed in our room was slightly uncomfortable but otherwise nothing else to point out

The initial receptionist was fantastic. She gave us great details on sites to visit and how to get free / included city transportation. Later, a different receptionist was not as pleasant when we needed help with getting our wifi to work. The breakfast was fine and the location is very convenient. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The wifi connection system could use some work.

The hotel is beautiful and very central. The staff were amazing and full of recommendations for the area. the reception staff helped us book a tour to the Rigi mountain and spa and planned how to get there. the breakfast staff were always so chatty and bubbly. loved this place and would highly recommend

it’s a top location near the station and boats and the city centre. The front desk staff are all very helpful with recommendations for tourist attractions. Catherine in particular was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Good location. Good parking facility but steep to get into. Very nice room - we had single rooms but they were adequate sizes and very comfortable.

The one thing that was not so good was the Gym - just two machines that were not good / not functional.
