We have dinner at the facilities and it was really good as well as the breakfast. The service was outstanding. We had a problem with the starting engine of the car and they help a lot to find the right spot for the car and help us with all the process. Very profesional service. Location of the Hotel is perfect to go skiing at Zermatt.

The bathroom are a little bit out of fashion but very clean and excelent shower.

Reception is not available after 7 pm. - Balcony is common for 3 rooms which is not a problem but little strange.

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable beds and rooms overall. Nice breakfast with gluten-free alternative, I just missed the omelette. I would recommend to stay there. Very close to the train station.

Travel card for train is not included as in all other resorts, but as we understood, it's an full area issue of all hotels. The city should change that.

A great location directly opposite Tasch railway station so easy to find. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. Just stunning! The staff were helpful and friendly. Dined in and the meal was excellent. Shower/ bathroom quite small but functional and clean.

Pillows were very soft. Like something a little firmer.

The buffet for the breakfast was really good. The room was quiet and the hotel is very close to the station.

The staff at the reception could be a bit nicer, especially when we arrive there after a long journey. If a smile is too much asking, maybe just a simple welcome or a friendly look would be warmly appreciated.

The location is perfect, just cross a street for Tasch train to Zermatt and next to coop n restaurant. It will be prefect if check in counter is more friendly.

Breakfast was do limited, just cold cuts and bread n cheese..those who didn't eat raw things practically hv to just eat bread n drinks only.

This hotel was great! We liked the breakfast, beds were very comfortable, the room design was beautiful, staff was very friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty, special thanks to chief and the service lady. Location is great, just few minutes from Zermatt on a shuttle train. You can take a walk here as well in the evening and see the beautiful river.

Yva was brilliant. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, despite being opposite the train station and on the main road. The food was good.

Shared balcony, but we were lucky to have quiet people staying next door.

everything was amazing. the only thing that could be improved was the duvets were quite warm but without them it was too cold so it hard to achieve the perfect sleeping temperature, but if I stayed more than one night I’m sure I would have achieved the right balance.

Stone throw away from Täsch train station. Affordable stay for travellers who are planning to visit Zermatt. Comfortable bed and has a balcony to enjoy the view. Very clean room as well. Very close to Migros and coop supermarkets. Our initial idea was to train in and out of Zermatt by staying in Täsch. However, we realised that one has to pre-booked train tickets online to save money on travel (8 CHF). We bought a return train ticket from Täsch at 16.8 CHF. We did not save much in the end.

For travellers with big cars: the underground carpark is very small and they costs 9 CHF per day.
