Location is great! Easy access to main train station and city center

The location is an easy 3 min walk from the train st. The room was excellent and a very good size but we had a corner room which seemed better than the standard room.

The shower is a nightmare with no seal at the bottom of the shower screen first night spent 30 minutes clearing up the mess on the floor rediculous,also the shower rail placement is in a stupid position,you could already see the damage its doing to the door and trims,which is a shame with such a new room xxx

Good location, a vintage building right at Bahnhofstrasse and adjacent to Hauptbahnhof.

Inside the building, the lobby is too cramped, there are different level at the same floor.

If you are visiting Zurich and looking for a hotel in a great location with a warm-hearted and cheerful staff, then you are in the perfect place. The hotel is distinguished by its location, very close and no more than five minutes from the main Zurich station. You can go to any other place in Switzerland easily and conveniently from here, and it is close to international brand stores, the old town, and Lake Zurich. The most beautiful thing about the hotel is the staff, especially the reception staff. I got great information about the tourist areas, how to make reservations, and a lot of useful information for me as a tourist. The size of the rooms is spacious, comfortable, and has new furniture. Everything was great and we had an amazing time. Unfortunately, ours was a short stay, I wish we could have stayed for longer.

First room we've stayed was luminous, spacious and perfect, except for the refrigerator, which stopped working.

We were located on another room, on 3rd stage because of the fridge which stopped working on a Friday late afternoon. The second room we were put in (despite being "sold" as "same category" of the previous one we were, was tiny, dark, with a malfunctioning air conditioning (just air, no heat, no cold). Mr. Ahmad (?) PROMISED to call us on Monday (tops) as soon as the problem were solved (changing the refrigerator seemed to be a huge major issue, apparently). I'm waiting for his phone call until now. My request and/or my problem was simply ignored.

The hotel was in a great location. It was right next to the station and tram, which made travelling easy. Great service & the buffet breakfast was nice. The hotel staff were very hospitable and friendly, particularly our lobby security officer, Sri, who not only helped us to settle in but was always willing to help with any requests we had, and afforded us friendly conversation, which we enjoyed. Thank you to the hotel statf for a great stay!

The bed pillows were uncomfortable as they become quite flat. Perhaps introducing thicker or more firmer pillows could be taken under consideration.

We have had an awful experience with our stay at Airbnb and rushed into booking this hotel! So we were already really upset when we stepped into the hotel and it was really visible! However, from the moment we appeared in the lobby till the moment we checked out, the treatment we got was extraordinarily kind and friendly. We got incredible help at the front desk, our luggages were taken care of greatly, the breakfast was pretty simple but nice- fresh fruits and cheese all around. I am not much of a review writer but I had to write that one down as I will definitely stay in this hotel and its sister hotels across EU happily! Highly recommended!

Duvets very hot on first visit but we were given a lightweight duvet on second visit.

Location was excellent, located right in the heart of Zurich next to the main train station. The hotel was clean and well provided for, and staff were very helpful in lending me an adaptor for the sockets which weren't the usual European plugs. The room was a single room with a single bed, which was perfect for my trip.

Breakfast wasn't included in my booking, but I paid for one day of it - it was okay, some scrambled eggs, sausages and pastries/toast, but wouldn't say it was great value for money. That said, you'd be hard pressed to find anything in the "value for money" category in Zurich anyway so not really a fault of the hotel.

The room was great, as was breakfast.

Lobby is cramped and exceptionally busy with people and stacked lugguage awaiting check in. Check in happens after 2 pm with front desk not checking if/whether room is even ready. The promised fruit basket and drink in the room never happened.
