We booked Adina Apartment Hotel for an outstanding price for the 4 nights. It sits in a good Location, there are some great choices for food and drinks in the immediate area. The apartment itself was clean, beds comfortable, fabulous pillows. Kitchenette was equipped ok.... Complimentary water would be nice. First Hotel in many years that hasn't supplied any. Found it odd but no big deal, as there are plenty of shops just meters away. The bathroom is well appointed with a lovely shower but not much exhaust happening. The water pressure is just a pass mark. The lifts are good, The Hotels Cafe is fantastic. We didn't try the Restaurant. Lastly, we had a wonderful view from our room.

Loved everything about this hotel. Unique, sophisticated, eclectic, stylish Perfect location A place where you can enjoy your stay indoors and out. No other like this. Beautifully furnished and captures an era of style. Will make this my choice when in Brisbane

Only critique cleaning 1st day - part clean - bed missed. Hard to miss that. Room not opened and cleaning completed Another day rubbish not removed plus minor replacements (Not major to stay, but important for hotel - check-list for cleaning & attention by staff). Personal preference for individual toiletries. Not keen on using same as multiple guests - better hygiene and safety on individual supplies. Will bring own next stay! Limited parking. First in basis. Parking close by, but not as convenient and can be costly. Having said that, the hotel makes up for this and would not choose elsewhere on parking.

Fantastic location, we could walk to everything easily. The cheese and crackers you can order for your room were very good, I totally rate those. Beds were comfy, variety of pillow types to pick from, the extra bed was good quality, aircon worked very well. Bathtub filled quickly, hot water did not run out. Toiletries supplied. We didn’t use the pool as we went to the ones at Southbank but it looked great and was never too busy.

The only negative which was mild was that the ensuite bathroom had a smell, it disappeared after using the shower for a while, so we just ran the shower on occasion to purge it.

We had breakfast from a handy and efficient little coffee shop right in the foyer. We were lucky enough to score a room (508) with a great view across the park and river to Southbank. The room was very quiet and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. There are many good, cheap (mostly Asian food options very near. The ferry terminal is within 300 metres and gives access to the excellent facilities and venues along the river.

I'm not sure if it is owned by the Adina, but the Japanese restaurant in the basement (Boom Boom Room) should be avoided. It is grossly over-priced and the "doof-doof" music belting out from the speakers was painful. Asking for them to turn it down was met with a blunt refusal. I had to yell to make myself heard. Ridiculous!

The apartment was new and well furbished. The personnel was very friendly. A pool was available, though cramped in between walls with some strange art above it.

The humidity in the room as very high, the floor in the bathroom did not dry even until the evening and the towles likewise stayed wet. Upon inquiry at the reception it was claimed on the weather (a bit hot and humid) but I did not experience a similar problem in other hotels at similar (normal QLD summer) weather, so I believe that the aircon had some problems. I later stayed at the same hotel in a different room where there was no problem.

The location right in the city in a beautiful modernised heritage building was really good, and we were able to walk most places or take a bus from a close stop. The facilities were good with a really nice pool and we enjoyed the ambience. We had a problem with the room, but the sign of a good place is that it can be fixed, and we were given another upgraded one.

The only minor negative was the overpowering perfume of the airfreshener in the lobby, but that is being picky.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows especially were comfortable. The room was also very quiet and furnishings were comfortable. All of the staff were engaging and friendly. Lastly, the in-house restaurant and bar staff made every effort to make me feel welcome.

I honestly can't think of a thing I didn't like. It was really one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I have travelled around the world for work over many years. Of course, part of the experience was enhanced by the people of Brisbane itself, very down-to-earth and friendly.

unfortunately there was a very strong smell in the lobby arising from the toilets, presumable something wrong with the plumbing. But our rooms were great. Location perfect. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Close to everything - casino, restaurants, malls. Staff were very friendly and approachable. The 1 bedroom apartment was beautiful - high ceilings, modern furniture, self- contained kitchen. No buffet breakfast available but there is a great little cafe in the foyer that makes great coffee and offers croissants and quick easy breakfast options. We missed out on parking but there is off-site parking easily accessible across the road at Uptown Shopping Mall which is cheaper than the hotel parking anyway.

The only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that we were on the 1st floor so I could hear the bass coming from the bar below. I didn't have a very good night sleep.

The location was excellent! Right by the bridge to South Bank. The North Quey ferry terminal is a short walk away. Of course, there is plenty of food and shops within walking distance. Upon walking inside, there was a feel of luxury. The pleasant smell made it very grand. The room was very equipped for a service apartment. We didn't utilise the cooking area, but it came with the works, induction cooker, oven, and microwave. The tea making and pod coffee was a nice touch. I love it when there is a small carton of milk ready in the fridge. The shower was very powerful and made it a relaxing stay. There is a sliding door to close between the bedroom and living area and 2 TVs too! The cute seating nook in the bedroom was nice, too.

The bed were very comfortable however the pillows were not. They were quite soft.
