Great location. Warm and welcoming staff. good size apartment.

Only one of the two bedrooms was Air conditioned, and the one without the air con only had a small window, so was quite stuffy.

The location is excellent; just a short walk to the CBD and Queen Street Mall, and an even shorter walk to the Botanic Gardens. Walking across the river to Southbank was easy as well. There was an abundance of places to eat close by. The view from the balcony was fabulous - river view. The lounge was comfortable and the deck amply large with a good table and chairs.

Although there were two bedrooms they were unequal to each other. The master was lovely with its own air conditioner and a fabulous view of the river with a very large window. The second bedroom was snug and had only a ceiling fan for cooling. Our apartment was right next to the elevator so there was constant noise when it was in motion. Although clean the wall paint was a little tired and scuffed. and there was an unpleasant drain smell on arrival, although this dissipated.

Great place to stay. Great location. Great facilities. Great furnishings. This room definitely ticked all of the boxes and has everything you need if you needed a long stay in the city. If I visit Brisbane again I would definitely stay there again.

Although it is far from a deal breaker, the only thing that I didn't particularly like about the room is that you have to go down 2 steps to get to the door and then down 5 or 6 more steps once you get into the room. This is only and issue when you're lugging your heavy suitcases into and out of the room.

Great location, easy walk to the mall and the botanical gardens, also over to Southbank, parking available early and after checking out There was a Bath which the kids loved!! And a balcony for our morning coffee looking over the river Would stay here for longer if we come back to Brisbane

The pool was supposed to be heated but was ice cold so kids very sad, not enough washing liquid or dishwasher powder Would love some bubble bath for the bath

Exactly where we needed to be in the city for a function which was right next door, safe and easy to walk to.

I was upset on arrival to find out there was no parking available onsite on arrival. we had to park next door. I like to be able to park and put the luggage in the lift and go straight to the room after driving. Although the parking was immediately next door and the staff from Oaks were extremely helpful, there was a misunderstanding about validating parking ticket (needs to be validated at Oaks on arrival) and on morning of exit I had to pay extra at parking exit, which now I am trying to get a refund

Location of the hotel was very central to Brisbane River, the shopping precinct, restaurants and bars! Our view over the river from the 29th floor was magic...we looked out over the Botanic Gardens and the lights at night across the river were pretty. The beds were comfortable and apartment very clean! The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for 4 people.

Not enough lounge chairs around the pool.

The apartments at The Oaks Margaret street are Modern , spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything even a washing machine and dryer , The apartments have a huge balcony with awesome views of the city and the Brisbane river pending on where your apartment is located , Your just a stones throw from from the city centre which is great , and also the staff are very professional , welcoming, friendly, outgoing and are always at hand to give you advice for what ever they are very helpful !! .

Location is perfect, CBD & near Botannical Gardens. Bed very comfy, love the pillows. Good size apartment, very spacious and great little kitchen.

As I am rather fastidious with cleanliness, I feel the apartment could be a little more detailed, eg. fridge handle, kitchen cutlery, fan in bedroom.

Everything! The location was perfect with a beautiful view over the botanic gardens and the river. It was just a short walk to the city. The apartment was spacious, had a great layout, and excellent facilities. It was clean and well maintained. The shower was nice and hot. We didn't get to try the pool and gym facilities as we didn't have time, but we definitely want to next time! The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was easy.

Nothing - except we wanted to spend more time here!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I was upgraded to a 25th floor 2BR with a fantastic balcony looking over the botanic gardens and river. Location is perfect - near great restaurants, shopping, public transport. Comfy sofa and bed, full kitchen, outdoor setting on balcony. There was even a throw that was perfect for keeping warm while sitting on the balcony.

Odd / unpleasant smell in bathroom when I arrived, but it went away as I used the sink and toilet.
