Location

No handrail on bathroom wall to hold on to when getting in or out the shower over the bathtub. Too dangerous especially for seniors.

Our unit had high ceilings and carpeted living area. The beds were comfy and the showers were good. I liked that they provided hand soap, shampoo and conditioners in refillables in each bathroom.

However, they should also provide refillables for kitchen and laundry - as our dishwashing liquid came in 1 small packet, as with 1 packet of dishwasher powder. Thankfully, we asked reception and they provided more. Also, bedroom 2 did not have aircon. There was a ceiling fan, and it does work to cool and ventilate the room so the kids slept well!

The broken lift for 2 out of the 3 days we were there.

We had a 2 bedroom on lvl 29 with a river view Staff were extremely friendly & went above and beyond. great location as it was close walking distance to everything. ( casino, riverstage, restaurants, convenience stores, bars, queen st mall) it Had beautiful views, beds were comfortable and room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It wasn’t over the top but I believe it was good value for money. views were spectacular. Parking was reasonable too & convenient. Would stay here again.

Lift was slow + balcony wasn’t huge but that’s clutching at straws.

Spacious two bedroom flat with ample common area, a full size kitchen, a large balcony, and in-unit laundry. The property also had a gym and a pool. The location was fantastic, less than one block from the botanical gardens, and within an easy walk to Kangaroo Point, Queen Street Mall, and the Brisbane Eye. To top it off, the staff was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful visit.

Air conditioning is not available in the second bedroom.

Great location close to shops, cafe's, restaurants. Nice walk along the river bank to Southbank, close to ferry wharf also. 1brm app was a great size the kitchen had enough cookwear and non stick which was a bonus. Balcony is a decent size too. Comfy bed and lounge area.

The shower is over the bath I find that annoying as water always ends up on the floor, or soaking the bath mat. And unfortunately I was unable to get river veiw, so all I saw were high rise apartments.it was also a sport weekend so I feel the prices were bumped up.

Good location & convenient; 1BR apartment was a good size for 2 people and was comfortable; bed was large with comfortable mattress & pillows; small kitchen with appliances & all relevant utensils; decent sized fridge; small balcony that looks directly into each of the surrounding buildings - all which are close together, so not a lot of privacy

Only 2 lifts for a building with 30 floors - meant we had to wait during busier times

Only one of the two bedrooms was Air conditioned, and the one without the air con only had a small window, so was quite stuffy.

Cracks and deterioration in the on suite. 2 bedroom - kitchen requires Larger frying pan A few plastic containers would not go astray for left overs and a sharp knife and sharpener. No Broom or mop to allow cleaning between cleans. Clothes dryer - filter kept falling out and landing on head every time I opened the door

The location is excellent; just a short walk to the CBD and Queen Street Mall, and an even shorter walk to the Botanic Gardens. Walking across the river to Southbank was easy as well. There was an abundance of places to eat close by. The view from the balcony was fabulous - river view. The lounge was comfortable and the deck amply large with a good table and chairs.

Although there were two bedrooms they were unequal to each other. The master was lovely with its own air conditioner and a fabulous view of the river with a very large window. The second bedroom was snug and had only a ceiling fan for cooling. Our apartment was right next to the elevator so there was constant noise when it was in motion. Although clean the wall paint was a little tired and scuffed. and there was an unpleasant drain smell on arrival, although this dissipated.
