The hotel is a budget Ibis, that means, is cheaper but at the cost of some services. There is no mini bar in the rooms, and the bathroom in the rooms is like a capsule (don’t get me wrong, it is not uncomfortable; but it seems like the building is just empty squares and the architect just puts giant pods that contain the whole bathroom inside (shower, toilet, etc.). There is no room service also, nor air conditioner (the room maintained a nice temperature though, outside it was 30 Celsius but it was pleasant in the room). The hotel es conveniently located just in front of a bus and a tram stop, and is half a block away from a subway station. So you can get almost everywhere without walking too much. There is a supermarket called “Bella” one block away and a huge mall called “Palladium” 50 meters away. The hotel has a bar and serves breakfast, but we didn’t try them. Prague’s old main square (where the astronomical clock is located) is just five blocks away, so if the day is nice you can just walk there (it’s a very nice walk). And Charle’s bridge is 10 blocks away (it takes you around 35 minutes to get there from the hotel, but is also a nice walk). There are restaurants (three or four) on the same street the hotel is at, and a couple of Kebab places should you like to eat something less fancy. Overall we had a good experience. We think the price was fair and the room was clean and comfortable.

There is no air conditioner in the rooms, nor mini-bar. Ather than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Location was amazing and even though we didn’t need this I liked how accessible this property was for people in wheelchairs. Also loved that after and early flight we managed to get in at a good time!

The room itself was a little outdated especially the bathroom, our bathroom had a cracked sink and broken shower head that fell on my partner when trying to adjust it’s positions, drains also seems blocked as the sink filled up very fast when I was washing my face or brushing my teeth. Tv remote didn’t work so we took it to the reception and asked for batteries to be changed and the staff member sighted when given to him. Also we didn’t know if the coffee and waters in fridge were provided for free and didn’t want to be charged extra as this wasn’t clear to us, maybe a note about this would help future customers :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this remarkable hotel! The location couldn't have been better – centrally situated, allowing me to explore the city's attractions with ease. The service was impeccable, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my every need was met. The comfort of my room was outstanding – a cozy oasis of relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly impressed me. I was treated to a restful sleep every night, thanks to the plush bedding and serene atmosphere.

Our only complaint is there is a note on the wall of the room that the AC 'cooling' system is off Oct-Apr. We arrived late at night and the room was extremely hot, so we tried the AC anyway and the fan came on so we thought it's working. Woke up in the middle of the night boiling to realise only hot air was coming from the fan. I wish the note was more specific. The room is way too hot to not have AC. We left the window open for the whole rest of our stay (4 nights) and it did not reach a comfortable temperature

The hotel was basic, food was basic but that’s what we paid for. If we wanted a top hotel with a big price tag we would have gone for that. We went to visit attractions so we didn’t spend much time in our room. When we were in our room the hotel was very clean, coffee machine not hot enough like you get with a kettle.

There was nothing really to dislike. We made the most of our break away. Only thing to complain about was the water was not hot enough in the coffee machine. But we managed. Breakfast was basic. We could have done with more pillows.

The location as described is in Old Town,3 mins walk to Powder tower and if you go further you get the old town square ,The clock and Charles bridge.Very close to the Tourist sites.As you come of the hotel on the right in less than 30 seconds you are at the entrance of palladium mall,one of the biggest mall in Prague.The room was as described it did not have a fridge and it was adequate,The A/C worked fine during the time we were there and we were on the first floor.We did not take breakfast from the hotel but visited the bakeries one opp Palladium mall and on at the corner of the street on the left 3 mins walk away.

Nothing much as I knew what I was getting into and what was not available, so no complains.I did not have any extra expectations.

Location is the biggest advantage right in the middle of the city. Room is not big, but practical, perfect for short stays. Everything was clean in the room and bathroom.

Breakfast was a little plain. Selection is good and fresh with average quality. Orange juice could be much better, it was on the lower class. This is not somehting to be saved on. Positive is that you can have a full warm meal, almost a dinner :-) The walls were lacking proper sound proofing, not too disturbing but you can hear some noice from the neighbouring room sometimes.

The staff were fabulous and location was fabulous. The room was exceptionally clean....one of the best I have stayed in from that point of view. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied.

I had thought there would be tea and coffee available - disappointed to find it not so. The room was a little cramped. Probably be best not to rely on having a drink on the hotel. The opening and closing times are not regular. We came back about 7.30pm on a Saturday evening to find it closed.

Good breakfast, amazing staff. The location was the best we could ask, it was close to everything by foot, barely had to use public transport. Even when we did use it, the bus/tram/metro was less than a minute walking. The hotel staff were very informative and loved to help us, they let us play the piano and the guitar near the bar while we waited to check in, made everything much more fun. highly recommended

The room could be cleaner. Although brekky was good, they had the same dishes everyday with very minor changes.

the window was broken and would not open the air conditioner was blowing warm air and the technician said “its normal” very scary entrance to the parking lot (in a spiral)😵‍💫
