1) spacious....for both its room size & bedding size (we checked into a double-queen with me as the only King)😜😜 2) all general/relevant room amenities & building facilities (as per described) were readily available & functional (eg. from stuffs inside the room to elevator service, security personal at the elevator lobby to room key-card access) 3) receptionist were "user-friendly" thru out our stay....a huge thanx to her (you know who you are)💝👍👏....too bad i didnt get her name🤪 4) f&b outlets were beyond my gastronomical believe....available at every inch of the entire apartment blocks, so long as your intestine could handle!🤑😎🤓

Nearby and walking distance to CP, Sinsuran Market, Pasar Besar KK & Todak. And then, ground floor they hv restaurant, pharmacy, McD, Pizza, dobby and etc.. i love the security there, it is safe to park your car in basement compare if you park outside. Just pay RM3 per entry.

If you park outside, u need to pay RM4 for 2 hours. There is some guy walk around and they will ask you to pay rm4 for 2 hours. At first I thought they are Municipal Council Authority. 😂😂 And if u use doby laundry, please wait for your cloth. Some of the guys lose their cloth 😂😂 a ladies stealing their cloth, at 1st we tot her is his wife .

spacious with kitchen and very good value. The staff are friendly and when you got here, you feel like you have your own house in the center of kota kinabalu, i couldn't get any better apartment for this price and location. You can cook or you can go for a food hunter at the ground floor, got a lot of food stall and shop. Shopping? no worries center point is just about 5 minutes walk from this apartments. Parking? no worries, they have plenty at the basement, only rm 3when you drive out. Make sure you go to the counter after get back from outside to get their parking stamp for discount parking fee.

The cutlery missing it partners 🤣, but yeah it acceptable, the air-conditioning need regular check up, because when i first came there the air-conditioning wasn't itself, it's still felt like the fan are more better in giving coldness, but upon inspection i came to finding out that the dust cause it. The dust trap already been cover with thick layer of dust, and i have to wash the dust trap then the air-conditioning get better.

Location was strategic.. Room was spacious and clean..Foods stalls, restaurants, mini marts, mini supermarket every here and there..left and right.. no need to worry about you will starving in the middle of the night ..Staffs very friendly and helpful..feel welcome!!.. Overall awesome and highly recommended place to stay.. Definitely will come back again👍👍

Guest with little kids whose staying above our room...run here and there..moving the chairs around somewhere..walking like a Giant..its seems like to be gempa bumi above us..🙄😏 Very annoyed and uncomfortable😤 sometimes its happened in the middle of the night..early in the morning too..😒

Stayed there for almost a month. I got the Deluxe Studio Room with kitchenette. The room was spacious, cleanliness acceptable, can request for room cleaning every 3 days. Staff always helpful. And the security guard were excellent in doing their job. Location-wise, great. Near laundry, bank and food court. Easy to commute via Grab. If you're travelling with your own car, parking can be a hassle. But the hotel provides parking at the basement. I had a wonderful stay there. For this price, it's worth the stay.

There were days when housekeeping service missed to sweep the floor. Dust was still there when I got back to my room. But other days, everything was good. I got the non-smoking room so cigarette odour was not a problem. Can improve housekeeping service.

I got two room. standard room is like any other hotel room they have. just nice and perfect. but for family room, room is very big. but it only has one small air conditioner. so the room takes longer time to cool. maybe if a fan is provided, the experience of staying there would be better. room is gigantic.

maybe install another aircond that directs to the beds in the family room. overall it is value for money.

We had our own space. It was relatively very cheap for 4 nights. Its in the middle of the city, and reachable to almost other malls or activities or places.

Housekeeping was not as frequent and we didn’t have it during the stay. We stayed for 4 nights, bearable but definitely needed improvement.

Location wise is superb! Not too far from city centre, nearby are surrounded by shopping malls There are plenty of eateries and convenient stores downstairs, i.e. 7-11, Servay Express, 99 Speedmart, Banks, Mobile Phones (Telcos), McDonald's (the first branch in KK). The unit we stayed was well maintained and clean. Bathroom is clean too, with hot / cold shower.

Promenande Service Apartment (not to be confused with Promenade Hotel) is located at Api-Api Center, which is a 25+ years commercial area. The building is old and not very well maintained by the management. Common areas (such as walk way, corridor, elevator, etc) are not clean and stink. But we can accept that, because we just wanted a decent place for a few nights and wash up.

Perfect location, convenient for food and 7-11 open 24 hours. You will never go hungry here.

The rooms can be upgraded to make it more upmarket, but it's fair for the price charged. The shower is very slow, complained twice about it, maybe they can fix a pump to make it better. Internet was very bad, so can't do much work at the room.
