Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful.

Music all night long. Not sure where it was coming from.

The location was great , rooms spacious and clean and beds very comfortable (apart from the sofa bed) Although lacking somewhat in the facilities one would get in a hotel and not as aesthetically pleasing as it could have been , I liked the small size of the property and its convenience to all the attractions on International Drive. The pool is quite small but was never very busy and I was always able to get a sun lounger. Also there were always fresh towels available. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful and I would recommend this property as a base for enjoying all Orlando has to offer.

The decor could be improved a bit, the late check out option was quite expensive and if I was being picky perhaps the shop could carry a slightly bigger range of items, there were a few obvious omissions IMO.

The hotel has great sized rooms that are perfectly sized for families. We're a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. With a kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, you have the space to dine in or walk across the road to so many different restaurant options. We were a party of 9 (we were travelling with another family) and managed to get table for dinner or lunch every day, without making prior reservations.

The floors needed a good wash as they were very dusty, and the conditioner dispenser wasn't very good - but nothing that would stop me from booking to stay here again.

The hotel is quite new and well located. The rooms are spacious and the staff are extremely helpful

They don't provide house keeping if the stay is less than 8 days which is a bit weird for a hotel stay! I need to ask them for clean towels or sheets and they will send me new ones to my room door (without interfering themselves)

Spacious suite with kitchen, comfortable beds. Location was great for us - close to Universal and across from ICON park. There is a Whole Foods near by with hot food bar and salad bar. Free shuttle to Universal (am departure and 7pm return). Friendly hotel staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

A slight musty smell in suite's living room.

Good place for the money that we paid, staff is very attentive and accommodative. Location is very good and rooms are well planned.

Shuttle service is not very useful, they dropped us to Epcot and then from there getting to Magic Kingdom became a task. Also, couldn't use that in the evening as timings were very restrictive.

I was very pleased with the room. I was travelling with my husband and our adult son who brought his girl friend. I wanted two separate bedrooms and the layout of the room was perfect. It was perfect with respects to location to everything. We stayed two days and then went on a cruise. I was recommend this hotel to anyone.

My Husband did not like that there was construction going on.

Clean place, nice neighborhood and location, great staff, good room layout, great shower water pressure, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was delicious

The sink drain was slow, Icon Park side of the building was very noisy past midnight, no shower/toilet vent fans, body wash dispenser was leaking all the soap out

Hi all, This is 4 times in senesta. We left sunday and we were there for our grandson's birthday for 8 days, and the staff was great. Love the location and love the hotel very clean, very friendly all the stuff I will stay here again.

The property was a nice location close to everything was in walking distance. Clean rooms .
