Decent hotel with really nice communal areas, good restaurants, nice spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.

The corridors were a bit worn and there was a mouldy smell there, and a little bit in the rooms themselves.

Right next to the hotel with shuttle bus easy to find - the bus departs as soon as you board so no waiting around! Check in is straightforward and rooms are clean, spacious and have good wifi. Pool is huge and pool bar was open for drinks when I arrived late afternoon. Restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and dinner was excellent with a great selection of good food.

The only thing about this hotel is its size - not an issue for me but if you walk the wrong way you could end up walking the entire perimeter of the hotel getting to the lift! A few subtle signs would have helped me (but I have absolutely zero sense of direction!)

Convinient to catch up on some rest between 2 long flights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was clean and relaxing. the scene of the swimming pool from the window was refreshing, the staff and the services were exceptional. The breakfast was brilliant and of excellent variety and quality. The vibe of the restaurant was authentic and welcoming I could have spent hours in there without getting bored. All in all was very happy will definitely use it on my way through every time.

The building and the furniture was a bit dated but they were immaculately maintained.

It's the very best location if you're flying from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Cannot get closer, yet when you're in the hotel, or even by the outside pool, you wouldn't know you're more or less on the airport. Great pool with poolbar really gets you in a relaxed mood. The rooms are large and quiet. Large bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Good buffets and friendly staff. Free shuttle to the airport 24/7. Great feature is flexible check-in 24/7. Good for 24 hour stay.

I decided to treat myself to the luxury of this place, thus chose to pay what they charge. But objectively speaking, one could call it a bit overpriced. Especially because the wear and tear on the place is beginning to show in the details after the almost 20 years it's been in use. It doesn't feel as 'fresh' as it did when I last stayed there 2 years after it was built.

The property are really closed to the Airport, The drop off service station is easy to found and within 5mins the car ready to pick us from airport and transfer us to the hotel. The hotel are big, has a very comfortable room, the staff are very helpful. We reached there by dinner time and they have 2x type Restaurant available, Japanese food & Thai food where the food are authentic and really nice. Our family were very happy with that.

Location was perfect. We flew into Bangkok and got there late at night and were flying to Koh Samui the next day, so had to stay next to the airport. It was perfect, and breakfast was fantastic. Note, they do have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but we didn't realize that when we got there so we ended up walking from the airport to the hotel through the parking lot - it was about 15 minutes to get there walking, not bad, but we had big bags that were heavy, so def. try to take the shuttle (call the hotel before you get there and ask where they pick you up!).

My room smelled like feet!

Room very good staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not good I went at 0530. And all the stuff was not good the coffee machine broke for another customer the Bacon was so hard I cracked a tooth and when I asked the chef for fresh Bacon he just pull out old bacon which looked like it had been cooked an hour or so beforehand. The toaster I had to put the bread through 4 times just to get it done. One person in the restaurant and he was cleaning no help with the guests.

Location to airport is great. Love their 24 hour policy for checking in and out. Staff was super helpful they had us sign up to become point members so we could qualify for a later check out time. Location is also close to train which allowed us to go shopping during the day.

Our bathroom shower had a crack in the door. It was missing the plastic seal between one of the cracks. We didn’t know or see this. My husband showered and water got out; it flooded the bathroom ground and got his clothes soaked. Luckily it was one day before we had to get on our flight so we were able to dry it on the hanging rope over the tub.

Biggest plus is the location of the Novotel to Suvarnabhumi airport, it was about 10 minutes walks from the Sky train ticket kiosk area, via an air conditioned internal mall building tunnel (no shops opened yet) straight to the Novotel. I understand the Novotel also supply shuttle bus from the airport if you wish to take this. Nice touch for complimentary water in room. Restaurant was good, but expensive.

Room itself rather dated, bath towels desperately need better quality towels, its so worn out and tough on your skin. Bathroom could do with toilet hose, as many Thai hotels do. At this expensive room rate, an expresso coffee machine would have been expected.
