The location was excellent the staff were very friendly and welcoming the breakfast was well run and as I required veggie sausages it was ordered with no problem

We had forgotten face cloths and asked if we could have some as the note in the bathroom said they could be supplied none were ever put in our room after asking at reception they seemed to be confused by the request. The windows should be better at blocking out weather noises we were on the 4th floor and on our last night it was quite windy and the noise was relentless all night so we felt like we hadn't slept all night as it is a tall building and the technology that is around these days this should not be a problem in 2024!!! we have stayed in hotels which are really tall and it has been incredibly windy or rainy and you would never know in your room holiday inn should look into this

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, there were only the two on the desk but they were still in good spirits and helpful. The food was OK, I liked that I could bring it up to my room having been travelling for so long all day.

I was meant to be in the Leeds City Centre Armoury but Booking.com meant that these were named the same (Leeds City Centre). It took me two taxi's and I was told I couldn't transfer to get to the hotel. Generally clean and comfy, but the wine bottle tops and hairbrush under the bed (spotted peeking out the edge) and the smaller towel with makeup mark made me wonder if it'd been cleaned well. Bedding did look new though. For one night it wasn't worth reporting on site.

Lovely size room, comfy big bed, great view of the casino which we didn't know was there so will stay again and visit the casino! Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Will stay again.

Leaking air conditioning unity gave it a wet carpet smell and it dripped onto bedside unit. Wasn't a massive issue and when we told staff while checking out they apologise and offered us complimentary sandwiches, snack and drinks for our travels which they didn't need to, we weren't complaining just letting them know it needed fixing, so that was lovely of them.

Fabulous. Absolutely could not fault the hotel at all. The staff were super friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Great location, only 0.9 miles from the centre of Leeds. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, clean, modern and had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful! Buffet, self-serve style, plenty of choice, food cooked fresh, excellent coffee machine...the list goes on and on! We complemented the staff on the quality of our stay. Would love to go back again!

I arrived on the 27th July for my sister in laws hen do, we only stayed overnight. (There was 16 of us) The staff were lovely, from the minute of us walking in the door to us exiting, the beds are super comfy, rooms are very spacious, we couldn’t fault it one bit, the hotel is a card only property. Breakfast was delicious, only a small selection but it’s enough for the seating area of the hotel. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre or a 5/10 minute journey in a Uber which are very reliable. Overall a very pleasant journey

Only really had one problem and it was that it was a card only property, but it wasn’t a massive issue. Little far out from the city centre but if you’re okay with walking it’s fine it’s about a 20 minute walk, the Ubers are reliable and fast also, about 5/10 minutes in a Uber

All The staff were absolutely brilliant. I was checked in by Christopher and he couldn't have been more professional and polite than he was. Very informative and also conversed and took interest about where we had travelled from. I was even notified about becoming a member for special rates at IHG hotels and many more which was free to sign up to. Comfy bed, breakfast spot on. Said you only get 4 items of hot breakfast on website, we actually got 5 and continental side too. 15 - 20 minute walk into town, one straight road, good location for the money and the convenience. Would recommend staying here as I will be again in the future.

The TV in the room didn't work on all channels because the aerial was not the best. The shower was not the most powerful but did the job. I did not say anything to reception about these things because they did not have a massive effect on our stay and what we were there for.

Breakfast is not spectacular but there is a wide choice, so anyone will find something for themselves. It's exactly the same in every HIE, so at least you know what to expect. Rooms are spacious, you have everything you need like hairdryer, ironing board, tea and coffee, air condition, so quite happy.

It could perhaps do with more colour and decorations, walls in the lobby, dining room and bar were all dark grey and bare. HIE in Stockport I stay in from time to time is all colourful and bright, so it makes it more welcoming, but this is just my personal preference plus it might have just been refurbished as it looked quite fresh and they didn't put the finishing touches yet. In any case not a big deal.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Got to check in early and signed up to the reward scheme which upgraded my check out time to 2pm. Breakfast was tasty and included in the price. The location was so convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was massive and so comfy! Had a phone charger next to the bed. They provide shampoo and body wash by Dove in the bathroom. Free wifi and connects so quickly and works so fast!

The air-conditioning in the room was a bit temperamental but the window opened which gave me the breeze I needed. Also the pricing of the lunch and dinner meals. A bit expensive for what you get.

Saw two specs of dirt on the towel and duvet. When I came down for breakfast on the Sunday all the seats were taken and I struggled to find somewhere to sit with only half an hour left of breakfast . Luckily two nice ladies offered me to sit with them but if they hadn’t I’m not sure I would have had anywhere to sit to eat and I couldn’t wait around as breakfast was ending soon. Everything else was great .

I was in Leeds to watch a concert by The Warning. Although we were a little early, we were allowed to check in, unlike Travel Lodge and Premier Inn, who wanted an extra £10. They were very pleasant and accommodating. The entrance was easily accessible from the car park, and lifts to the rooms were directly opposite the reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a great night's stay and reasonably priced, too. The staff recommended a nice pizza place to eat, and with a few hours to burn, we enjoyed a game of snooker in a club just a couple of minutes walk away.

If I was nit picking then the only problem was that the air con unit was directly above my bed. A little noisy
