Where to start. Our room (junior suite) was beautiful. There was ample seating with tables, TV, mini fridge (silent). Very tastefully decorated bathroom with both bath and shower. An enormous and very comfy bed with perfect bedlinen. Great views onto the quaint high street and surrounding hills. Breakfast was superb, We dined on one evening and the food was delicious. The bar was stocked with a plethora of good drinks and of course many fine Whiskys. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. There is ample car parking with free EV charging for guests. In short one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

Having to leave. It is a shame that the Townhouse is ceasing their evening restaurant service from January 2025. Hopefully this is a temporary seasonal measure, because the food was excellent. There is plenty of other quality restaurants and diners in the village to compensate though.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating and helpful. The building, because of refurbishment, was far more modern and fresh than we had expected. The facilities were excellent (my wife found the bed to be great, I found it too soft) and the hotel was incredibly clean. The breakfast was sheer indulgence (the small bowls of porridge are very large!) and the cooked breakfast was lovely. I would recommend to friends and be happy to visit again

The bed could have been firmer for me but my wife assured me it was perfect! The hotel exceeded all of our expectations.

The staff were exceptionally friendly/helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The actual hotel was extremely clean. The food was delicious and for these reasons we will certainly be returning. We stayed in the Junior Suite and at 1st glance the price might seem slightly high... but once you have stayed here and experienced the service you can understand why 😊. Definitely worth 5☆

There was nothing we didn't like. If I absolutely had to say 1 thing, it would be that with our Junior Suite being at the front of the building you can hear traffic noise. But it certainly won't put us off staying in this room for our next visit 😊.

From the moment we stepped in from the freezing weather, we found the Townhouse warm and welcoming. Tasteful decor throughout, clean, tidy, with friendly staff, it was all we had hoped for. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Being served at the table rather than going back and forth to a buffet was a welcome change, and the menu choices and breakfast special were first class. Polite, friendly service and excellent choice of background music gave a great start to our day. We'd highly recommend this hotel.

The room was exellent and had lots of space.The hotel is staffed with really nice people.We thought that the hotel was lovely and totally clean.Breakfasts were good on the first day,but the cook i think had changed after that it was not quite the same.We had dinner one night but i was disappointed with the Cullen skink because there seemed to be more potatoes than fish in it.My burger was a bit tasteless too have to say i was disappointed in the dinner.My partner had a chicken dish and she was quite satisfied with but having said that we will be coming again as it is a really great place to stay.

Staff were all wonderful. At breakfast, when my 4 year old gradddaugher and I arrived first, the background music was switched to the soundtrack from Frozen just for her, and the staff member serving us was quick to offer bespoke breakfast for her, and to bring it quickly. The room and all parts of the hotel were clean, warm and comfortable, with stylish touches.

The only thing I could find the slightest fault with us the small size of the shower room and the small size and strange angle of the tv facing the bed (room 12).

The Townhouse was well situated in Aberfeldy with good parking at the rear of the property. Reception was on the 1st floor as part of the bar accessible by stairs or a lift. The staff were fantastic easy check in and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal menu although limited with choice options the food was always piping hot and delicious. The breakfasts were also excellent and besides the main menu options there was always a different ‘special’ on offer. Again the staff were very accommodating and attentive great service all round.

Not much except our push down tap in the sink did not work and always popped up so you could not fill the sink. We informed a member of staff but could not be fixed before we left.

Breakfast and dinner are both always exceptional at The Townhouse. We are aware products are locally sourced and the dishes are beautifully prepared and cooked. Our room was cosy and comfortable. Everything is always nice and clean and the view is lovely. Staff are super. Always, and I can say always as we have visited a few times because of the high standards at The Townhouse. The staff members have also been the same people we have seen each time and this provides an added welcoming feeling.

We had a great stay! We had been visiting multiple places in Scotland this summer and this one by far beat others. Not only it was very clean, but selection of breakfast menu will suit everyone’s flavours. Each morning there was a special two dishes to choose from on top of standard menu positions (what a treat!!!). We loved the location and fact it is just a short walk to great book shops and cafes (if you wish to see the Aberfeldy itself) not to mention local distillery. Simply GRAND !

I loved that it was super clean! The bar/restaurant area is lovely and has a cosy atmosphere. The cocktails were also amazing and brilliant value for money. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, they are so attentive and very friendly!

The only thing that marked it down for me was the fact that our room (room 1) was right by the stairwell so we were woken up a few times through the night with people going up and down the stairs.
