Breakfast was excellent. Staff very pleasant and efficient Evening dining is very expensive and would have liked cheaper dining option as on my own so decided to not eat at all. Bar staff were very pleasant and efficient.

My room had very masculine decor. I'm not a particularly girly lady but I did feel it was a man's room. There is only so much a bed and breakfast is worth for the night regardless of the quality. I would make the hotel more accessible to a wider customer base at a more reasonable rate.

Location. Tamburrini and Wishart restaurant deserves at least one Michelin star if not two. We ate there twice and found it to be the best thing about the hotel. It completely stands out against all other restaurants (not impressed to terrible).

Size: We found the hotel too big. Its not for people who like a bit of charm. It’s vast and dark. Room: Ground level room was lake-facing but far too dark all day. Window not big enough. Dark wallpaper was beautiful but not suitable for a room that gets no light. No privacy as hotel paths crossed in front of bedroom window. Not worth £500 per night. Room cleaning was inconsistent based on a 6-night stay. Night table was not cleaned. Spa: Not on site!!! That’s terrible considering the size and space of the hotel. Decided not to use the spa.

Beautiful building and location. incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

For the size of the room it is very expensive. this could be compared to a hotel in the city which would give you a large suite for this price. the restaurant is also quite expensive. Furthermore there were a few small things such as dirty pillow cases that we had to ask several times to be replaced. Then we ended up changing them ourselves. for the readers information we are certainly not ones to complain.

Everything…! I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and attentive staff who made me feel like a VIP. The room was not just comfortable, but elegantly designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The breathtaking view was like a postcard come to life. The amenities were top-notch – the spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the fitness center was equipped with the latest technology. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of personalized service. The hotel friendly staff went above and beyond to assist with my every need, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions. I felt like they genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was perfect. I can't praise this hotel enough for its impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail. It's more than just a place to stay; it's an experience that left me rejuvenated and eager to return.

While I truly appreciate the efforts of your housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, there have been instances where the noise generated during their cleaning activities and speaking loudly has been quite disruptive. especially on the afternoon time. Thus has occasionally made it challenging to rest peacefully. Ensuring a serene environment for the guests would enhance the overall fabulous experience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request that you consider addressing the noise level generated by the housekeeping activities. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location by Loch Lomond. Facilities excellent. We enjoyed the speedboat and the swimming pool, plus walking by the Loch. Rooms were very well appointed.

We had dinner at the Cameron Grill, which served up a mixed bag of food. Some plates such as the filler of beef & the vegan apple tarte tatin were outstanding, but other plates were modest & options for vegetarians were very limited. It was exceptionally pricey & not value for money.

From start to end our stay was perfect There was a mix up with my spa treatment and Louise/ Karly worked hard to get this rearranged for me and then the staff at the Spa gave me a little ESPA gift bag My son lost his tooth and the staff made such a fuss over him and the Scottish tooth fairy that they gave him a Patrick the Bear teddy… All the staff were very attentive Breakfast and food was amazing The facilities in the pool area were the best … with a bonus slide for children and adults .. even we had fun coming down it!! We will definitely be coming back

The place is fantastic and most staff very friendly and ready to help. Douglas was particularly helpful. We appreciate him very much.

The waiter staff at the pub was not very friendly and slow at taking care of costumers; they will take between 20-30 min after we sat down to come and take our order, another 20-30 min to bring it out and you better not want or need anything else because getting their attention was difficult; one of us never got a beer she ordered and when paying the bill we decided to drop it at the counter because they never came back to collect it.

From the moment of arrival, to the moment of departure, the staff ensure that you are made to feel welcomed and special. And even when arriving after 5-days self catering in North Skye (and the loaded car to show it), there is no feeling of judgement - you are treated as if this was the place you were meant to be. We weren't quite sure what to do when we arrived, but the valet team in front quickly guided us through it while making us feel most welcome. We were early, so our bags were stored by reception while we were whisked off to the spa for our couple spa package. The experience was amazing and the perfect tonic to 5 hours of driving to get there. It was so good we booked back in to use the spa facilities the next day. We checked in properly and got a wonderful surprise in our room - champagne and a lovely letter congratulating us on our wedding and hoping we enjoyed spending part of our honeymoon with them. They also added two vouchers for signature cocktails, which was a lovely extra touch. The rest of the stay was seamless, and we enjoyed the use of the pool, the grounds and breakfast was divine. A special thank you to Tony, who helped me lug a bunch of stuff from the car so I could surprise my husband with luxury Scottish picnic. I would never have managed it by myself without him!!

Tiny detail, but it would have been great to have certain breakfast/dinner times that were adults only. Unfortunately there are always a couple of parents who think their children are entitled to sprint through the dining areas while shouting at the top of their lungs. There always seem to be one or two ruining it for everyone else.

Location is fab, and the facilities are great. Lovely touches (a special welcome in the room as it was my partner's birthday) and the staff all friendly and helpful. The bars and restaurants we went to were all great and the hotel shuttle to the spa was great. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, but does get busy.

It was great, and the following are teeny tiny nit picks - I think a couple of the things weren't quite 5 star - for example with the toiletries in the room, there was no body moisturiser. We also got a text on Friday night telling us to be at breakfast before 9.30am Saturday morning as the hotel was busy when we quite fancied a lie in.

The room was suspicious i booked a standard room with garden view and when arrived i upgraded it to lake view with balcony and it was very nice , the breakfast was really good , the location is great , a real luxurious hotel

Room was not clean and The bathroom was not clean, my wife had to clean it. I stayed for three nights without shampoo, shower gel, and tissues, and it was not refilled for the entire period. When I called room service and house keeping , no one answered, which made me buy shampoo from the market. I did not expect this service for the amount I paid, and the amount was large in addition The room was not cleaned well, just rearranged the bed , i was really disappointed
