Location was great as a base for exploring Loch lomand and up to Glencoe. I hsd the twin room, travelling with my son. It was Clean and comfortable. It was a 2 min walk if that to a Marstons pub which was great for evening meal option after a long day exploring. There is also a macdonalds which was great for an early breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were well stocked and several options. Booked this very last minute as refused to stay st another place I had booked in advance and so glad I found this. Hosts answered my booking immediately and met me within 10 mins of booking. Would recommend and will definitely stay again. Great value for money

Never saw owners, email how to access your room very impersonal room keys left hanging in lock of your room door so anyone could access your room prior to arrival Small bathroom not ideal for anyone with disabilities to move in Very hot room, couldn't leave window open due to outside noise traffic , people shouting etc obviously not the owners fault Very creaky floors, so if another guest came in or got up during the night guaranteed to wake you Don't like to complain about things unless it's something necessary these are just a few things that were on the downside overall good stay was only to get head down for the night while working so was ideal

Room was good plenty of space clean twin room. Very comfy beds. Coffee and tea facilities replenished and cleaned each day. Ensuite shower room was small but very adequate and very clean with good shower. Didn't see owner as initial key entry was a coded key then keys in room so very easy set up. Lovely location and perfect for what we wanted to do. Plenty choice for eating out. 5 minute walk to Loch itself and Balloch station.

Not enough parking space for all guests. First night was OK but returning from day trip the second eve had to park on the road. This was OK as plenty of space opposite side of the road.

Parking , Location it’s Perfect for Loch Lomond Area and Towards A82 for scenic route . moreover Hot tub bath was clean and very Good even in cold weather conditions.

TV and Internet connection was available but not working as router is Not in the property and didn’t work . Netflix and other option available on tv without internet not useful, Extra bedding duvet requested but not available there , Ideal for 2 couple or 2 person only not 3

The room was good for a one night stay, water, tea and coffee available. The bed in room 4 was very comfortable though the position of it could be tricky for some people as it is in an alcove with no room to get in the sides. A very convenient place not far from the harbour area with boat trips and the Shore complex. Plenty of free parking around.

Not meeting the host, it was self check in and no presence in the morning either. Small bathroom.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. Room was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable bed.

I could have done with a soap holder in shower for my own soap or shampoo . There was a provided bottle of soap in its own holder but I prefer my own unscented soap. Also there was folding seats in the cupboard but would have preferred a more comfortable small seat. I realise space is priority so may have been more difficult for a bigger seat.

Great location, lovely self contained cottage with hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and crockery. I contacted the property owner to ask for a fan (we got warm, sunny weather for our stay) which they supplied us with very promptly.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't the best as this seems to come from the main guest house, but this wasn't a massive issue for us and perhaps we didn't connect to the booster correctly.

The cottage is very good and the location is excellent. Very clean, lots of little extras included, such as tea, biscuits etc. Hot tub is excellent. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Only some minor issues. The bed is a "double"....a king would be better😀 The blinds in the bedroom are quite thin and allow a lot of light in, additional curtain would help. The wifi is poor and Netflix wouldn't work.

Beautiful little cottage, which was a short walk from all local attractions in Balloch. The cottage itself had everything you needed for a short break, and Cathy, who was a friendly lady, was only a phone call away should you need anything. If you are visiting Balloch, the two hour island cruise is a must do. The Queen of the Loch and The Tullie Inn are great places to eat and are reasonably priced.

The only thing I didn't like was coming home. It's a lovely, sleepy little village with lots of character.
