The property was in a great location to walk into the centre considering we had two children with us. Great with private parking as we drove to the property. The instructions were clear as to where to collect the keys and everything was easy. Great clean property.

The balcony door was unlocked and this was discovered by our 6yr old grandson, so that was very dangerous being 6 floors up and the key was missing, we think the door should have been left locked not open as stated in the folder,and left to the guests if they want to open it.

Apartment was beautiful. Fabulous location. Everything you could want was there. Beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. There was tea and coffee and a good selection of cleaning products readily available. All communication was extremely professional and the people I dealt with were incredibly helpful and friendly (Mariel and Jordan) We will definitely be booking again.

Not sure, but it appeared that the extractor fans in the bathrooms weren't working which meant the rooms got very steamy. A very small negative in what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Great space, parking was a bonus, short walk to city centre, two bathrooms was great. Well appointed, had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay again.

It's a little inconvenient having to pick up and return the keys to another location. A second set of keys would have been handy. And a mirror in the 2nd bedroom would be good.

absolutely spot on location! the apartment is located within walking distance of the city centre. The unit itself is in a residential building, but anyone I had come across was extremely friendly and polite, the place was clean with up to date amenities. One of the most outstanding experiences I had during my stay was the level of customer service from the manager Jordan. overall I rate this as a 5 star experience throughout! many thanks for having us and I’ll definitely be returning again.

Slightly annoying where you have to pick up the key but not the end of the world

I liked the location very much, it was central to everywhere we visited at Birmingham. It was peaceful and very quiet, which was what my family and I were looking for. Everything was well planned and prepared before our arrival. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will personally return again.

Comfort of bedrooms. Quietness at night despite being close to a main thoroughfare. Helpfulness of host.

Key pick-up from petrol service station was a bit of a nuisance for us as we were on foot. Not insurmountable of course but not great.

Very good location and exactly as described. Had everything we needed for a weekend away from home to attend a conference. Ample space and comfortable for what we needed.

Lovely apartment, in excellent condition, very well equipped everything you would need.Great location. Only slight downside, but it still didn't stop it being an excellent stay was the single beds were not very wide for an adult to sleep on.

Apart from single bed size, nothing at all.
