The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. We didn’t have breakfast, felt it was overpriced. Went to a place on broad street and had a lovely full English with refill tea for £7

Car parking for the hotel is expensive, we found alternative parking at the nearby fiveways multi storey, it was £8 for 24 hours

The room, breakfast and bar.

The parking is ridiculous you are lucky to leave the car park without a scratch to your vehicle and that’s with being over careful

During my stay in room 1002, I experienced a lovely, well-maintained, and cozy environment. The spacious bathroom and grand lobby added to the overall charm of the property. The onsite restaurants and overall amenities were outstanding. The housekeeping service was exceptional, displaying thoroughness in their work. The hotel staff, particularly Mr. Bhman, were extremely polite and welcoming. Bhman exemplifies excellence in guest service through his cooperative, ethical, kind, and efficient approach. This hotel boasts modern updates and a range of facilities. Its convenient location within walking distance of major attractions and a short drive from the city center makes it a highly recommended choice!

The receptionist didn't request my passport to verify the name against the reservation during check-in, and the noise from the parties on the upper floors was bothersome.

Park Regis is truly the most beautiful hotel in Birmingham. The staff make it extraordinarily more beautiful with their kind hospitality and service. I have had 2 events at their hotel, booked a room there and spent so many evenings to eat/drink and to chill with my friends. Sometimes I’ve been there to just relax and work in their lobby and I always leave with a smile because of how kind the staff are and exceptional servicing. I am reviewing my most recent visit which was on Saturday 21st Dec 2024. I had an event there for my partner’s birthday and I was corresponding with LaReina on Thursday 18th Dec 2024 - considering it was fairly last minute she did an outstanding job with planning and sorting things out for us. We checked in on Saturday and the hotel was beautifully set up (I really recommend going around Christmas time to see their festivity decorations) Their rooms are always clean and comfortable - you can definitely tell how they consider their guests because I wrote that it was my partner’s birthday so they did a little something and it was so sweet and lovely. In regards to the event, we came an hour late because we had an activity prior and so the kitchen stayed up later than expected to service us and we are so grateful! We had a lovely meal. Really recommend their chicken burger - my friends who ordered it loved it. The bar is stunning and they make your drinks so quickly and importantly - everyone’s so friendly. My friends and I had the most amazing time. Another memorable celebration at the Park Regis and I’m sure if I’m hosting another celebration again - It will always be there. No matter what you want to do , if that is hosting an event, having a meal or even working in their lobby - Park Regis will surely accommodate for you. Just wanted to state my appreciation to the staff - Kitchen Head Chef, Maneesh Soux Chef, Jamal Mahbu Ripon Albert Bar Kumara Franco Bebik Front Desk Matthew Alaa Aarzu Best wishes, Lianne

The location is good, and the fact it has a carpark is a bonus. The restaurant and food menu is always great when I have been. I like the fact it has a gym also.

I always use Park Regis for my stays in Birmingham. Ive always really enjoyed my stay and had good experiences. Recently the standards are slipping and the prices are increasing. Mould around shower. Conditioner by the sink and hand wash in the shower (bottles wrong way round). Thin walls - can hear next door. Lots of pigeons outside my room which kept me awake. Rude staff on reception - I always ask for a VAT receipt, and staff say it isn't possible to print one. But when I insist, they can. Service charge on every food bill and drink bill - even on drinks you go to the bar and order.

Clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Access to the parking was controlled by a keypad which failed during our stay. To access the parking it was necessary to take a lift to the reception on the fourth floor, then take another lift to the ground floor, walk out of the hotel and round to the multi-story car park, use the keypad that failed during our stay to get into the car park and then find the car. So collecting something left in the car took around 15 minutes - including returning to Reception to be let into the car park. Having said all of that the parking would have been secure if the lock wasn't taken off as it wasn't working and they had quite cheap EV charging stations.

I made the booking 10minutes before arriving as myself and young daughter were due to stay in a hotel down the road but it felt unsafe and insecure so I made a last minute booking at Park Regis. The concierge (so sorry I can’t remember his name) on the desk was amazingly helpful and even apologised for my awful experience at the previous hotel and provided myself with a complimentary breakfast the next day (which was a lovely gesture after such a horrid experience at the other hotel) all staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great, hot and fresh. Thank you Park Regis for being so accommodating.

No complaints

The hotel is beautiful ,the bar and restaurant are lovely. There is an in-house Indian restaurant Indus which is served in the main area where you get a £10pp discount between a certain time of you spend £25 pp or more, it was lovely. Our room was spacious and comfy and the bathroom had a lovely walk in shower with lovely Ritual toiletries.Staff are so nice ,the location is great right at the top of broad St. by five ways if you k ow the area, tram stop is just before the hotel so it is perfect .The car park is very secure the best we have found .We will definitely stay here again .

Couldn't open a window or slide it a bit just for some air, we had an executive room which should've had according to Booking.com, robes, slippers, coffee machine and White Stuff toiletries, it had none of these, asked at reception and when we git back we had robes and slippers, housekeeping should've noticed these little things, also went to get water from fridge and the bottles were frozen but while we were out it had been rectified, so they are spot on with it all, it was nothing disastrous ,

Room- nice and roomy enough for two people. It has large windows with blackout curtains. Bathroom is also nice and big with good water pressure. Elevator works really fast. Last but not least, the staff were friendly and helpful. Ms Marie Ann from front desk was hospitable (Thank you Marie for your warm welcome and help)

Car parking has very sharp turns. (If you are careful enough, you could still bring an medium sized SUV though.) Car park is not connected to the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage, park in Level 1 where you can have direct access to elevator or drop your luggage at the hotel first. There are only stairs from Level 0 to Level 1 where the exit for pedestrian is. We paid for the parking at the hotel. When we tried to leave the park, the number plate reader did not recognise our car number plate as being paid. So, we had to have a chat with the parking officer. I think we should have asked for a receipt from the hotel as proof of payment for car parking. Be careful when you go into the shower as it can be slippery.
