Jane and Ged are the most lovely hosts, very accomodating and kind. They have great recommendations for day trips in the area and even some spots further out that ended up being Highlights on our journey. You can park in front of the house or on the street for free. Our room was small but very cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful old house, lovingly decorated.

The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love but sadly there were no cooked breakfast options. For guest expecting a full english breakfast that may be a let down.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They offered us a better room to move to when requested, as the first room had a separate bathroom, which was inconvenient. The new room was big, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decoration of the diverse rooms was unique and quirky. The breakfast was good; they provided some natural options that we enjoyed. To be fair, we just missed the ham. It was easy to enter the building at any time with the key fob, which was handy and felt secure. The hosts also recommended some places to visit and eat, and were very responsive when needed. Jane and Ged made us feel right at home - super friendly and attentive, great communicators and sweet details (such as home-made cakes at the entrance for us to take). Both are very warm and have lots of amazing stories which they shared during breakfast (which had a nice variety of choices. Additionally they both have great tips of places to go in and around the area. The decoration had a bunch of small details and the beds were very comfy. We can only recommend stay at their cosy guesthouse - we know we will if we go back to the area! A big thank you Jane and Ged, see you soon hopefully 🙂

Really friendly host. Gave some great tips on what to do in the area. 10-15walk to get to the beach. Room we stayed in was as expected via the photos. We stayed in a small twin and we had a private bathroom only for our use. The host confirmed when we booked we were aware of this. There are other ensuite twin rooms but it was the last one due to a busy time. The room was perfect and comfortable and spacious enough for us.

Jane & Ged were exceptional hosts. The property is gorgeous, fabulous, quirky decor and very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and a wide variety that changed daily and the fresh coffee was delicious. Nothing was too much for the hosts, they were on hand to advise us of places to visit and good restaurants to go to and we were texted a list prior to arriving. Our every need was met and there’s a even a home baked sliced cake downstairs you can help yourself to complimentary. Bedrooms are again fabulous decor and beds very comfortable with luxurious throws that are so soft. Proper wooden blinds (jealous- what I want at home) and a good sized tv on the wall. Was great to climb into bed after coming home from dinner and watch a movie as there was Netflix available! The experience felt luxurious and pampering. The bathroom was on the small side but that didn’t really matter and the mirror in the bathroom was too high for me to see my whole face as I’m short !! There was gorgeous smelling hand wash, body wash and shampoo provided. There’s a fridge in the wardrobe and bath robes which is a lovely touch and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a Tassimo machine. All in all it was a perfect pick for us and we will definitely be back to stay !!!!

Would have preferred a bath sheet rather than a bath towel as I’m a little larger and towel was a bit small to wrap around me but it’s certainly not a deal breaker. Would also be great to have a shower caddy or shelf in the shower for your soaps and shampoos don’t like having to bend down to get more shampoo and you’ve got shampoo running in your eyes, but that’s just me and my foibles. Not really a negative.

Great location. A short walk into town . A short walk to cliff top and beach. Room was well stocked and very clean. A wide variety of breakfast items to help yourself to. Jane and Ged are a lovely couple and suggested many places to visit..one of which was Mudeford Quay (eat, drink, walk and chill)

Nicely decorated. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Friendly atmosphere. Great hosts. Did appreciate the face cloth as not every places provide them, as I often forget to bring one. Large varieties of continental breakfast with a British touch (crumpets).

I would have like breakfast to be available from 7h30 as at 9 am, by the time you are finished most of the morning is gone. And when you plan a trip for the day, it's nice to be able to leave bright and early after having your breakfast.

The property was incredibly clean, with spotless rooms, fresh sheets/towels and a very comfortable bed. The overall decoration was unbelievable, with amazing themes in the rooms that added a special touch. The breakfast was great, and the attention to detail throughout the building really stood out.”

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property—everything was perfect!

It was lovely decorated rooms and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our second room was very spacious and had everything we needed in the room.

Our original room booked was very small, which room dimensions was given when booking but I’fe never noticed before but could be emphasised more in description (rooms 7 & 8) luckily we were able to upgrade to a different room for an extra charge.

The hosts were super friendly from check-in to check-out. The personal service at breakfast was second to none. The breakfast buffet was superb, everything anyone could wish for.

Parking is extremely limited on the premises, although there's plenty of roadside parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. The bathroom in room 2 is a bit small, especially the sink, which was particularly difficult to use due to the cabinet immediately above it.
