the keep cleaner that nock at the door at 9 on a Sunday when my checkout was 11

The hotel staff were all so welcoming, polite and friendly and provided us with a fantastic service. Our room was clean and tidy and we had the added bonus of a beautiful view of the sea. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, with everything being topped up as needed. The dining room was pleasant and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Will definitely be back on our next visit.

Our room was lovely and clean with everything we needed and it had a lovely view of the sea. The bathroom was very clean and everything worked perfectly with some really lovely decor including a light up mirror perfect for getting your face on. We loved the bedroom furniture that much we have ordered the same to be delivered to our home for our bedroom. Very comfortable bed and a great night sleep...it was silent throughout the night and we was woken up by the birds singing and the sun shining through the window. Very friendly staff who were always happy to help and available 24 hours. 30 seconds walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the high street shops. 10/10 as the price made it a real perfect stay. I really can't think of anything apart from the lift was out of order.

First off ease of check in and the welcome. The receptionist explained how you could use the facilities at their neighbouring hotel. The room was on the 3rd floor. I had booked a standard double with breakfast but had got upgraded to a big room with a sea view. The heating was like being on holiday on the sun, but popping the windows open helped cool it to a more satisfactory level. The location is spot on for the town and with parking available at the hotel or two of its neighbours, its perfect. Breakfast was equally good, buffet style, but service was great and they were happy to provide vegan sausages on request.

There is little to complain about. The room was extremely hot, even with the radiator turned down and windows open, but when its -4 outside and you can sleep on top of the covers in the buff, then happy days.

this was a amazing experience !! Hotel staff is the most lovely staff . They are really working like a team ! And make you comfortable as much as they can ! even though it was very very busy on this heat wave days 😍 I really want to thank them all for the hard work and the good atmosphere which they make !!! if they will read it Daniel baby enjoy staying in your hotel !! thanks to Reception Joanna and Romanian girl on bar your are amazing 🤩 same as them manager from Pakistan is most welcome guy !! he will make sure you got all what u need for your stay !!! thanks for good breakfast to staff as well :)))

if u come with baby make sure there is small lift ! and you will need to Cary bugggy with you on stears

Reception staff were so helpful & accommodating. I was a little concerned, due to a few negative reviews. I'd arrived a few hours before check in & they kindly showed me the room & asked if I was happy. Throughout staff were very kind & helpful always greeting me with a smile. Room was nice & clean sheets/bathroom etc. Most of all bed was so comfy not too hard or too soft! The small room no. 350, (referred to by some as extremely small, in my opinion not the case at all can fit 2 people no problem if average size). I did upgrade to the seaview, beautiful view, however, not because I disliked the former room; I was given the option. I ate in the restaurant which is a lovely area with seating outside overlooking the horizon. Nice ambience & food was tasty & average pricing too. A bit too cold for the outdoor pool, (I require 25 degrees for that), as not heated but it's a nice area with loungers. The next door hotel (Suncliffe), houses the indoor pool which is lovely & a nice temperature too with added bonus of a tropical shower & a sauna. The ladies changing/shower room is adequate, however, I caught a sneak of the men's, (blame on chlorine eyes)! And much more impressive! Twice I attended at tea-time & half of pool was closed off for kids lessons so not a good time to swim/shower. Next door to Suncliffe is the Cumberland housing the heated outdoor pool with plenty of loungers. Perfect! Feels like you could be in Canaries/Algarve/Costa Del Sol where you can grab a drink from the indoor bar & sip whilst sunbathing! The pool is lovely. The staff friendly happy to charge your phone too! Toilets are luxurious & seating areas comfortable. The location is a few minutes walk to a beautiful clean beach. The aforementioned facilities included too & pool towels! Had I booked direct with hotel parking would have been included but at £12 per day I thought this was still an ok deal.

Honestly......nothing!

The hotel was clean , beds were comfy , rooms were modern , shower clean and powerful , restaurant was nice, apart from the black hair young girl on reception on Thursday/Friday all the other staff were really friendly! We used next doors sauna and pool, u can use all 3 hotels 2 had outside pool 1 had inside pool was small but nice for an hour ,I’m shocked this hotel only had 6.6 rating when it was much nicer then a more expensive high rating hotel I stayed at recently!much nicer ! The hotel gives a uk sea side holiday feel we really loved it 100% going back here

Girl on reception had a very moody angry face could of been friendly like the rest of the staff , the lady working at the restaurant that served us was absolutely lovely a credit to your hotel ! The lift was a little small and loud noises but that didn’t put me off using it

it was decently clean and cosy

the curtains are abit scruffy and the net curtain could do with changing but the place itself was decently nice and I would say I would recommend it for a short stay :) the shower I had (which obviously won’t be the same in all the rooms) only ran out the middle bit and not the outside but again I wouldn’t say that would happen in all the rooms I think that either just needs a shower head update or maybe I just didn’t look into using it right

Beautiful view, staff very friendly, breakfast was amazing.....

Lift was out of order having broken foot it was painful walking all them stairs. Had to go down another case of stairs for breakfast... Would of been great to been able to use hotel pool, didn't fancy going into nx door hotel to go swim.... Room didn't have bath which was a bit of a downer for me... WiFi could do with boost the TV kept loosing signal. All in all we will be staying again..

The pool was lovely although sadly there were not enough cushions to make the sun beds comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly and every member of staff wherever I was in the hotel greeted me politely with a smile

The breakfast was a little disappointing. I would have liked more fresh fruit available
