Rooms abit dated and most of the staff miserable

Great location with an wonderful sea view. Breakfast had so many options to eat. Staff very friendly at the reception. Can’t say the same for the breakfast staff very moody.

Don’t get fulled about the pool picture, is not in this hotel. Very inconvenient for my husband and I as we had to go to another hotel for the pool next door, which had as to be in the main road with cars crossing and with bathrobes, looking ridiculous. They didn’t inform us in advance that we have to go to the next door hotel for the pool in the picture.

The view from our sea view with terrace room was so nice & the terrace was a lot bigger than expected! The room was a good size as well & the staff were very friendly and welcoming. If it was sunnier the outdoor pool would have been great but we used the indoor pool next door anyway which comes free with the room.

Location was a little bit further out than the pier and the town.

The hotel was very clean. Unfortunately we booked through agent and now find from talking to other residents we could have had same stay at much reduced cost.

Our double room only contained eight clothes hangers although parts of remaining hangers indicated there should have been more. Suggest cleaning staff pay close attention to this detail. Balcony table rotted and odd chairs. No safe although other visitors having same accommodation had safe. Small details to some but having paid high cost was very disappointed and unfortunately compares miserably to our normal Warner basic accommodation.

the restaurant was fantastic - exquisite, delicious food and the service was 10/10, especially from our waitress maggi who was so friendly and attentive, she was excellent! also the restaurant manager (i think his name was enciso?!) was great too and very welcoming. also a beautiful view of the sea front from our apartment was lovely. the pool was also great and it was really nice to have this onsite and so close to the apartment. our room was also cleaned to a high standard every day which was a real plus too.

the bathroom in our apartment was a bit shabby and dirty with cracked tiles and a bit of mould on them, also a broken light - definitely in need of renovation and repairs. also the shower itself wasn't very powerful, but the rest of the room was nice. also the small lift was quite awkward for us. we have a 1 year old and having to collapse the buggy everytime we needed to go up and down was a bit of pain because the lift was so small, plus having to wait around until the lift was free to go down because only such a small number of people could fit in.

Breakfast was very good. Fully stocked and service excellent.

Should not charge for parking . This was a big negative for me. When patronising the bar and food . Charging guests to park is exploiting them in my view.

Nice clean room , large comfortable bed . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Lovely meal in the A la carte restaurant.. Hotel. alcohol prices average. Great heated outside pool. Use of sister hotel next door spa & indoor pool. Seafront just across the road.

Free parking only to guests booking direct with the hotel, because I booked through Booking.com we were charged £12 per night , which I thought was exorbitant &it was Limited parking ,had to park in sister hotel next door .. Hotel looked a bit shabby from the outside. Bedroom window & net curtain was filthy. 4* hotel,I did expect a fridge in the room.

Brilliant staff. Good size room. Mostly quiet apart from guests upstairs. Lovely view. The fridge in the room was a bonus. Comfortable beds. Plenty of wardrobe space. Nice size bathroom. Nice outside pool. Cooked breakfast was nice, and the staff there cleared the tables really quickly. Nice comfortable lounge area.

Wardrobe door never shut properly, nor did the bathroom door. Bedside cabinet between the 2 beds couldn't be used as drawers wouldn't open. Bit of a trek to town and beach. Advertised as fresh fruit but it was more like tinned fruit. We like a banana or apple with our cereal, but none were available. Tiny claustrophobic lift. It was good that you could use the indoor swimming pool next door, but we never liked the fact that one of the changing rooms was out of order, so men and women had to share. (Sure that's not legal). Luckily, it wasn't busy. Gym not much, but at least it was free.

The hotel is in a great location with the added benefit of parking. The public areas were very clean and comfortable, the pool and pool side was also very clean. The breakfast choice was fantastic, always bringing out fresh food and the staff were very friendly and polite. The bar area was comfortable and the prices very reasonable. Again super friendly staff and great service. The staff make this hotel- they are all incredibly friendly and nothing is too much bother for them.

We had a balcony sea front room on the 4th floor. The view was amazing and the room super spacious- they gave us a family room. On the downside the room was tired apart from the bed which was very comfortable and the bathroom. The carpet is tread bare in places and it just needed a bit of attention and a tidy up - attention to detail. Whilst not directly linked to the hotel the bus shelter across the road is used by the homeless to sleep in at night except they don’t sleep!!! They fight, shout and swear all night long. I fully appreciate the hotel cannot control this but I do think they should be working with right authorities to support and help these people in the right way instead of ignoring them.
