We were lucky enough to stay in one of the chalets for our upcoming wedding and we were very surprised by how well kept, clean, and big it was. The queen size bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the staff were fantastic! We love Nicky, she’s so bubbly and a credit to the hotel 😊 The chalet also had air con and heating which you don’t always get in a hotel room/chalet, and a variety of condiments were available in our very own kitchen section of the chalet. The breakfast was great, you could help yourself to a variety of cereals, toast, and other items as well as a cooked breakfast. I can’t have white bread so it was lovely to see white and wholemeal bread as an option. The cooked breakfast was delicious, but it could do with a few more items on the menu (hash browns, black pudding). Whilst you’re there, you have access to the heated pool which wasn’t far from our chalet. The pool was clean, safe, and enjoyable, but surprisingly deep (in a good way). Gorgeous, vibrant hotel with wonderful staff to match! We will definitely recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel to anyone looking for a getaway in the future 😊

Just a few things to point out, the drawers in our hotel room had no handles so we assumed they were push ones, but they just didn’t open unless you pried them open. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable even with the additional duvet layers, and one of the bed side lights was broken. I love to drink a lot of tea, and unfortunately there was only enough tea bags for one cup of tea each for a 2 night stay.

The cottages attached to the hotel offer a real degree of privacy with a lovely little patio to sit in and a kitchenette which has a fridge and microwave so we were able to buy food and cook a little. Also ordering food was very easy. The pool is heated and lovely with a passcode to prevent non guests using it. Breakfast was cooked to order and the staff were very happy to accommodate food choices.

IBIS had double bookings meaning they needed to relocate us, They relocated us to East Cliff hotel what was beautiful right on the sea front with sea views, What we really liked is that IBIS kept us updated on our booking and offered us to use there facilities during our stay, The marks given are for East Cliff Hotel.

Just a shame we couldn't stay at IBIS, a bit of discount to book with them again would of been nice.

I like the spacious 'motel' room and room facilities. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. While the hotel did not cater for evening meals, and my room had a kitchenette area with fridge and microwave had I thought ahead, Adi helpfully gave me options including delivery, and directions to Old Christchurch road with recommendations for eateries. I was called an hour after checking out as a cleaner had found my credit card in my room, I gratefully picked it up from reception. Really good, understated, customer service.

When I first booked the hotel I was really pleased. Then our booking got moved to another hotel, I was not happy with this but was reassured by the front Office Manager Nickiie Kachel, that this was fine and she was talking to the new hotel, I was then satisfied. I then had another message to say that hotel no longer could honour the booking and we had been moved yet again, this time i Really was unhappy, Nickiie sorted everything out and managed to get us back in the IBIS, she was excellent from start to finish, there needs to be more people like Nickiie, if it wasn't for her I would have been a very dissatisfied customer.

That Booking.com kept changing our booking, this needs to be looked into. Very unhappy how we originally kept geeting moved around. Thank goodness for Nickiie Kachel at the Ibis, she was excellent at her job

The room was very clean, just the carpet needs a small refresh. Overall you ca see that the refurbishment in the rooms is quite old, but the design make you feel very cosy and comfortable. The dinning are is marvellous, also the bar is excellent and contains all you need to chill after a hot summer day on the beach. The staff is polite, courteous and attentive at all time beyond expectations. Will definitely come back

The garden needs slightly to be improved as the furniture is a bit oldish, but after all is still very quite.

very clean and really lovely rooms! we got upgraded to a chalet which was lovely. had a little kitchenette and sofa. the beds are very comfortable, had a lovely nights sleep! The decoration is amazing! I will definitely will be staying here again.

the air con didn’t work but used the WhatsApp messages to ask how to work it and they fixed it quickly. I don’t really understand then taking £50 when you arrive, £10 for parking and £40 for nothing really then when you check out you get £40 back but I don’t really see the point in it. Also the parking should be free.

We were allocated an outside chalet and were able to park close to the room. No lugging bags up flights of stairs. Room had tea and coffee making facilities as well as fridge and microwave enabling us to keep things cool. If had stayed longer would have made more use of this for breakfast.

Swimming pool was closed on day of arrival and although open next day we did not have time to use it

Breakfast was a little odd. The room was empty with a few breakfast items placed on the bar. The staff were out the back, but did come through once they knew we were there. It didn't feel like a "restaurant" to have breakfast in, more of a bar with some breakfast items.

Good location

There was no pressure in the water so it was just trickling for shower, bath and sink. We stayed 5 nights and there was no where for clothes only 6 hangers and no draws so had to leave all clothes in suitcase.
