The sauna and hot tub facilities were brilliant, easy to use, and very well maintained. We also found the home to be exceptionally clean and would definitely recommend for friends and family. The property is less than a ten minute drive to Bournemouth beach and there are local shops around the corner. We will definitely be staying again!

There was a heatwave when we went, so some fans at the property would have been ideal. Also, I was not aware of a deposit to be held by the host til departure, but that was sorted out quickly.

This holiday home is spacious, clean and homely. The hot tub was a great added bonus for us and we really enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and 1 child. It is close to the beach but far away enough for it to not be busy. You can hear the nightlife at night but that isn’t a problem for us, we quite like to hear the busyness. Close to local shops and take aways. We loved it.

A few things need abit of an upgrade. The shower is very slow, sinks need a refresh (taps and plug holes), pots and pans are a little rusty which put me off cooking but we got a take away instead so no problem. And the outside bench isn’t big enough or comfortable enough to accommodate the amount of people that can stay in the property. It would be nice if the hot tub was useable whenever we wanted (not turn off as early as 10pm) But none the less these things are minor and didn’t affect out stay.

The house itself was what we expected and as shown in the pictures. We stayed for 2 nights and it has everything you need.

It needs to be made clear in the description of the property that to use the spa there is an additional charge of £120. We weren't in that much during the weekend we stayed so it wouldn't have been cost effective for us. The two bedrooms with the bunk beds were really small but the beds were comfy.

Key access easy great we had parking and shops around the corner and lovely clean and comfortable house.

The only problem was the noise levels at night from a certain time it would get loud and go on for a few hours so didnt get much sleep.

Place was really nice to stay at, the hot tub and sauna were brilliant we used both daily and couldn't get enough of them, place was super tidy and clean when we arrived too very comfy on the sofa and in the beds.

Sauna light wasn't working while we were using it but other than that everything was great there 👍

A great space for a family trip with teenagers. The hot tub and sauna made this very easy and relaxing. Enjoyed by all!

Not much not to like! There was a bit of a knack to unlocking the front door but easy enough!

Loved the hot tub and the sauna. It was a good amount of space and finished to a high standard. It was very affordable.

The lockbox was very difficult to get into. There also weren’t any of the supplies you normally get as a courtesy, e.g shower gel, extra bedding, extra bin bags, extra towels

Being close to the shops, Hot tub was brilliant after a long day, Great space within. Fully kitted out kitchen. Amazing deserts around the corner. Must Try. Child friendly.

Did get quite noisy at time from bars behind but if your a good sleeper it wont bother you to much.. Shower pressure could be better.

The property was large, clean and nicely furnished, with a good sized drive way and outdoor space. The bunk weds were a fun touch and all of the beds were comfy.

Although the property was advertised as having a hot tub & sauna only after booking did it become clear that use of these incurred a large additional cleaning fee of £120

The house was superb, just what we needed for a stay in Bournemouth for a family wedding. It is a little further from the coast so you'd still need to drive in and park (particularly with little ones with little legs) if you wanted easier access to the beach. I'd forgotten just how lovely Bournemouth was! The house was really clean, very well equipped and it was really useful having an extra toilet downstairs. Loved the social kitchen area and whilst the bunk bed rooms were a little small, the beds were not (given they are single beds) and really comfy. Having parking too was a great bonus. Didn't use the sauna but the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. All in all, this made for a very pleasant stay and the hosts were really friendly and helpful too.
