Value for money with great staff and good cleanliness

Good central location a few minutes walk to the beach

When we arrived the hotel staff very welcoming our room very clean hotel very clean lovely dining rooms... We went for breakfast the next morning and there was a confusion as I thought it was a cooked breakfast but it was only continental So was a bit upset But the manager I think her name is Mary went out of her way and cooked us breakfast everyday we were there I would recommend this hotel ..only been open for 2 months so far but I think better things are coming for this hotel ,nothing is to much trouble, staff are amazing anything you asked for they would accommodate you the best they can .... Thank you for a lovely stay and look forwards to booking with you again

Great location, only a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and pier. Staff very friendly and was told I could park my car in the car park all day free of charge on departure day, which allowed me to spend the day on the beach without paying crazy car park fees. Got the bus back M1 or M2, which stops outside the hotel, which was very convenient. Felt safe and secure in the hotel. Would stay again.

Would have been nice if a fridge was in the room. Curry smell in the reception area. Rooms a little dated.Although well priced.

Staff were really wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious and surprisingly really cute inside. Lots of mirrors and a lovely dressing table. I had a really good sleep as the bed was very comfortable and the room stayed really cool even in 29 degree weather. I didn’t have breakfast but I peeked in and it looked lovely. Great location with everything we needed within a very short walk. There is a bus stop right outside if you struggle with walking on hills or have tired kids that love to complain like mine. The wifi signal was fantastic and did not drop once, and there was loads of space for any laptop use. Complimentary parking was an added bonus! My son and I loved our stay and would definitely go back.

The TV didn’t work in the room as there was a signal problem.

Great location, maybe even better than the one where we usually stay. Room was of very good size, very clean and smells nicely! Double bed relatively comfy, could be a bit bigger. Availability of coffee machine. Bischoff biscuits that was consumed by my child in first seconds we got in :):):). Towels are nice and very soft!!! Friendly staff, good communication.

This all are all minor things: - Toilet was not flashing well; - TV remote missing; - Deposit for the stay; - Breakfast seems to be a bit expensive (cannot judge quality as we opted out).

Great location, a short walk to the beach and the main centre for food or bars. Friendly and accommodating staff (Preet was very helpful during our stay). The bedrooms were clean and spacious. There was sufficient parking space during my visit and always a few spaces available.

The bathrooms felt dated. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel as only a continental breakfast was available, would have preferred an English breakfast. Having said this there are plenty of alternative breakfast options a short walk away.

A good location and the staff member who checked me in was really friendly - they gave me a complimentary room upgrade which was really nice and appreciated. The main part of the room was well decorated, generally clean and well equipped.

Thin walls and squeaky beds meant that I could hear a lot from the next room - let’s just say they were getting up to things I didn’t want to hear! The bathroom decor was dated but functional.

The room was spotless and you can tell they invested in new carpets internally. I am very grateful for the upgrade.

A very hot room without air conditioning, when its above 22 outside you will definitely miss the air, but it's ok, they accommodated a fan for me. 20 pounds extra to extend from 10:30 am to middday is very expensive. Travelodge is only 10 pouns to extend until 2pm so you guys need to revisit this policy.

I’m originally from Bournemouth. Stayed in room 16, 8-11 th November. Close to the town, beach and shops. The room was very spacious and clean, with drinking facilities.

The property was fine. Would love to see perhaps more choice of maybe, juice or Soft drinks, with the option of perhaps sandwiches would be nice . With the big dining area you have. Just a shame some guests were extremely noisy at night time.
