Well what could we say it was excellent welcome from staff so friendly & accommodating,beautiful spotless comfortable room and the beds were soooo comfortable crisp cotton sheets mattresses were so comfortable best night sleep …. We had a lovely meal when arrived in the restaurant Anna supervisor so helpful explaining where to go & staying with us throughout making sure are stay was so pleasant nothing to much trouble…. Breakfast delicious fresh Hot … We were spoiled & Lee who was on duty second day was so helpful my sister was disabled & nothing to much trouble great staff …. Parking really good for disability right in the font easy access Thanks for a great stay your staff at the Hilton are credit to you

Upon arrival we were upgraded, the staff,were extremely helpful,the room was extremely clean,the breakfast was hot,cooked lovely, nothing was a problem, the staff at the bar after just ordering 1 round of drinks,remembered our order next time we went up,the cookie given us at reception was extremely nice,even the house keeping staff were extremely helpful ,we will be back ,overall our experience was absolutely amazing,well done to all staff for giving us a absolutely amazing stay .the reception area was spotless so was the toilets on ground floor .thank you all again for a stress free stay .

Unnecessarily and random messages from Robin, which weren’t even replied to when we had a minor query. Coffee (or any “hot” drinks) were tepid on each breakfast occasion - surely an easy thing to get right? Towels were replaced as required, but HAND towels were only replaced by single towels each day (2 in use) Extraction vent in female changing rooms of pool looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a while Otherwise a very clean venue throughout

The first person at 12 pm when we arrived wasn’t the most welcoming person to be honest. But at 3 pm when our room was ready the lady was really nice. The shower at the swimming wasn’t very powerful but the facilities were great . My bed sheet were clean but the under sheet mattress cover wasn’t very white We could hear the next room and hear them talk and listen to the tv I was surprise to learn that parking wasn’t included And the breakfast was too expensive I think

The receptionist was so kind when I told her we were a deaf family, she provided flashing alarm in case of emergency and we was expecting a fridge in the room as our daughter has medical needs and requires to store her medications in the fridge. The staff was able to provide us a fridge in our room at no extra cost. The swimming pool is small but perfect for my little girl, they also have sauna and steam room too. Plenty of parking at the front, room were clean and comfortable.

My partner took the pullout bed so that our 2yrs old daughter could co sleep with me, he said it wasn't the best bed at all and hardly slept a wink. My bed was perfect lol

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with the Self Serve Pancake Press a very welcome addition. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We had an unexpected welcome cookie and glass of prosecco which was very much appreciated. On the way home we booked again for next month for when we next visit Bristol looking the to try out the pool. The 12noon check out meant we could truly relax in the morning. We loved our stay and looking forward to returning next month

The parking charge is quite steep, I appreciate it's discounted but as staying overnight i do feel the parking charge could be waivered as I'm not sure where else people could park. This would be my only criticism as we have stayed places within a public car park but overnight guests were not charged a parking fee With regards to the room an addition of a mini fridge would have been advantageous

The reception area looked lovely, fresh, and inviting. The room could do with being decorated to the same standard as the reception area, but I guess that then puts the price up. We generally had a good stay with comfortable clean rooms. Reception staff were friendly, and it was a lovely touch with a free, warm cookie when checking in. It was in a quiet area close to the M5, so it was great to get back on journey quickly the next day.

Having to pay additional cost for car parking when it was quite pricey for the cost of the room in the first place. We didn't have breakfast, but for £17 per person, we felt that this was too expensive.

During our staycation, we found that all the family rooms were fully booked, so we had to reserve two rooms instead. However, upon arrival, we discovered that both rooms had enough space for my junior-aged children. I requested to pay for just one room and have an extra bed added, rather than booking two separate rooms. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed us that the system was unable to accommodate this request due to its configuration. In the end, we ended up paying £270 for two rooms, plus an additional £52 for breakfast, £35 per dog, and £8 for parking, making it quite costly for a last-minute one-day stay for our family.

I like the room was so big nice view coffee was lovely the bed was huge and super comfy Heated pool was amazing also the sauna and all the ages were welcomed so my son enjoyed it very well Welcome cookie was delicious Nice coffee and desserts in the reception area

The air conditioner/heater doesn’t work correctly Bathroom little bit old No one is answering the phone Reception guys one was so friendly and the other one was rude There was no bill man No lift

Staff were brilliant, welcoming and efficient. Breakfast impressive. Free bottle of wine, perhaps cos air con not working!

Just nitpicking but air conditioning not working so had to go to reception to report and they very quickly carried a portable fan to our room. Shower head broken. Got a bottle of wine in room, but had no idea if was complimentary or chargeable, so another trip to reception to ask which it was. Apparently they choose ten rooms which get a free bottle. Pizza in restaurant very average, son and I both gave up on it. Prawn cocktail was delish.
