Bathroom tiles uneven and cracked, hidden by bath mat and shower head wouldn't stay in place. Minor things in what is a comfortable apartment. Thank you.

The flat was very spacious and had everything that we needed. There was free parking behind the property which was secure and a bonus when staying in Cardiff. Location was excellent for walking into the city through Bute Park and very close to the cricket ground.

The only recommendation would be a better shower - this one worked off the taps.

It was a lovely apartment, but bathroom floor tiles were broken. Other than this the apartment was clean we were left with milk, butter, bread, tea,coffee and sugar. The bed was comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Host was very responsive when I could not find apartment.

We were a bit put off when we were unpacking car in front of the apartment and there was a rat that walked across next doors door step and towards the path in Broad daily light no signs of this at this apartment but put us off the area of the apartment.

The flat was very spacious, comfortable and in a great position for us. Being very close to Bute Park we had lovely walks to the Castle and city and could also walk to the Cathedral to the North. The secure car park to the rear of the property was a great bonus. With plenty of eating places, small supermarkets, coffee shops nearby and a wonderful bakery just up the road we had plenty of choice for both eating out or in.

It was worth to price. Apartment’s hall is more than enough big. I stayed with my 2 year old son and wife and my 2 year son enjoyed lot. Apartment is road front so you can enjoy roadside view. Apartment was clean enough. Kitchen is well equipped with all required utensil. Cooling and heating fans are available.

Broken floor in bathroom. It could have been better if property owner/ care taker can provide basic items like body wash small packets and shampoo.

Very spacious, clean apartment in walking distance of the city centre. Equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Central heating/hot water very efficient [needed in January]. There was also an electric fire in the sitting room if needed. Free car parking space was a bonus. The owner was easy to contact and very obliging about our request for a slightly earlier arrival. Full details about the property and how to access the keys were sent the week before our stay. Good WiFi. We knew this was an attic apartment accessed by stairs, so were pleased that these were wide with good stair rails, making them relatively easy to climb whilst carrying luggage. [This might not be the apartment for those less mobile].

The bathroom fittings are a bit tired; sealant needs attention and the bath taps could do with securing or replacing. The oven was fine to use but could've been cleaner.

The bathroom was in shocking condition.

Location was excellent.

In the search with Booking.com it said it was suitable for a family of x5, ie x2 adults and x3 children, however after messaging the owner after booking confirmation I found it wasn’t so I had to take a fold out mattress down with me. No fault of the owner at all, but booking.com was very misleading.

Beautiful period property just outside centre of town, gorgeous victiorian hall and the apartment was lovely and spacious. The lovely host left tea, coffee, fresh milk, butter and bread for toast, this is such a lovely warm touch that shows they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Let me check in at 2.30pm and the apartment was absolutely spotless. We'll definitely be back again.

There was nothing, we had the best night and remembered the door code even though we were extremely merry!
