Quick & easy check in Tidy Room Comftable Bed

Was very hot in the room (CLUB ROOM) could not open the window as there was no lever on there to open it there was a fan but was very wobbly and not the best could not higher or lower it as I tried so I had 2 unsettled nights due to how muggy it was also The safe was locked I did tell someone on reception and was told housekeeping would come and sort it for me but no one came also would be great to have differant food menues as they are they same every day for lunch & evening time meals maybe try a differant menue for eitheir lunch or the evening meals instead of the same menue for both every day

Quick & easy check in Clean & tidy big rooms and staff were very nice and friendly will definitely come and stay again soon x

Just food menu it’s always the same nothing different on there it would be nice to see something different every now & then or on certain days / weekend x I have the same thing every time I attend as nothing else really takes my fancy ( maybe ime just a fussy eater )

We loved our stay at this hotel . It was so clean everywhere you went in the bar and restaurant and toilet. The rooms were fresh and very clean, smelling. The only thing was our bed was too soft for us and the room felt cool. He had issues with the TV timing out and therefore kept going off, but it was very late, so we didn't report the issue . The other roo. The temperature was cool, we didnt ask anyone to fix it. . I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It was a pleasure to stay there and they gave us a nice time.

Bed to soft No guidance book in the hotel rooms linked to the heating.

Breakfast was great Check in staff great Pool staff fab and let my son in even though the pool closed in 20mins for children, I had told him it was 9pm as nowhere in the emails I’d received had it said 7pm for under 16s- this made his day! Great location for the attractions we were visiting for the weekend! Thank you ☺️

Was disappointed with the room refresh, we stayed 2 nights so didn’t need room cleaned or towels etc, really good system of the door hangers, our bin was full and we needed more tea making items as not many for 3 people, they left tea bags and changed bin however no new toilet roll, biscuits not added and the 3 dirty cups and teaspoons were not changed, meaning I washed them in the bathroom sink which was a little disappointing! Also, very unfortunate as I know it is probably essential, but lots of buildings works going on so the front of the hotel, reception area and car park doesn’t look welcoming or aesthetically pleasing!

Location and hotel is beautiful .

Fewer points only for the staff because we were charged twice for parking, even though it didn’t happen the first time. It seems the charges depend on their mood and who they’re serving—some guests are charged, others are not. A couple next to us booked the exact same thing through Booking.com, and I overheard the other receptionist telling them, “Don’t worry about parking charges.” But when we asked, we were told there would be a fee. People like that should not be working at the reception. Some of them gave off an unwelcoming vibe—maybe they should wear different colored uniforms to reflect their roles or attitudes.

Everything other than the house keeping team

House keeping staff lacks etiquette, a lady knocked at the door and didn’t wait for an answer before opening the door with her keys, what if we were having an intimate moment. It happened again the next day, we had booked check out to be extended to 1pm but house keeping team members were not informed. A lady came in to tell us it was time to check out at past 11am, meanwhile the ideal check out time is 12pm. She knocked at the door didn’t wait for a response, she just opened the door and came in. That’s was so rude. These people need to be trained about the concept of ‘Privacy’ and its essence, especially in a Hotel room.

The staff so friendly as you walk in , also reception looks beautiful, we go alot sometimes because music on close by the civic hall, other times to chill out over looking the beautiful waterfront special when lit up at night , beautiful room large comfortably as all comforts of shower gels hand wash , shampoos etc beautiful bathroom with power shower, biscuits just always perfect stay as always have waterfront view amazing hotel as own restaurant for you breakfast and meals and lovely bar to have drinks as swimming pool Spa, gym everything you need love this hotel and friendly staff.

Good location and very clean

We all provisionally booked our rooms together when we come to confirm bookings theirs had reduced in price and my sisters not only reduced but she bad breakfast included. Before I confirmed mine I checked and my room had actually gone up in price. I just think room prices and inclusion of breakfast should be the same. We had three rooms between us and the rates/tariff were completely different. We would not hesitate coming back as we have family in the area, but we want to feel we are getting the best deal. When i queried with hotel they said there was nothing they could do! I though maybe a good will gesture of breakfast would have been nice 🤔

I loved the room, it was large with a beautiful bathroom, your normal facilities like tea, coffee, tv.. it was nice.. the bar and restaurant was nice but I would say it was a bit overpriced for what you got, but most of the food was nice except for the burger that I had, the stuff on the burger was nice but the chicken was way over done and dry, but other than that it was really nice.. I would say to just go to eat central in merry hill or go to weatherspoons over the road.. the swimming pool was nice and warm, also they had a hot tub which was nice.. we had a massage which was really nice, would definitely go and have one again.. overall really great stay, would recommend..

not much I didn't like, the only thing I would say is that the food was a little overpriced for what it was and the chicken burger that I had was dry and over done but everything else was amazing..

The two rooms we were allocated were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Excellent choice to suit all tastes. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman on reception who moved us to a quieter room when the disco started.

It was Christmas time, so people had booked Christmas parties. Unfortunately, our room was just above the entertainment. When the music started, we thought we were in the disco. Our little grandson could not go to sleep. I went down to reception and explained the situation, and without any fuss, the receptionist found us a quieter room
