Perfect location, 5 min walk to the train station. Lots of bus and tram stops just outside. Great views of the castle and park. Nicely furnished and clean, kitchen has everything you need and good quality neff appliances.
There are a few things that could be improved to make it even better. The WiFi is slow and cuts in and out at times, the speed was around 10mb/s which isn’t fast enough now. It could get a bit noisy at night as it’s right on the main road. However double glazed windows could have help and some of the shutters on the windows had big gaps in which lets in light and doesn’t block the noice as well as they could. Some minor points: The under cabinet lights in the kitchen were broken, one was hanging down. We would have liked another lamp in the living room as the main lights are very bright and the one lamp didn’t feel enough. Cleaners didn’t come as it said in the welcome guide, we had to go buy more toilet paper.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect. Check-in is so easy and convenient. The apartment has great facilities and everything you need is included. It’s very spacious, clean, modern and was honestly perfect. I will 100% book again. The staff are easy to get in touch with and I loved the process of updating guests with everything they need to know prior to check in. This made the trip stress-free and more enjoyable. Although it is in town, it is not that noisy as other comments suggest. Noise levels are what you would expect in a city centre but with the windows closed it’s quite peaceful.
I phoned to confirm if the apartment provided was one of the one’s in the preview picture as I liked the look and design of the space. I was told it was the ‘exact’ space however, when I arrived this was not the case. (Personal preference of the view with floor to ceiling windows which in reality isn’t a big deal but I would have appreciated if they simply said it was unavailable rather than promising an exact apartment and arriving to see a completely different space to what was advised)

We arrived early in the morning from the US and were able to store our luggage at the Destiny Scotland office a few blocks away from the apartment. Located on Princes Street in New Town, the apartment itself is on the third floor and has a magnificent view of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street gardens. The apartment has everything you need. It's in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere including the Castle, the Royal Mile, Usher Hall, The Art museum and all the great shops and restaurants of New Town.
Being on the third (top) floor of the building without a lift, it was a slog to get all our luggage to the apartment. Anyone wishing to stay here should be aware of that.

It was a beautifully furnished suite with a well equipped kitchen. It was spacious and quiet as we faced onto Fredrick Street vs Princes Street. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. We had a view of the castle from the side window. We appreciated being able to leave our bags off site until our check in time.
It did have a lot of stairs to the suites which should be clearly described in the information. We are fairly fit and able to manage but it could be a problem for some. I think we counted 44 stairs to the 2nd floor suite. With luggage it could be difficult for some. The bag drop off should also be described as being several blocks from the suite so one could plan for that.

The view alone is worth every penny. The room is clean. Comfortable. Full kitchen and washing machine. Only thing to note: no elevator. We were 4 floors up. But worth every step. Rooms were great. To relax after walking all over Edinburgh, we sat on the couches. They were perfect for relaxing or napping. No staff on site, but they were very responsive to emails, from the office. The email they sent the day before we arrived, gave everything we needed to know. I also liked the key code entry. So we didn't have to get a key or keep up with one.
Nothing. We didn't mind the stairs. But would be a problem for someone who couldn't climb them easily.

The information to enter the apartment was emailed before the stay. It was very simple to get in. No issues with the code or accessing the apartment. As others have noted it is located up multiple flights of stairs. The apartment would benefit from some ventilation (or even odor neutralizer) as it was a little smelly due to the very heavy fire doors that stay closed. I'm assuming someone had a baby in the bedroom as it smelled like a baby diaper specifically in the bedroom. I had to temporarily prop open all the doors to let some ventilation throughout the rooms while I was there to let that dissipate. The bed was not particularly comfortable and a topper or a new mattress would really help as you can feel some of the springs in the mattress. There is a washer and drier!!! This was a major perk and I was really happy to see that. The kitchen is fully functional and large with coffee and tea and everything you would need to eat from the apartment. The couch is comfy and as I had an injury I enjoyed watching Harry Potter with the castle in the background. The location is perfect to access all major tourist attractions and points. I would absolutely stay again, especially if the mattress is addressed!
More attention to cleaning from the company that cleans the apartment. There was tons of long black hair all over the place. Mattress topper or new mattress. Air circulation or odor neutralizer

the property is located on the shopping street of Edinburgh, so in the centre so everything is close by. The property was clean, and the castle view was just lovely to look out on.
The only downsides I would say is, the kitchen facilities were abit on the low side for the amount of money you pay. For someone who is vegetarian and my partner being a meat eater it was difficult to cook stuff at the same time as there wasn’t enough pans. another one is that the bedroom was located right next to a busy road so in the mornings it would wake us up, I know this is expected with the location but if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend it. And last thing was when entering the apartment and checking out each room, the bathroom had a horrible smell from where someone had gone toilet and the smell didn’t go until the next day.

It was a great place, very spacious with everything you could need for a prolonged stay. We loved the location right across from Prince's Park, and the view...omg...the view !!! Such a thrill to be able to look out and see Edinburgh Castle at all times of day or night--We got some great pictures, especially after dark when the castle is lit with different colors. We will be back!
The one drawback was that in the afternoon, the sunshine made the living room too warm, so we had to close the shades and cut off the street views until it cooled off.

Such a Central location, just off Princes Street, a stones throw away from all the shops. Plenty of restaurants/coffee places within minutes. The apartment is spotless and had everything we needed. The toiletries in the bathroom are a nice touch, (ps the bathroom is really nice) also some tea/coffee essentials were provided. Would highly recommend.
Was expensive but was so central and of a very high standard.. We went when there was a concert on , so prices were probably a bit higher than normal. Would highly recommend.

We loved the size of the apartment, it contained everything that you could possibly want including a washer/dryer and a dishwasher all in good working condition. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The location is amazing, it sits right in the middle of everything and has easy access with a key code.
Just a small niggle, the bathrooms felt slightly chilly, it would have made a difference if the towel rails were to work, just to take the edge off and to keep the towels dry and warm.
