My wife and I we loved everything in this property. Everything was excellent!! The location was really good as well. In addition, you can go everywhere in Edinburgh by feet or if you are not in a mood of walking, you can have access very easy in public transportation; The staff was really friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and safe. The check in/out is self-service but very easy procedure to do by yourself, and even if you had a difficulty with that, the staff was ready to assist you. Definetly when we visit Edinburgh again, we stay there!!

Absolutly nothing!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!

An absolutely faultless stay. The property is immaculate and finished to an incredibly high standard and in a great location. The self service check in is easy to use with thorough instructions provided prior to arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable to the point that we did not want to get up in the morning! The shower was large and powerful with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Brilliant little touches such as a heated bathroom floor, electric blinds and curtains and, of course, the complimentary glass bottles of Irn Bru in the fridge! There is so much more to list. This really was a memorable and special stay and we will definitely return.

Beautifully decorated. The pastries and the coffee each day in the lounge was incredible. Loved the robes. Loved the slippers and the shortbread biscuits! Incredibly shower. Warm and great water pressure It was incredible that there was a hair dryer and a straightener available to use. Staff were lovely. Super comfy beds. Great location. Loved that you could log on to Netflix on the tv. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed

Rooms were a little tight. It would have been good to have been able to put our suitcases somewhere. This is a possible improvement but there was nothing I didn’t like

The property was very clean and it had lovely decor/ luxurious lay out. The kitchenette was very useful. We received a complimentary bottle of fizz and some homemade fudge with a birthday card for my husband’s birthday which was a really lovely personal touch. Breakfast was amazing over at the Bistro.

Lots of switches to operate lights, heating , curtains etc. When you wear glasses for reading it is quite tricky to operate things especially in low lighting. Couldn’t quite understand the heating and maintianing a comfortable temperature, was also quite noisy at night. Streets outside were also noisy through the night into early hours of the morning with people fighting and shouting. Drunk behaviour.

The location is fantastic, offering great convenience and a stunningly beautiful building. Everything is brand new, exceptionally clean, and luxurious. The iPads provided are a wonderful touch for easily communicating with the staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, though a bit on the small side.

During our first night at the hotel, the AC coolers outside our window were so noisy that I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs. The staff was very accommodating and offered us a different room for the following night. Unfortunately, the new room had a noisy air vent in the bathroom, which also kept me awake. It seems there are a few issues that need to be addressed, but this is somewhat expected for a newly opened hotel.

When I made the initial reservation I spoke with Zaida several times about a need to change dates, make dinner restaurants and airport transfer. Her follow through was excellent a long with her co-workers once I arrived. Initially I was concerned about coverage and assistance at the front desk, however I was very pleased to see coverage from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.The entrance code to the Righ I received on my cell the day before I arrived. It was a seamless process. The Righ was spotless, anytime I needed something it was addressed within minutes and the staff was extremely pleasant. The Righ was renovated this year and I must say I have never experienced the state of the art electronics throughout the entire residence. A good friend suggested we stay in Newton section of Edinburgh which was perfected for location to shopping and restaurants up and down George Street, one block from the castle and museums. We will return to Edinburgh and absolutely stay at the Righ Residence. Cheers

I recently stayed at RIGH Residence in Edinburgh, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff's hospitality was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated, combining comfort and luxury effortlessly. Waking up to stunning views of the Edinburgh skyline and castles in the distance was a highlight, and the location was perfect, not too close to attractions yet peaceful. The amenities, including a delicious complimentary breakfast and cozy lounge areas, were exceptional. The genuine dedication of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend RIGH Residence for anyone visiting Edinburgh!

The location was perfect close to all the sites you wanted to see in Edinburgh if visiting for the first time and with no car. You had the convenience of the main street but only a short 10 min walk up the mound to the old town and the castle. You could also get the tram from the airport into town and walk to this accommodation. Plenty of shops and restaurants around this area and if you walk down further into Newtown some cool little cafes and bars. With the extra living room and kitchenette it was really well decked out to make some simple meals. You also have the access to coffee and pastries in the morning if you didn't organise the breakfast option which was lovely in a very nice shared lounge room albiet very quiet. Check in was really simple as well.

Being in a very convenient location was amazing the only issue is that I don't believe there is double glazing on the windows as you can hear street noise from bar goings into the late evening.

I loved the location of RIGH Residences, it was in walking distance to all the tourist attractions, shops and some lovely bars and restaurants but was still relatively quiet. The apartments were spacious and had the comfiest beds...perfect place to relax after a day sightseeing. Also close to the trams so easy to get to and from Edinburgh Airport. Would recommend this place to anyone and we have already talked about returning and staying here again.

Only issue we had was checking in as its done through an ipad and the key printer didn't work but we called the number provided and all was sorted in a quick efficient manner

Omg… there are no words strong enough to express how amazing this hotel was! First of all, it was the most beautiful place we’ve ever seen! Every detail is absolutely gorgeous, and the decor is simply stunning! so tasteful, elegant, and luxurious. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! The staff were incredibly thoughtful, with so many lovely touches that made our stay extra special, like biscuits, water, and drinks in the room. And despite being located in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus in Edinburgh! And the location couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s so convenient to have a tram stop right next to the hotel, making it super easy to get around. And finally, I can’t praise the staff enough. Every single person we encountered was amazing, but I want to give a special shoutout to the receptionist who greeted us on arrival, she was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the very first moment. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay, you won’t be disappointed!
