The staff went above and beyond with helping us - I'm difficult with food (vegan/wheatfree) and they made sure to show me exactly what I could have from the breakfast menu, and there were even dishes I could eat in the restaurant in the evening. We are country bumpkins and messed up with parking, (not used to city carparks and machines to pay), staff were fabulous at sorting us out, and directing us on how to get to the tram, gently giggling at us for asking how to walk to the airport and giving us shuttle bus tickets instead.

The USB plug in the bedroom wasn't working, but wasn't an issue.

Helpful staff, especially the receptionist who explained how to operate the parking ticket machine and travelling options. Ease of getting to airport terminal for onward travel to the City Centre. Good car parking for duration of the stay. The room was ideal for the purpose of our visit.

I would've liked a couple more other options for the cooked breakfast. What we got was perfectly adequate but a bit more variety would've been preferable. Although I'm not disabled the room we had was a long walk from the lift and with my limited mobility I would have preferred a room much closer to the the lift. It would be good if staff were trained to ask about this at Check-In.

Very close to Royal Highland Centre which was showing Macbeth hence using this hotel, so location only reason for booking. Surprisingly quiet considering so close to the airport. Easy booking and checking in/out. Parking straightforward. Ensuite fine, very nice hot showers. Breakfast was OK, what one would expect from Holiday Inn, did the job prior to a longish journey south.

Not sure why the sofa bed had been made up as there were just the 2 of us and hadn't requested it, meant reduced sitting space in the room. Noticed the sofa bed mechanism could do wth a good clean, very dusty and grimy underneath. Toilet took a long time to refill after flushing!!

Excellent Reception Staff person Fiona on duty on the late time Tuesday that I booked in!! Could not have been more kind, helpful and attentive to a Guest arriving tired and hungry, providing a nice cooked meal and coffees as required! Well done to her!! Staff at Breakfast also excellent providing a really good "set you up" meal for an early traveller.

Location information a bit misleading as I had parked over the holiday duration very close to the Airport and did expect the premises to be really close to the Airport!! Also an additional £15 overnight parking charge was unexpected and poor value in comparison to the overall stay costs.

Thought I'd booked a different hotel but we were pleasantly surprised at this one and it was much better than the one we stayed at previously. Bit dubious when driving in but the planes from the airport were not intrusive noise wise. Better decor, good facilities and atmosphere then our previous hotel in the communal areas. Helpful staff and the room was on the ground floor which was better with my pet and mobility issues.

Could there be more tea bags and milk in the room than just 2! One of the guests wasn't very considerate to other travelers grabbing most of the bread and leaving hardly any for others. For those of us with dietary requirements this was very annoying.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were attending a wedding and arrived early, in between church service & reception. Staff couldn't have been nicer when we asked if we could leave our bags. One room out of the 3 that were booked was ready and we were able to check into this one early at no extra charge (unlike another chain a couple of weeks ago who charged an additional £10!!!). Breakfast was also included which was great.

The hot selection at breakfast was poor but this might have been timing on our part. Can't fault the continental selection though with plenty variety.

I booked here twice for going on holiday. My plane arrived back into the UK at 3am, after a bad experience at the airport coming home, I was already feeling really overwhelmed and I came here for my stay with two young children to only realise I had booked the wrong date, they had no rooms left as full booked, with 2 children and loads of luggage i broke down in tears as there was no way I could get home as I stay in Dundee, the manager I'm assuming at reception and a lady both comforted me, told me not to worry they would find me a room we got a disabled room, which was very clean and comfortable and on ground floor which helped so much with being on my own and loads of luggage, the lady helped me and my children settle in and then she gave my children some toast and drinks and me a coffee. Honestly cannot thank the staff enough for looking after my children and my self they really made sure we were OK that night! Very friendly people, good food and clean hotel. Thank you so much again!

I liked the fact that the breakfast was included in the price of my room though I would have paid extra if I had to cos it was such a great selection. I also loved that the hotel was right beside the venue the convention I was attending was at so it was so much easier for me to be able to attend

The only thing I didn't like was there was no vending machine to purchase other fizzy drinks or crisps that I prefer and there was nowhere nearby for me to purchase it either but I realize not everyone likes the same things and you can't cater to everyone

The room was quite snug for a family of 4, however we were only there for 1 night at the beginning of our Scotland trip. Breakfast had a great variety of choices. Due to a very delayed flight, we only arrived at the hotel at 5am and had to check out again by 11am. While it's not the hotels fault that they were fully booked, it would have been appreciated to be able to check out a few hours later in order to get some sleep.

Once again, this is not a fault of the hotel, however trying to get an Uber to come and collect you is nearly impossible, which means you have to pay for an expensive taxi ride to your destination if you are not headed to the airport.

The location was great with good shuttle access to airport. The rooms were comfortable and complete. Breakfast was very good with all the choices we could want. Very charming and helpful evening bar staff.

We arrived a little too early to check-in and wanted to have a coffee and wait for an hour. We had driven quite far and were dropping off our car soon. We were advised by the desk staff to go downtown to eat and make a day of it since the kitchen was closed. I would have thought that coffee and snacks for an hour weren't much to ask. We'll know for next time . The hallways were noisy with much traffic , children running and door knocking just across the hall.
