Good location about 5minutes on the bus from the airport, Meeting rooms were great, sound proof and meets our need. Staff were always at hand to help The indoor gym, swimming pool, steaming room, warm bath jacuzzi were great experience for me. The windows were double gazed and temperature was very good

I booked in this hotel by booking.com with discount, it was a fantastic experience great hotel amazing services. Mr Spencer was so cooperative helps us with everything we need. I was with my friend and daughter 💕 the location of the hotel is near to the airport but you have to take a bus to go to the town and shopping. The hotel has restaurant and bar and swimming pool and gym. The food is perfect! The breakfast was amazing everything is available and great service from the employees. Our stay were included the breakfast and dinner. About the rooms it’s so clean. The beds are comfortable the bathroom has all what you need and the place is quiet and cozy. I really recommend the stay here you will not regret 🤍🇸🇦

Maybe the distance to the town

The hotel desk was excellent. Very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the bed. Not to my comfort level.. The Hotel restaurant offered up a menu for "everyone" , and the food delicious. Breakfast also had variety, and excellent coffee. Location close to the airport was a bonus for those looking to catch flights , with city busses every 10 minutes, seamlessly shuttling travelers. Many extras available, like swimming pool , GYM, sef serve snack fridge.. I would use this hotel again

Very nice hotel. The breakfast is amazing, the staff very helpful. They have small gym, swimming look with steam and normal sauna. It open usually at 6am and closed at 9p. That was a brilliant for our family. We started the day with gym and sauna. We were a family of four. The room was a bit small four our taste but equipped with all usual basic things. The only downside was that the fridge was missing from our room. Probably by mistake because our friends had a fridge in their double room. WiFi was working good in the rooms. I would really recommend this hotel. Loved it

Stylish, comfortable and welcoming

The restaurant was disappointing for our evening meal. The only menu available was the same as the bar menu. Very limited choice. Not really sure why is was called the Cast Iron Grill and displaying references to steaks. Not a single steak available. The children’s menu was also very disappointing. On a positive, the breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and nicely presented. In terms of our room. Very nice. Spacious and stylish. Negatives were no shampoo or shower gel and also the shower screen was faulty. Not majors. Swimming pool was good, clean and nice friendly staff.

Value, Cleanliness, Parking. Local Dark Haired receptionist was a credit to the organisation. We were informed of the policy of rooms only being fully serviced every three days. Apparently some guests are not happy about this. Honestly this makes commercial and environmental sense and I completely agree with it. It would be interesting to know the increase in operational costs due to the current economic crisis, I am pretty sure they would be staggering. By adopting such measures the room rates remain affordable and the hotel fully staffed. Such measures should be commended.

The access from the main road, it’s very busy. Not the hotels issue though.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding throughout. Great location close to the airport..short taxi ride to the zoo and the city centre/ Royal Mile. Large family room with 2 large double beds. Although the temperatures were high during our visit the hotel and bedrooms were suitably cool. Gym was air-conditioned and the pool was warm and well maintained. Ample choice at breakfast and dinner in both the bar and restaurant was decent. ATM and water fonts provided.

Some areas need updating and refurbishing. A little bare and functional but this is reflected in the price. Children's menu was basic and the restaurant and bar shared the same menu. For the price and space of our family room with breakfast included it was all perfectly adequate and very little to find fault with for the short time we spent there.

The breakfast was good, particularly the hot breakfast (fresh, good quality, not sitting around for hours going stale). Room was very nice (we had an upgrade), bed was comfortable, huge TV and tea/coffee facilities. Bar area was busy and plenty of staff available.

We stayed two nights and found on returning to our room on the second night that it hadn't been serviced (tea/coffee/milk not replenished) despite having been out all day. Reception were helpful and brought fresh milk to room when requested. The hotel is very convenient for the tram at Edinburgh Gateway but we arrived on a late (delayed ) flight which did mean a walk in the dark through an underpass (it was lit) but I can imagine it might have felt less safe if walking alone.

Airport proximity, service station proximity e.g. for hire car fillup before return, and shopping for simple breakfast items. Good for road travel access. Well appointed hotel with numerous facilities, and decent tea making equipment in the room. Close to public transport busses for city centre access.

Extending a booking made through this interface is unfortunately neither convenient nor forgiving. A bit of a trek to get to nearest Tram stop for city centre access. Somewhat prohibitive breakfast cost.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was in a great location, especially foe those coming from the airport. Food at the restaurant was good although a bit pricey. We enjoyed the pool which opened until 9pm so we were able to enjoy the day out and come back to have quick dip.

The bathroom in our family room was a bit tired and was not properly clean when we arrived. The hotel is pricey for what it was.
