Comfortable, clean and private with good facilities: iron, ironing board, hairdryer, all shower products. Good location as well. Value for money for sure. Online check in was very convenient as my flight was quite delayed and I arrived at the property just before midnight as a result.

It was unclear what room I had been checked into. I eventually found that your room number can be viewed in the info section of the key link. However it was never made clear where I would find that information so perhaps management should consider stating that in their welcome emails. WiFi also wasn’t very reliable or strong in the room I was staying in.

Everything you needed but kept simple. Great location

Was not told room number in confirmation as they claimed when called to ask when trying to access room with remote key. But answered quickly and had info straight away. Suggest when you send info of remote key use send another email with room details.

I liked that the bedroom was spacious, bright and with six big windows, offering us a great view. The shower was really really nice and the bathroom had a good size. Also, the location was pretty fair.

I didn't like that they didn't shared the code to get into the building as they were supposed to, so we arrived late at night with kids and had to wait outside, and reach them on the phone to be able to receive the code. I think the check-out time is too early, and think it's a shame they don't offer breakfast. Beds and pillows could be better, and the bathroom could be improved. I also particularly didn't like the decor with all those fake flowers.

The hotel is in a good area 6 minutes drive from Waverley station. There’s good links into town. The bed is comfortable and they have Netflix programmed in on the tv but no tv channels. A helpful cleaner helped aid me when I was locked out of my room.

Having a staff less complex can become quite frustrating I had an incident where the door lock didn’t quite work and I was locked out of my room with just a toothbrush. Thankfully there was a cleaner on hand to help I’d say maybe a key card for the rooms may be a better idea which you can pick up from a locked box or something.. but other than that it was decent. Well worth a stay

Well decorated, spacious, smells really nice. The toilet is massive, the beds are big, the tv and wifi works perfectly. Extremely well located, only 15/20 minutes walk from the old town centre, with a Tesco on the same block, only a couple of minutes away. Parking is as difficult as anywhere else in the UK, but there is limited free parking just around the corner. It was a perfect spot for a family trip. If I ever go back to Edinburgh, I will 100% look for this place before anything else.

The only thing we all missed was a tiny kitchen. They do provide coffe machine, kettle and a mini fridge, but it would be nice to have a bigger table where you could eat and a kitchen sink to deal with dishes.

The room layout is excellent and perfect with teenagers. I liked the refreshments provided as a coffee machine and fridge. We all enjoyed, the comfortable beds. Iiked the sofa for relaxingonand the decor. I liked the vibrancy of the location and its in easy walking distance for things like the Playhouse, St James Quarter, The Omni Centre etc. Overall excellent value for cost of mid week stay.

Access was fiddly initially, hairdryer stopped working, there was no notes in the apartment with the WiFi password and no access to netflix as advertised only free view apps. Communication with the provider was very slow, the mobile telephone number provided by owner was not in use when attempted to make contact via WhatsApp as requested in Communications from them around the booking. The owner did respond to my message via Booking.com but we were already asleep as past midnight by then. Despite that I would stay again.

Great location on Leith Walk with plenty cafes and bars nearby and a good distance from the main centre of Edinburgh (good transport connections too). Room was cosy with everything we needed for a couple of nights - coffee machine, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. We loved the shower particularly! The room was clean and warm when we arrived.

Accessing the property and the room was slightly confusing the first time we arrived but was quick and simple once it becomes clear how the system works. I found the bed rather uncomfortable (springy) and could have done with another pillow.

Very comfy bed, and nice sized room. Located within walking distance of the train station; although a bit further than originally expected, it allowed us to look at more things in Leith and we found new places to eat out at. Shower and bathroom were amazing and the fan provided kept us cool during the night. Coffee machine was great, and water provided in the fridge was a nice touch.

Didn't realise the doors had digital locks until after I booked (my own fault as everyone mentions it in reviews) and no refunds meant I couldn't change to another property. However, they were easy to work but just not to my liking. It felt a bit impersonal.

Enjoyed our stay, location was handy to all the wonders of Edinburgh with a short walk up the road. Shower was wonderful with lots of pressure, plenty of options on the TV, plenty of space in the room and loved the design.

We stayed in room 6 and found the two single beds pushed together were very uncomfortable. They felt old, used and lumpy. They need to be updated. Stain and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch. The basin tap was extremely hard to turn on and no one cleaned the room the next day. Also, make sure you having a working internet connection when opening the front door.

A good big room with comfortable beds, easy access with virtual key. Coffee machine mini fridge and the bottles of water. Near tram stop mc Donald Road. Beside 2 supermarkets, Tescos and sainsbury there are loads lovely coffee shops and restaurants and there is a beautiful sicilian Bakery around the corner on Arthur Street. About a 10 minute walk to St James quarter and princes street, if you didn't want to walk it is also on tram route and bus routes, think the no.16 was one of the buses into the centre. Very near my daughters student accommodation on Amphion lane, which l was very happy about as l was over visiting her in university.

I was very happy with everything
