Very well placed, accessible by various public transit means, easy access at any time of the day, really fast no frills check in. Fast Wi-Fi connection and a nice view over the city. Clean and warm room, large and comfortable bed.

No brush to clean the the toilet bowl. Pretty inconvenient power outlet locations - since easyHotels lack nightstands, it would be nice to have an outlet next to the shelf that's under the window. Since the only outlets were opposite of the bed to the window, I had to charge my devices on the floor, which is pretty inconvenient. While I am used to easyHotel rooms being as basic as they get, I expected some amenities like a kettle for tea / instant coffee in the room - these weren't mentioned in the listing and missing, I just wrongly expected them to be there due to past experiences with the brand. I'll just double check next time.

Location was good, we stayed because of an event and although the event was quite far from the hotel the taxi ordering system with the hotel was very easy. After our event we went into the city for some food and drinks and the hotel was perfect location getting back from this.

The bathroom facilities were very small more like a cupboard in the room and what I can only describe as a small caravan bathroom so showering was not an easy task and the sink was tiny. However we only stayed one night so this was not a huge issue. No tea/coffee facilities in the room which I do prefer in the morning but there was a coffee machine at reception.

Quick response to emailed query then efficient checkin. Room was spotless and temperature perfect throughout stay - good to see new heaters installed, didn't even need any adjustment. Left luggage dealt with smoothly. Wifi and TV all great plus hairdryer supplied on request.

Very difficult to find anything not to like. If pushed would say the lemongrass body wash has a somewhat smoky odour; would prefer a fresher fragrance. Also promotional material saying 'You didn't come here to explore the hotel' - not as such, but some guests do appreciate chilling out in the room in a quiet atmosphere as opposed to hitting local bars.

Location and comfort for the price is very good. Clean and comfortable bed and quiet. And the room was more spacious than easy rooms I've stayed in other cities The rooms are perfect for a solo traveller or a couple travelling light. If you book an easy hotel for room size you missed the premise of the chain.

With the rooms literally being somewhere just to rest your head there's not even a kettle in the room, which puts a cheap snack out of the equation. Having instant hot water is great. Having it run scalding very quickly is not. The sink got so very hot in a flash

To be honest I was a little cold. there is a panel heater but that takes a few hours to heat the room. I was very glad I had a large jacket that I could put over the bed. It felt like there was only a light summer duvet and when I asked at reception for a blanket or another duvet I was told there were none. Unfortunately the shops were all shut by this time otherwise I would have bought a fleece blanket. Will definitely bring my own when I stay again.

Reception staff fantastic, young man when booking in 21st, young woman early evening & young man & woman this morning, all friendly, helpful, nothing to much trouble, helped with hot drinks, early morning call knocking on door spot on time, questions on the area & accessing building, all so polite & reassuring & good humoured & efficient.

No kettle in room to make hot drinks.

The reception staff and night staff were great had to ask about the Aircon as it was like a sweatbox in the room and windows do not open had it put to coldest possible and they still provided me with a fan also. If you have a problem the reception is open 24 hours a day just speak to them and they will do their best to sort you out got extra pillows no problem great for an over night if your stuck but not for a longer stay

The cleaning staff on the first morning were loud and banging outside the rooms from around half 7 am I did complain to reception later on in the day they apologized and the next morning there was no noise at all. Pillows in room are quite flat could do with more than 1 or better pillows bathrooms are tiny hard to move around if your of the larger variety like me

The location is brilliant for getting the train or bus. It was quick to check-in to the room.

The room is tiny and everything is made of plastic like a portaloo. It feels like sleeping on a sleeper train. There is literally just enough space to open the door and the rest of the room is the dimensions of the bed. There wasn't even space for a kettle. I just needed a place to sleep before catching the bus at 06:30 in the morning, but I would not recommend spending any longer than necessary in such a small cage. However, as somewhere to sleep between getting off of the train and catching the bus it was perfect. I will stay again if the cheapest alternative is the bus station floor.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything that we needed for a short stay. The location was excellent and very close to Buchanan Bus Station which I used to get there, as well as shops, being located in the heart of the city. I found the bed very comfortable and had one of the best night's sleep ever in that room, so was pleasantly surprised and impressed.

There was an inexplicable shortage of towels on our arrival, but the girl at reception deal explained the problem to us and dealt with the situation very well. She told us that there would be towels available in a few hours and this was indeed the case. To be honest, the absence of towels on our arrival did not cause us any inconvenience, as we did not need to have a shower immediately. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

The staff was super friendly, beds were comfortable, location was great, close to center. It was good for sleep for two nights that we stayed there, maybe not for longer stays. The bathroom was small but efficient.

A small stand/shelf could be useful, I understand it's super minimalist but just not have the phone on the floor would've been nice. TV wasn't working, and no hairdryer in room (we also didn't ask so we don't know if we would've received, but inclusion would be nice regardless).
