What a find. So reasonably priced and in a great location. Room was comfortable and even had kettle and tea/coffee. Decided to pay for breakfast and at £10.95 was excellent value. Good choices including hot food, fresh fruit, pastries, cheese ham etc and even alternative dairy items eg soya and oat. Staff all very friendly and keen to help

The room was extremely quiet and dark; too many hotels fail at these two basic requirements for a bedroom. A/C worked well. Everything was clean, bathroom spacious enough, beds comfy. Room had a kettle. Power outlets next to every bed. No frills, everything is a modern design. Staff was very friendly and accommodated our late request to change to a twin room. Checkout at 12 is very convenient. Location is central and close to the central station, a 15m walk to the main bus station, and the airport express bus stops right across the street. You'll be at the airport in under 20 minutes after checkout.

No covid protection measures taken, no distancing or even just a recommendation for masking. The detachable shower head's tube was routed through a weird fixed attachment that made it impossible to actually use? Not sure what the point of that is?

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The room is small and simple but comfortable, with individual air-conditioning units. The shower had good water pressure. The wifi was strong throughout the hotel. There was a decent spread at the breakfast buffet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus points for the free Crunchie bar given to guests at reception!

Despite good water pressure, the shower head holster was broken. The shower head therefore did not stay in position, and we had to manually hold the nozzle while showering!

A really cool, stylish bar area, in a great location, less than 5mins from Central Station, a delicious breakfast, on-site restaurant, spacious showers, free filtered water at reception, USB sockets that were really useful because I forgot my adapter, ironing facilities and how could I forget the free drink if don’t use the room cleaning service.

If had to pick something it would be the view from the window, I understand this a city centre location and high rises are inevitable so this wasn’t an issue. And also another tiny issue is there is not much room to hang clothes again this was not a problem because you have an ironing board and iron ready to use in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer you a free drink when you don't use house-keeping every day and we don't usually anyway so that was a nice bonus. The breakfast was great - loads of choice. The room decoration was interesting - we love Ibis Styles for that. The room was very clean and big enough for what we needed as we were out all day and evening. It was very quiet despite being in a city centre.

The beds and pillows were a little bit hard but we still slept well. We did have an issue with the water temperature - while in the shower it would be an ok temp and then it would suddenly get boiling hot and then freezing cold and then back to normal and it kept doing that over and over which was a bit annoying - the wash basin was the same but that's not as bad.

Our room was a stunning bright corner room on the sixth floor. I can’t fault it. Extremely well laid out and a very relaxing space with a good size bathroom including a nice shower. The reading chair was also a nice feature, it’s perhaps the only time I’ve ever found a hotel room chair useful and comfortable.

The breakfast was very poor. Poor quality and selection of food and the area was poorly set up and the area was not kept very clean. It’s such a pity because it was really the only time that the experience was great, but luckily you can stay and get breakfast at subway next door.

Location is very good, very close to Glasgow Centre and Glasgow Central train station. Hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and friendly

Television signal was very poor and so bad the television couldn't be watched. Receptionist explained that there was problems with the signal booster and said a repair man was on his way but on my two day stay it didn't get any better. Receptionist did offer to change my room but by that time I was settled in my room so didn't accept the offer. One downside in the room is a lack of table to work on. There is no comfortable place to work on a laptop etc

Good location, five to ten minutes easy walk from the train station. Hotel has a bar and restaurant which served decent priced drinks and a small but tasty menu. Breakfast, which is served in the restaurant, was a serve yourself buffet with a good choice and we felt it was worth the money. Our room on the fifth floor was quiet and we didn’t hear any other guests even though the hotel was busy. Although, this is a city hotel, we also didn’t hear much outside noise. We slept well.

There was no set of drawers or bedside tables with drawers to put things such as underwear and t-shirts away in. The wardrobe was small and only had four hangers in for two people. We managed as we were only staying a couple of nights but would have found it annoying for any longer as the room would have looked messy as there was nowhere to store anything.

Location was great: very easy to access the airport express bus and easy walk to central Station and good restaurants. Never more than a 10 minute walk. Price was great. It's an Ibis, so I know what to expect for the price I paid. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Varied enough that I ate something different every day. Wifi reliable and easy to log into. Staff nice and helpful whenever I had questions.

The plugs in my room didn't work so I had to work from the lobby where it was louder. My laptop could only charge with a plug in, not the USB plug. I only had to work 1 day so it wasn't a huge deal. I hope it was just my room.

the only annoying thing every time you get a visitor you need to go all the way downstairs to pick them up as this lift operates with cards only in fact every one will not eat the hotels food so there should be a microwave either in the room or restaurant as we are a multicultural society and we all have food preferences so customers should have access where they can warm their food up. which the hotel manager refused to heat up my food in their restaurant microwave
