Breakfast was of a very good quality and a wide range of options available from the menu. Location was perfect for my needs as my customer was less that 2 miles away.

The only thing that was a negative was the noise coming from the road at the back of the hotel towards the ferry. However the windows were reasonably good at reducing the noise level and there wasn't that much traffic. I could imagine that in the summer this may be a problem if I wanted to have the windows open for fresh air.

Situation, cleanliness, staff.

My wife slipped and fell leaving the shower. The anti slip surface in the shower was effective, however stepping out beyond the shower curtain on to the wet tiles proved hazardous. Fortunately my wife was unhurt. We did inform the gentleman at reception, and hopefully a solution has been implemented. If not, it is likely that the next person to slip may not escape unhurt.

easy to get to, close to the Town, room very spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the fragrance of the bathroom essentials, tea and coffee available in room, room service. on site Bar and restaurant, food was excellent value, good portion sizes and delicious. Staff very friendly.

I truthfully don't have a negative thing to say about my stay, granted it was only for 1 night, the only thing i don't like about any hotel is the check out times, but that's because i am not an early riser.

This hotel looks very bland and “corporate” from the outside and that feeling continues in to the reception area. But the corridors down to the rooms are wide and give a feeling of space and our room was large and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and chatty. Breakfast was cooked to order (rather than a buffet) and was excellent. Lots of parking and 5 mins from the ferry

Comfortable hotel, fresh and well-equipped for overnight stays adjacent (within walking distance) of the Larne Cairnryan ferry. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good bathroom - there is space for storing stuff around wash basin (something often lacking in hotels!) and shower was powerful and hot.

It's proximity to the ferry port is both an advantage and disadvantage. There is a bit of noise through the night and early morning from ferry traffic if you have to open the windows - which I did as it was quite warm in the room. Lighting is a bit low - could do with a light at the dressing table.

The hotel was easy to get to, it was clean and the staff were simply great nothing was any trouble to them. The room was large and there was plenty of cupboards for storage, view across the lough was lovely. The bed was large and comfortable, pillows perfect for us. Food was great, whole experience was lovely,will definitely be staying here again.

There was only one niggle and that was the traffic noise if the windows were open. Not a problem if the windows were shut.

The Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent along with the ambience in the bar area whereby a good gathering of people enjoyed a good bit of lovely music on the night Enjoyed our experience throughout our stay

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! From looking at a map, you don’t expect much because it’s located near the working port of Larne. But, the building was superbly maintained. The staff was SO kind. The room was VERY comfortable and up to date. And the restaurant/breakfast was excellent. It actually turned out to be an excellent location, because we had a nice view of the bay behind, and it was easy in and out of town.

Didn't have breakfast, dinner was very good but being seated near the bar was noisy. As always the staff are great. Location is ideal for me whwn catching the ferry. I used the hotel often years ago and always enjoyed my short stay. This time was even better, and value for money.

Very helpful reception staff, particularly Abbie who checked us in & sorted taxis for our return journey at the end of the night & Gave us excellent directions to the wedding venue. Morning reception staff again were very friendly and helpful even though extremely busy covering reception & breakfast waitress role! Very good breakfast too. Very good room, lots of storage
