The room was compact, but nicely decorated. Comfy bed. The bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower, which was easy to operate too. The breakfast was very nice with a limited selection of items, but plenty there to fill up for the morning. The price was great too, especially considering breakfast is included. The lady on the front desk at check-in was very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived.

There were a few stains on the carpet, which could likely be washed out, and a chip in the skirting board. The controls for the aircon were hanging off the wall, and were non-functional too, but we didn't need them. Those were the only real negatives from our stay. Everything else was great.

I like the fact that the breakfast had a waffle machine, as it isn’t seen in many hotels. They also had a water station at the reception with fruits in and I found that refreshing. The atmosphere of the hotel is very bright and the staff were informative. Check-out is very straightforward and quick, as you can post the keycards in a box for the staff to later collect. The lifts in the hotel are very quick, in comparison to other lifts that I have been in at other hotels. The hotel overall is very clean and well kept; and I would stay there again and recommend it to others if they were to ask.

The bed space between the walls should be improved, as the walkway was very tight. The bed is too flushed to the wall.

Our room was lovely, bed very comfortable, great shower, air con was great so room was cold when we wanted it to be and warm when we wanted it to be. Breakfast was great, good hot selection, good continental selection, there was even a waffle iron to make your own waffles which looked great. No juice which would have been nice but for the price certainly can't complain.

I had booked on the proviso that it was pay at the property but when we arrived I was told that they had used the card I used to reserve the booking to take payment. This is not usual practice when I have used pay at the property on booking.com before and was actually quite inconvenient as i didn't want to use that card to make the payment and we wanted to use a different payment method.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, with pleasant, helpful staff. Or room was well equipped, plenty plug sockets ,twin beds which were bigger than a standard single bed and very comfy. Little things like anti fog mirrors in bathroom were a bonus. Very quiet.....soundproofing was good.....never heard a thing outside of our room. Air con/ heat control good and a great self serve all you can eat breakfast included. Excellent value all round. We were also able to store our bags when we checked out which was very helpful. No more premiere Inn for us on our future visits to Leeds.

Parking £15 for 24 hours .....thank goodness we didn't bring the car. But there is a car park close by at £8 so there are other options

The hotel was clean, bright and modern. We had a family room and the beds were comfortable and it felt clean. The carpet had a few stains but the room was bright and spacious. The bathroom was really nice and clean and the shower was perfect; the temperature didn't keep fluctuating and there was adequate water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. The breakfast area was clean and relaxed. The free iced water on reception was welcome when we returned from our days out and the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The area isn't the most upmarket but I can imagine that the area will develop as things are built around it. It's a very short walk into the city centre where all of the shops and attractions are located. The hotel has a small gym, which was air conditioned and had enough equipment for a quick workout. We really enjoyed our stay here; it was quiet and everything felt quite new. Definitely good value for money with nice staff and in a good location.

Nothing to dislike. I like fried eggs at breakfast and not scrambled but that's not really a negative as there was enough for a decent breakfast.

Good location within 10-15 mins walk of the centre and the venue we were visiting. Hotel seems new, nice social/public areas, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast offering was great - English breakfast components, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, hot and cold drinks etc. Kettle, hairdryer, TV and iron in the room. Sockets by the mirror (which for some reason just isn't a "thing" in other hotels) and a nice little dressing table area. Safe also available but didn't use.

Blind in room 1207 was faulty so you couldn't pull it down but the curtains were black out enough on their own. Bathroom/wardrobe sliding door glass was cracked - door was fully functional but just a shame for aesthetics. Bed was fairly comfortable but would have been nice to have a choice of pillows.

It is a tall building, visible from a distance therefore easy to find. When we checked in, the staff were polite and informative, excellent balance of friendliness and professionalism. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds really comfortable, all the linen clean. There was not just soap but different products for hair and body and separate for hands. Tea/ coffee in the room very basic, but pass (we needed to go downstairs to ask for more portions of milk). The range and taste of breakfast foods was excellent.

Windows don't open, so we relied on electrically operated ventilation/ cooling (environmental issues).Coffee/ tea/ milk portions in the room could have been more generously provided. Many places offer biscuits with those - perhaps one to consider? Check in could have been earlier so we could drop our bags and get around the city lighter.

We went to a Mcfly concert in Millennium’s square, so we needed a place to sleep in Leeds. The location was fantastic, close to the square and also to a cute street with a lot of pubs. We slept in a triple room which was really small but we didn’t mind, because we only came for a shower and a bed, and we are also 3 sisters that are used to being together :) The shower was nice and spacious, the receptionist was lovely, and the breakfast was great. Overall nice and clean room.

The price was high - but I guess that all the hotels in Leeds raised their prices due to the concert The size of the room - if you are not used to being together than maybe book 2 rooms :)

Very clean hotel in all areas & bedrooms big enough with kettle tea & coffee facilities , iron & board hair dryer also , staff excellent customer service. Breakfast was good. even tho you’re next to the busy roads city you could hear the noise was peaceful stay!

Beds sleep-able , but not overly comfy budget mattress. hot breakfast could benefit from more hot options ( option of poached egg or fried instead not just scrambled) tomatoes? mushrooms was only bake beans cheaper sausages. mini hash browns & scramble eggs. but I think this possibly because we from country and this is city produce and hotel. the only option for air was air-con and heating no windows to open due to safety.

Modern very clean, lovely comfortable bed, bedding. Shower was really nice and all products you need already there. This was a flying visit as we didn't arrive til nearly 1am and had to clean by 9.30am So the car park outside the hotel made this a perfect choice for us. Will definitely stay again hopefully for longer. Reception and check in were very quick which enabled us to get to our room and.sleep asap after a very long drive Very courteous and friendly staff Love a Hilton :)

Breakfast was plentiful but not the tastiest hot breakfast we have had but was very welcome and everything was very clean just available to help yourself and obviously included in the cost of our room.
