Friendly helpful staff anjid aka fudge was amazing. He was on the later shift I think Steve checked us in he was very helpful and welcoming. We booked last minute and we'd never heard of this hotel before and to accommodate our German short-haired pointer was a plus. The studio could do with a touch of paint but if dogs are going in there it's just fine. Clean and with everything we could need. Loved the grab and go continental breakfast. Easy to book and easy to find. We were very surprised with what we found snd will be booking again for longer next time.

The area is a bit hit and miss but you can't change that. It was the location that we needed to be at as we were visiting our daughter from Wales and she lives 20 mins just around the corner while at Uni.

near the university for graduation ceremony. great to have kitchen facilities, especially fridge, and lounge area. well laid-out and spacious. nice breakfast. very friendly staff. very comfortable bed. good bedding, plenty of pillows. great black-out curtains. quiet - no noise from the road once window was closed. room was warm and cosy on arrival. one could turn the radiator heating up, down or off

some areas in the room could have been cleaner. light on microwave timer flashed all night in the room stains on duvet under duvet cover check-out could have been quicker

Apartment has all we could ever need. I appreciate there's washing up liquid, a new washing up sponge and even a tablet for the dishwasher. Enough utensils for a group. The apartment has ample space to get together. Comfy beds and bedding. Clean towels. Was a bit warm in the summer but remedied with opening up a window. Toiletries provided. Has a little takeaway breakfast croissant complimentary and a selection of hot and cold beverage available at all times.

Couldn't complain about anything

The room was great, spacious, very clean, very comfy, so we slept great. Having the big fridge was so great. The reception staff were lovely and really helpful and having the breakfast to go was so perfect as we wanted to make the most of all the time we had there. I would happily book again when I'm in leeds

The location was abit of a walk from the centre with our cases, but I knew that when I booked it and having an actual apartment instead of just a hotel room made that worth it.

The staff are friendly. We had arrived earlier with lots of bags and they treated us well. Also, we need 2 beds so finally we found what we needed at Roomzzz. It wasn’t a room at hotel but it is much more comfortable, useful, and convenient with the facilities provided there. You really feel like at your home.

No parking and it was horrible to park on street and move the care every two hours!

The room/apartment was huge and exactly like on the pictures, it had absolutely everything one could wish for and more, it was clean upon the arrival and there were even some free tea-bags on the counter. The staff was nice and available, the only problem was that during the time of my stay (3 nights) the elevator was not working which made it a bit hard for those staying at the higher floors to get up and down.

The customer service at the front desk was amazing by both staff members that we encountered during our visit. Extremely friendly and helpful, one of them even got us a last minute booking reserved at their sister branch hotel on the other side of the city centre as more of us arrived on our visit to Leeds last minute.

The pillows were a little thick & hard but not a big deal as we only stayed 2 nights.

parking is on first come first served - but ONLY 9 places - the only reason i booked as female travelling alone - wanted security - wasnt available room was clean - bed small for double - but little things like bin didnt work - loo roll holder falling off wall just made it feel a little worn.

Lovely, big, spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Handy to have a washing machine in the room. Room was serviced but you could also request not to be disturbed.

There wasn't a rack in the room to dry clothes and the clothes hangers were fixed in the cupboard so could not be moved to dry clothes. However, the staff provided a drying rack on request. There was a pamphlet in the room with Roomz hotel information. Some of it was not applicable to the Leeds apartment e.g. laundry service washes, which was a little confusing.

Apartment had everything you could possibly need or want. Was spotlessly clean and exactly like the pictures. Spacious and modern. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus!! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Tesco express and Co op up the road for usual supplies. We had a great time and would recommend

Was a 15/20min walk into city center and on a hot day it was hard work, but plenty of buses or taxi. Due to hot weather had to have windows open at night which was a little noisy but nothing major. Air conditioning would of been a bonus.
