There is £200 deposit that you need to block on your debit/credit card or pay as cash on checking in top of the booking price and you get it returned during checkout, the inconvenient here is this information is not displayed and made obvious during booking process, but you know it after booking because it's written somewhere on the bottom of the booking confirmation mail you get.

It was a little apartment that had everything we needed to cook with supermarkets close by made our own breakfast after sleep in after late nights. Quiet street we kept the window open for fresh air during Ty’s night. We were right on the top floor Flat 1 4 floors 300 steps but luckily we only had light luggage Bed was soft but comfortable 4 pillows housekeeping done on request with reception and you could pick a time that suited

It’s old furnishings could be updated and a little TLC on walls and entry carpet old but everything was ok hot shower . No PowerPoints in bathroom for blow drying hair so there should be a mirror hung on the back of the bedroom door so you can use the hair dryer. Laundry downstairs but you have to pay coin operated didn’t know that until we went down

All the main attractions were just close by with easy access of two different underground. Hyde park was in walking distance. Room cleaning service was great. Overall, good stay!

We requested for a hair dryer on our 2nd day but never received it. The door / entrance wasn’t great as the tiles was broken, needed a hard push to open the door.

It was a small suite, with bed, dining and kitchen all in one area, but set off a separate space for sitting and the bathroom a bit removed from the main area. it had everything you need and was so thoughtfully designed. More clever design care went into this space than I have seen in some large hotel chains. It was quiet and clean and so close to everything, a short walk to Hyde park, even shorter to the tube, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It absolutely surpassed our expectations for the price we paid.

The communication about check in could be more clear. you need to check in at building 55. the reception area was functional, but it made me feel a little suspect about the room I was about to stay in because it’s a little rough. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was Lower ground, aka basement, it definitely wasn’t fit for someone with mobility issues, a lot of stairs, doors and ups and downs, but it had a massive window so it wasn’t dark or damp. It didn’t feel like a basement at all, but the stairs and doors were awkward with our bags.

Our experience was exceptional, everyone treated us with care and respect and above all we felt at home which is important.

All amenities were in order and appreciated the available facilities which made us fell at home. There was a kind of friendliness in the air and this made us feel much happier.

everything. location was good. when I arrived, I was given a Ground floor room & baby cot was already in the room when I came in, as requested through Booking.com. Big appreciation to the housekeeper and staff for accommodating to my requests. My family & I truly appreciated it.

The shower was a bit confusing and not consistent on temperature control. Otherwise ok.

We liked the position and the very cheap price. The staff is very kind and brilliant, especially Ms Amdul at check in. As well Ms Rose at check out and the new worker were very nice and kind. Thank you very much! There is as well the night shift like a five star hotel! In the room-studio there was everything: heater, fan, toaster, etc. The sofa becomes a big bed, a little uncomfortable but for two nights ok. The view is very nice because very beautiful trees on the street. I hope the city will never cut the trees.

The prices are not clearly and not exposed in a list. They change daily: in the weekend is more expansive. The hotel-website is very chaotic and there are no prices and pictures. The room is impossible to deep clean, because is really very old. I work as receptionist and in hotel since 20 years, i know how difficult it is to clean very old windows or surfaces. The table was too small. Of course if they will do a building renovation, the price will be higher. The windows are ugly and uncomfortable, but because the whole building is very old, as already mentioned. You will find no information paper list about transportation, touristic bus and so on, so you will always have to ask the staff about everything.

Nice quiet location very close to the underground train station, pubs and shops. The room was well presented and had the crockery etc that we required and on the whole the room was clean

The floor wasn't as clean as it could have been, it had been hoovered but could have done with a better mop. The duvet was quite thin with no additional blanket had the weather become cold. However neither of these impacted our stay.

The apartment is well equipped with things you may need for short visit of London when you prefere small kitchen corner to get ready your own small meal, absolutely perfect location for transport to any destination. Nice and friendly staff, as a bonus we could leave our luggage at the reception after checkout, free of charge, before our train was due and spend nicely the last few ours in the city.
