the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. the room was good value for money. I paid £45 for one night and the room had 2 big beds and modern bathroom facilities, free wifi etc. I got very lucky as surrounding hotels were charging atleast £120 a night around the New year period.

The wardrobe was broken but it didn’t bother me as I didn’t use it. The bathroom heating rack was also scolding hot, so did burn myself a few times.

Location was great!!!Close to everything I.e Restaurants and Public transport(Bayswater and Queensway underground), was so easy to move around London. Staff were excellent! (Both reception and house keeping)Air conditioning worked well in summer! Wifi was great! Overall I would definitely stay here again!!

My bed was a little too soft, it was no big deal in the end..and at night, little baby cockroaches would come out of the shower drain and run around in the bathroom.

Loved the location - close to District, Circle, and Central lines, a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, Hyde Park just a few minutes walk away. The room was clean, I loved the style, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than the ones I saw in the pictures, and like 90% of it was taken up by the bed. Interior soundproofing wasn't great so I heard people walking through the hallway and talking in one of the nearby rooms. There was also renovation going on a few floors above, so that did cause some noise.

The location makes it all. Great location with easy access to central areas. The room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the fact that the furniture was still usable even though the room space was quite limited. For a London city trip, it was just what we needed, close to metro and Hyde Park. Near hotel is an area that might seem turistic, but it has its own charm. I kindly would like to thank the blonde lady from reception for returning my forgotten passport, I was quite scared of losing it. As I said for us, it was a suitable location for a short trip, very clean and just perfect for our getaway.

Room space, but I've gotten used to it after a while.

Room was recently refurbished, modern, cosy, clean and fully equipped. Location was great close to many restaurants and shops. We liked to walk to the city center through the park or through Oxford street and it took us an hour approximately. There are also three underground stations with different lines.

One aspect was the size of the room. We know that in London it is difficult to find spacious hotel rooms and this wasn't an exception. Also, next to our window there was several fans which were loud during the day. Thankfully at night they didn't work.

Excellent location, near 2 underground stations, 5min walk to Hyde park, lot of cafes, restaurants and pub, supermarket, pharm. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.Conditioner works fine. Really 24 hours check-in.Good value for money.

The hotel has not yet completed renovations (there is information about this when ordering), there is only one elevator and it is used by workers and staff, so sometimes you have to wait a long time in the morning.The rooms are very small

There was good space in the room. Facilties were great, hairdryer, iron, usual toiletries available, tea and coffee making facilties etc.

The beds were a little on the hard side for us, but that can often be personal preference. We were also told on signage that the cleaner would not come in during our stay, but she did. This is only a downside as we had left things lying about as it said the cleaner would not come in and to ask for anything needed.

Nice small hotel in a very good location (Bayswater metro station is a few steps away). Hyde Park, Kensington palace and Notting Hill are very close. In the area there are lots of places to eat. The room was quite small for 2 people, but we were prepared, after all we did not come to London to stay inside. The window was facing the inner yard, it was quiet. We could of course hear what was happening in the corridor. There was a kettle, cups, tea and cream. There was also a safe, an iron and a TV with Netflix. Overall, great value for money.
