Great location Next to tube station

Smell from the toilet was really bad The cheeky taxi driver outside who tried to charge us £60 to Euston station insisting he was a limo When posing as a taxi He never intimated he was a limo until he wanted to rip us off for the trip at the end of the journey Black cab was £14 from Euston We didnt pay him just paid rhe same as we would have for black cab He said he was employed by the hotel I threatened him with the police he soon backed down so beware

-There was no one to get our luggage from the taxi on arrival we were looking for someone which we didn’t like -Small room Small beds -No laundry bag in the room -Delay in laundry pick up /late arrival it was with receptionist and they didn’t tell us about it

Location, food and the bars atmosphere

Staff were not trained correctly. Bathroom, Shower and sinks had blockages. Bed bugs - room change was disjointed - lift/room geography and operation was poor

Room size is great for the location. Could not find a better location for shopping and Room size is great. Price is completely worth it.

Waited 25 minutes on the Check in counter at 10pm for checking in. That was not acceptable.

i booked this very last minute, to attend BST, the pictures on booking.com do not do this hotel justice. From the moment we walked in we were blown away,the entrance/lobby is stunning,the bar area and restaurant area too! rooms are excellent,very well stocked bathroom and minibar. We used room service, which had a fair sized menu, the food was good and the service was very good. Iliked the hotel so much that Ive changed a future booking from another hotel to this one

Location central to the shopping area as straight onto Oxford Street and Hyde Park across the road.

It was ok not as sharp as it used to be as it’s been stripped of memorabilia that it had when Rock Island Dinner was there and replaced with painted objects of no great importance.

Nice hotel, bedroom ok, bed very comfortable.

Coffee machine in room was very dirty even had a used pod in it, never used it as could not figure how it worked. Need taller cleaners to clean the picture tops very dusty, I get not being fine every day, but once s week may be good.

I like the size of the room, the view, and the hotel's location. 5 minute walk to the laundry nearby, and the halal food restaurant was just a walking distance away; the staff were AMAZING and helpful. It is very, very near to the Marble Arch tube station and also, not to forget, Oxford Street too. There was Saintsbury Local just 3 minutes away as well. Very well located. The hotel has halal food itself so ordering one is not an issue at all.

It is not that I do not like it, but there maybe some room for improvement. I hope there is a variety of breakfast food every 1-2 days or so, and I really hope that they serve Fish Fingers haha. The time they had to pick up the 0 phone line can take quite some time. I understand they had to attend to many customers in the lobby, but I called three times, and no one picked up. It is weird to me. My room 4093 had an airconditioned issue two days in a row and only day two after few rounds of complaining, the issue was solved.

There was a sewer/old wet carpet type smell constantly in the lobby that ruined the beautiful ambience of the entrance to the hotel... it permeated through the elevators The Sound Bar Menu was lacking in healthy options Otherwise it was okay, the menu needs to be expanded for a hotel of that caliber/reputation
