Room was clean, good shower, enough toiletries for two days. The TV was good.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room felt private and had a nice view of the garden as we were on the opposite side of the car park. The location was convenient and it was handy to have the shop within walking distance.

We put a sign out for the room to be refreshed for the second day as we needed more tea and milk and would have liked the mugs to be washed but nothing was done however we could probably have asked at the service station. The company may wish to invest in a carpet cleaner. There is a bit of a drop from the bath to the floor. The Wi-Fi did not appear to work.

The property was comfortable and the room itself was very clean, linen and towels fresh and toiletries supplied. Exceptional value for money, location excellent for what we required.

I feel the room was let down by the conditions in the lobby and common hallway. The carpet had obviously not been hoovered for a while and empty drink containers and empty food containers were scattered along the hallway as we approached our room, the grass area outside also had litter scattered over it. The front door was insecure and there was no emergency telephone number to be seen. This is a shame, the room itself was excellent and for that I would have given 10/10

Position, staff, comfy bed, clean linen, seats in what was nice meadow til grass cut, would have rated 10 but for entrance need better hoovering and attention and dogs in back grass.

Access difficult til know access points, need clear signs to back road of motorway..Realise changeover fuel lessee meant no signs,Euro Garages should have sent amended instructions day Spar sign removed for 24hrs. Service station users with dogs use back of motel for exercise and dog business, smell in room if window open after grass cut, Euro need to ban dogs in that area as offensive to guest staying.

Easy access, all on one level. Room is spacious with a large bathroom / toilet area. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Plenty soft towels. The request for a quiet room was honoured. Accommodation block is just across the forecourt to the choice of fast food restaurants.

But alas the bed room corridor and entrance foyer was scruffy. Quite a bit of small litter. I appreciate this is probably dropped by other guests. The need to smoke out doors is a requirement but again other guests had dropped cigarette butts everywhere. It appeared evident to me these areas just outside the front doors hadn't been swept or cleaned up for a few days, at least. I am aware this poor appearance is caused by smoking guests.

Convenience of having easy access to a 24 hour service station. Very helpful as I was on holiday with my Motorcycle and was bike touring. It simplifies things so that you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday without having to spend time looking for fuel etc...

The location of the hotel was an advantage and can be a disadvantage as it was quite removed and isolated therefore if you came to enjoy your stay inside the hotel and enjoy the town then it can be not very interesting.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and clean with spare sheets & towels, coffee,tea and toilet paper all stocked up . Very good wi fi signal & nice TV but with limited channels. Easy to get food ,burger king,Gregg's & Subway all close by. Make sure they get your car registration when booking in as the ample parking is only free to guests.

Room carpets had seen better days but did not seem dirty. Main entrance had some blown in leaves & passage ways to rooms were not cleaned during our 2day stay

For £50 absolutely fine, even had a sofa in the room. Nice big windows comfy bed and nice bathroom. Service station nearby for essentials.

Have since received a parking fine for £100 from parking eye, (which we`ve sent back to them) and the garage accross the way was having a refurb, so had to back to Monmouth to get some essentials, (wine) if you know the area, getting to Monmouth is easy, getting back to the hotel means going all the way to Raglan to turn around.

The room was clean and a decent price. Despite the location close to a busy road (which is quite convenient) there was no significant traffic noise through the night. Because check in is at the 24 hour services there was no problem checking out ridiculously early.

It was understandable that there was no breakfast available (there are fairly standard options at the services: Burger King, Greggs, Subway and a Spar with warm food options) but still a slight negative.

We were a bit doubtful about staying here because of some of the reviews. The accommodation is away from the noise of the service area, and very quiet. Check-in at the Spar shop worked very well, with clear instructions. The room was large and spotless, with everything we needed. Breakfast was very easy - there is a large seating area with Greggs, Burger King, Starbucks etc. We will certainly stay again.

We were misled by our satnav taking us to the back entrance to the site, but direct access off the A 40 is easy. True, there are no staff on duty in the accommodation block, but that is true of other similar places..
