Everything! Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. Great bathroom, well heated, easy to ventilate, lots of nice thoughtful touches throughout this well designed and bespoke accommodation it has really thought of everything for the weary traveller. The breakfast was well tasty and most generous. The hosts are welcoming, generous, heart centred and extremely well organised. Maureen is a chatty nice lady that welcomes you. Don't be afraid to ask for anything you may need. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. There is a fan and a fridge that many places don't have. Coffee facilities also. Very nice modern large shower was great. 4 toilet rolls instead of the normal 2 you get. Breakfast is served very quickly with Mo's family helping out. Help yourself to toast and cereal etc . The breakfast is a fry up with vegetarian sausages if required. There is a seating area to the front and a multistorey carpark just at end of road. Had a nice time staying here in this friendly family run guest house. One of better places to stay in Paignton just metre's from the front. Dogs are welcome.

Only thing I can say that needs looking at is my bed sloped to one side probably floor boards. Needs raising with little extra wood blocks. Everything else was wonderful 😊

Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Eggs just how I like them nice and runny. The o ly negative thing is the table could have done with cleaning from last guest. Crumbs and a bit sticky. But hey, not a deal breaker. 😊 Very friendly welcome when I arrived.

I would have liked the shower to be a bit hotter but that could just be me.

The owner is super friendly, and it is obvious that a lot of hard work happens behind the scenes. The room was very clean with generous provision of tea, coffee and milk. The breakfast hours may appear limited but that is so they can deliver a super efficient service. The breakfast was lovely. I was unwell on one day and unable to eat it sadly.

The four small dogs can be very noisy when guests come and go. Guests really should know that when deciding to book. There is a non smoking policy which is great but the smell of cigarettes smoked outside got into my front facing room and there was evidence of smoking happening previously in the room. Having said that it was still extremely good value for money and I would return if I went to Paignton again.

We had an amazing stay,We loved it so much we've booked for next Easter and Summer.The room was great,the breakfast delicious and a good variety of items.The B&B was close to the beach and close to the street with the gift shops etc.Mo and her family made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble,Mo's son even gave us a lift to the bus station! Can't wait to stay again.😊

Property was clean, fresh and modern. Owners and family all lovely and friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay, love that there is resident dogs which also like to welcome you I will be bringing my pooch along next time. Don’t let this put you off if not a dog lover or scared as only small and not roaming free! The bed is one of the most comfiest I’ve ever stayed in nice big comfy pillows and thick duvet. Breakfast is lovely served nice and hot and good selection on the breakfast bar of cereals and fruits. Walking distance to the beach and shops just all round good place to stay

Breakfast was excellent so much choice to choose from English fry to cereals, fruit and cooked freshly was superb, having a fridge and cool fan in the bedroom for this time of the year in July was excellent!!! Friendly family run hotel, Molly was nice and cute dogs. Location is like my second home, where my Grandparents lived in Paignton so I've been visiting Paignton since I was a child of eight years old. I love the hotel right near the beach, Vue Cinema and town. It has everything here! I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Unfortunately for me it was the bed was to soft for my back and squeaky noises, needs a new mattress for extra support I felt like a sunken ship! Sorry to say, which was uncomfortable. Pain in my back and hips the next morning. But I made the best of my Birthday hols sleeplessness, but everything else was pretty good. Thank you.

Well presented rooms with a fridge, which is a god send when you have children and you want to store their many snacks. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was plentiful with a cereal/fruit/toast breakfast on offer along with a cooked meal. The location was also perfect!

There were little quirks such as the TV coming on every hour, so the plug needed disconnecting overnight. But we just found it funny!

Mo was a wonderful host who was always there to help but never intruded. I had room 5 (single toom) and it was ample sized for a single. Great sized en suite with good water pressure. The bed was comfy, curtains blocked aloy of light. I loved there bring a tub chair to sit in to watch TV and the little fridge was a great bonus. Breakfast was very generous and not too early. I was struggling to get my clothes washed and Mo stepped in and washed/dried a load for a small fee which I was very happy to pay.

The room was plenty big enough for us, The breakfast was lovely, Plenty of choice for a large breakfast or a small, simply fill out the slip , My daughter was a big fan of the dogs and finally the staff, Mo and family are very welcoming and friendly, even supplied fans for the heat and bottles of water to put in the rooms fridge, Lovely holiday
