I like the location and the shared kitchen facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. They allow pets.

I’m have stayed here several times and they have just changed it to be as staff free as possible. There is nobody on reception at check in. Several guests had problems with the key codes sent. Nobody was answering the phone when I rang several times. One guest had to wait over an hour to get access to his room. It was chaotic and very uncomfortable. There is no reception to sit in to wait. I had been travelling for 7hrs to get there and it’s the last thing I needed. Also, nobody emptied the bins or cleaned the kitchen on the Saturday. The bins were overflowing. Not as good as my previous visits.

I DIDNT HAVE BRECKFAST AT THE PROPETY AND THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE DISPENCER. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR BACK FROM THE HOTEL ABOUT BEING MOVED AT SHORT NOTICE TO A DIFFERENT PLACE. IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU CAN OFFER ME I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR ABOUT IT. 07584419541.

I WAS IN THE TOP OF THE PROPTER AND IT WAS BAD ON MY LEG AS I CANT WALK FAR IT WAS ONLY ROOM AS I WAS SENT TO A DIFFERENT PROPTY ALTOGETHER TO THE ONE I HAD PAYED FOR. I AMLOOKING TO STAY SOMWHERE THIS WEEKEND BUT I AM UNSURE IF I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. UNLESS I HAVE SOME SORT OF COMPLEMENTY FORMY INCONVENIUNCE

Spacious and clean, it has everything you need including a hairdryer and fan. Shower was great and loved the smart tv. Having the communal kitchen is great and it was spotless. We stayed 5 nights so was handy to be able to make breakfast etc.

A few very small things to consider. I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep well but very firm so left me with a stiff back. I was on the top floor and no lift. These things would not stop me from staying again as over all it was great. If you have bad back or knees maybe not for you.

Very close to train station, quiet location, clean. There are also sockets on both sides of the bed which I always appreciate. Good communication with the host via booking, even during our stay.

Wifi was very poor, so if you need to work from there, it might not be possible. The cookware, such as pots and pans, was in very poor condition, barely suitable for cooking... additional unexpected costs during check-in to cover any potential accidental damage.

The shower was incredible, the room was really comfy and the spaces were very clean. Communal areas are well equipped wand the location is amazing.

There was no TV remote for the shared space. They were very forceful in relation to an additional deposit that had to be paid before staying, this isn't clearly stated when you book in and I felt this was very underhand and forcefully done.

The room was very clean and so was bathroom.

There are many codes you have to put in to get up stairs and in hallways and then to the room. Also at front door. There no number to call the staff or office that I could see. But other than it was a beautiful place and if was not for enough person who booked in it wouldn't of even happened as couldn't get hold of the staff. Plus no wifi when states does. They have built in smart TV.

Check in straight forward, clear directions for keys etc

Mattresses definitely need change. Also it was very hot in the room with no possibility to adjust the temperature. I did not really appreciate £50 charge extra and still haven't to received it back- absolutely no need in that fee. Also would be great to know about this charge in advance before booking - I wouldn't book it if I'd known about it before

it’s a super comfortable room, shower was lovely, in a very convenient place, parking was just down the road at the train station and 10 minute walk away from city centre

it’d be good if there were key cards as opposed to codes for each door, and our room was on the very top floor and it wouldn’t be massively accessible to someone using a walking aid

I don’t think I fully realised it was a shared kitchen. The staircase area was dirty on the carpet so a little off putting on arrival While the door had a code it did not feel secure. You could hear other people’s tv through the walls and even them sleeping. No provision for wifi
