Great hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a lot better than expected. Built in casting in TV so can cast programmes etc from phone/tablet. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Plymouth.

Only downside, can hear when people open/close doors to adjacent rooms or if they are walking by and talking. This is the only downside I can think of, although this is the case in pretty much all hotels!

The staff were friendly, the room was large, and the facilities were accessible. Well priced considering the very convenient location.

Not much to mention here, but at a push; there was a mark on the bathroom wall (dome kind of streak), and I had to do some paperwork when I arrived. Nothing I care much about, but others might.

Big room with plenty of lights making it bright. Well cleaned and comes with tea/coffee and a kettle. - Bathroom was spacious and better than a premier inn or travelodge, especially the shower. - Definitely recommend this place over any other hotel in plymouth as it is located on the main high street and my experience was better than other major hotel companies. - Breakfast was included, Plenty of choices. Tea, Coffee, orange and apple juice, range of pasteries and cereals.

Nothing I disliked, everything was very high standard. There was a downside that there is ongoing refurbishment during the day but wasn't really bothered by it.

Room was just right for myself and my daughter, the bed was hard but I’m used to a softer bed. The room was good with everything we needed. The lady at the breakfast hall was excellent, very friendly and tended everyone that came in. She is by far the most helpful and friendly assistant that I have ever come across in Plymouth, she is a credit to your establishment.

the bathroom was really nice and room was big. had own shared balcony. central, so near main bus stops and good distance from shops. i’d say it’s worth money.

there were pubes and hairs on the floor in bathroom, and in corners. if you took the sheets off bed, there were hairs too. breakfast was limited. balcony didn’t have key to lock it. the hotel was very difficult to navigate. it was quite a long way, once you’ve found the way, to the breakfast room. even with signage, it isn’t great. lift broke often and from what other guests were saying, it’s like that everyday.

Special mention goes to Jack at the Front Desk. Knowledgeable, informative and caring..he went above and beyond to make the journey better. Room was nice, breakfast was good, dedicated staff and good location.

The location for me was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The continental breakfast was just enough. The room was clean and tidy and had extra pillows. Could have done with air con but that’s coming apparently. Gave us an extra half hour to check out after the time as I’m disabled. The bathroom was a brilliant size for disabled. Plenty of room in the room. Perfect situation for shopping and all amenities.

The room was warm and comfortable with great facilities. The staff were all friendly and helpful, did everything with a smile. When I booked I asked if there was anything that could be done to make the occasion stand out and the staff got it spot on with the Duty Manager providing some chocolates for us on arrival with a lovely welcome note for us. The team here is brilliant, thank you to every one of them for making our brief visit so memorable.

Staff were amazing especially Jack who did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed plus more! Other great and helpful staff were Ashley, Sue and I believe her name was Chloe? We also met the manager who was so lovely. Absolutely everyone was so friendly and cheerful. The room was amazing with a beautifully kept balcony, everything was clean and neat. The free breakfast was so tasty and plenty of options available! We were going to the theatre and my mum struggles to walk a long way so it was the ideal distance for the theatre (about a 5 minute walk)

Wasn't expecting breakfast so was a nice surprise when we were told it was available. Plenty of choice and a good start to the day

The room was quite hot so had to use the fan a lot which was quite noisy. I struggled with the bed - seemed fine I often struggle in different beds
