The room was spotless with a modern ensuite bathroom including a large shower. Plenty of clean towels. Handwash and shampoo and shower gel are provided. It had aircon too. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and complimentary biscuits are provided. TV. There wasn't an iron and ironing board in my single room. The room was quiet with no noise from the pub downstairs or fellow boarders. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are lovely and helpful. The food is typical of Wetherspoons pubs and served nice and hot. Excellent customer service. It's central to Worcester city centre and the train station. I would stay here again.

I couldn't fault it.

Hotel in the center of worcester , Lovely very clean bedrooms nicely decorated the comfort tray was full of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, 2 bottles of water and biscuits. The man that checked us in was very nice and welcomed us and was very helpful in that the following day there was a fun run and all the roads were to be closed and the car park we were in would have been closed off from 8 am we did not want to leave that early so he went online found a car park that we could exit after the start of the run and gave us the postcode he could not have been nicer, we would stay there again when next in worcester.

We had a breakfast there the following morning and the food was good but could have been a bit hotter the same with the water out of the machine for tea and coffee. But this would not put us of eating there if we visit again.

Rooms are beautiful and have modern decor. I've stayed at some wetherspoons and other locations in Worcester that are tired and need updating - this isn't one of them. Very friendly team, especially the manager who took our breakfast order on our last day. Nice to have a bit of jolly banter. We had 2 rooms and one of them was an accessible room which had wet room and was a very large room. The other room was much smaller and a bit tighter to navigate around the bed to get to the bathroom but not a massive issue for us. Easy check in and check out. Free bottled water, hot choc sachet and biscuits provided. Lovely comfortable space

Room was huge and very comfy! The bathroom was super clean and the walk in shower was a lovely touch! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, even with us coming in late after a wedding! Amazing quality for the price

We had an issue with one of the key fobs running out of battery once we got back so we couldn't get into one of the rooms which was obviously a bit of a nightmare and it took a while to sort out which wasn't great at 1am, I am not sure they knew exactly how to fix it so it did take a while but they were very helpful and kept calm even with quite a stressful situation. This was the only down point to an otherwise great stay!

Double room clean, spacious, comfortable firm bed as we like, soft duvet cover, firm pillows. Bathroom great. Lovely shower. Was given room other side of the pub. Stayed on a rowdy Friday night. Could not hear a thing. Excellent sound proofing it seemed. Glad on first floor as saw no lifts and I’ve got bad knees. So on our side of things apart from the milk and lack of sugar a fabulous place to stay for the money paid.

Oat plant milk for cup of tea. Since when do you put THAT in rooms. Cows milk all the way even if it is long life. Not enough white sugar for cups of tea at least 2 sachets each(1 teaspoon) and same on brown sugar for coffee drinkers.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room! Large room size, modern bathroom, free bottles of water, good amounts of tea and biscuits. Good central location. We parked at the Crown Gate Car Park as we saw there was a discount price but we arrived just after 5pm on the Saturday and the Sunday charge was £1 for the day so the parking only cost us £2 overnight, so that was very welcome! We were expecting a bit of noise as it is pub accommodation and open til 1am but it was surprisingly quiet. I put in earplugs just in case but even without them it was surprisingly not bad for noise!

It was only an overnight stay, so no complaints really! Breakfast isn't included in the price which you might get with a B&B but there is a very affordable breakfast menu if you wanted breakfast so no hardship.

The good stuff started with the call centre guy who I had reason to call and ask for directions to the best place to park the car, Towngate multi storey car park is a two minute walk from the hotel and very reasonable price £3.20 for overnight and leaving at 9.15am. Check in is a little odd as the reception is not staffed, you go to the bar and ask for the duty manager and they will send a staff member to check you in. A short wait ensued and it was done, payment taken and key cards given. We were shown where to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, the decor is clean and fresh in both stairwell and the bedroom. Like a lot of ’spoons the building is old and I thought it was tastefully done with sympathetic adaptations to turn the old building into a city centre hotel. Quirky rather than a slick modern chain hotel. Bedroom 207 was excellent for us two and the bed was huge. A full size bath en-suite and windows secondary glazed kept any noise from the drinkers two floors below at bay on a sunny evening. Dinner! The only small criticism I have is that we were in the pub before it got busy. Yet both of the meals we ordered were served cold or at least cool, the presentation was good and I have to commend the staff for the way they dealt with it when I had a chance to speak with someone about it. The plates were cleared away and a pair of completely fresh and hot meals were brought out having been cooked fresh from scratch. Excellent customer service! I will end my review by saying that all in all the experience is one I would happily do again and if like us you are visiting Worcester you would be hard pressed to find better value for money <£100 anywhere in the centre of the city. Thank you to all the staff members we had contact with.

What’s not to like? if you know Wetherspoon you know what to expect.

Great location, 5 mins from train station, 5 mins from cathedral. Room was spacious and comfortable, good disabled equipped bathroom, staff were efficient and helpful (mostly) and it is good value for your money

Housekeeping is abysmal, practically non existent in fact, apart from the duvet slung back on the bed you would never know they had been The disabled toilet in the pub is open for anyone to use, resulting in it being left very unpleasant for genuine disabled people, floor so sticky your feet stuck to it, more “miss than hit” with the toilet itself. It should be locked to avoid misuse. Several items not available on the menu, including steak on steak night, no drinks menu, dirty tables. Smokers standing at the front entrance. It’s such a shame as it’s a lovely pub and the staff are lovely

Last minute booking, great price, the room was spacious comfortable and very clean. Nice size bathroom with large shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, good engagement with a smile, couldn't fault hotel side.

Ah the dreaded breakfast! you either get ok or very bad at Weatherspoon's, afraid this was the later.. two egg bacon/sausage muffins, both cold and inedible.....coffee was bad...only plus side we only wasted £6... But don't put you off from staying at the hotel, there are plenty of other breakfast outlets with easy walking distance to cater for all tastes

So unexpectedly quiet and it was a big room for a twin. Really surprised me how lovely everything was. The shower was huge! Free water in the room. Comfortable bed!

The beds hadn't been made properly. They were clean and looked great, but double sheets had been folded over to make a single twin, and I had to remake the beds just so we could get in. The WiFi was very patchy, dropped out most of the time and the AC/Heating didn't seem to work properly. It was noisy and freezing, seemed impossible to get warm. Just turned the whole thing off in the end. Top floor room but no lift. With heavy bags, that was a bit of a workout but only 3 floors.
