Staff were very efficient, attentive and welcoming. The food was excellent, generous portions. Our room was very quiet, not over the bar or restaurant area and it was so good to have the view of the river - particularly as we had a Juliette balcony from where we could also see the cathedral. The super king bed was very comfortable, perhaps the most important detail of a stay in a hotel.

Just one minor point - the bedside lamps were a nice design which complimented the decor but they didn't cast enough light over the bed to make reading possible. Wall mounted lights overhead or taller lamps would be good. That said this didn't spoil our visit.

We were very lucky to be upgraded to one of their apartments - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen and living space. The bed in the master bedroom was large and very comfortable. We slept very well! The lounge had a small balcony overlooking the river. We had dinner in their restaurant, which was excellent and fantastic value for money. Breakfast was included in our booking and was really good with a wide choice from their select menu. It made a welcome change from the ubiquitous self-service breakfast buffet offered at other hotels! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

First of all, many thanks to the hotel staff for upgrading my room- how delightful was the two bedroom top floor apartment with beautiful Severn views! It just made my mid week break an absolute dream-thank you! The apartment was spacious, immaculate and with all facilities required, including fully equipped kitchen. The hotel location was perfect, few minutes walk to city centre and Worcester cathedral. Staff was kind and generous, offering a marvellous breakfast menu- far the best in the many years I travelled around the Britain.

There was absolutely nothing not to be liked- this stay was a wonder and I will be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a superb location overlooking the river, very close to the town and all facilities. Very warm and helpful welcome from the gentleman on reception. The hotel had wonderful artwork and furnishings and is very tastefully decorated. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable, and was quiet overnight We ate there and the food was excellent and good value for money. All the staff were friendly and professional and a special mention for Mia who was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was also excellent and the young lady serving was also very professional and friendly Overall a first class hotel and staff. Will definitely return and fully recommend to others

The location by the river and very close to the town centre and historic sites The room was very comfortable with nice big beds. Not large and two chairs would have been nice but just not room. The breakfasts were wonderful and service very nice. Our one evening meal was outstanding but restaurant very noisy and crowded as it was Tuesday with 50% off. However the staff coped so well and we did not wait too long at all. Very enjoyable.

I did not like the bath which was very deep and a very awkward shape. Hard to get to the taps and very hard to get out of without a grab rail. I think with the limited size of that particular room (102) a walk-in shower would have made it feel more spacious.

The room was really lovely, very clean and spacious. Hotel is in a quiet position by the river. The breakfast was nice, well cooked and presented with polite, helpful staff in the dining room and on reception. The dining room was closed in the evening on Sunday and Monday but we would definitely have dined in there had it been open. We would definitely use the hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

There is nothing that we didn't like, we cannot fault it in any way. It's a shame the dining room is closed in the evenings on Sunday and Monday but we appreciate that staff need time off. I'm sure the food in the evenings in the hotel would have been great. This is not a gripe about the hotel in any way, we are extremely pleased with the whole experience. There are plenty of eateries in the city to choose from.

The location is as good as it gets for a city break, overlooking the River Severn and a Bevy of magnificent swans! Excellent bar/cocktail lounge/restaurant. We were upgraded to an apartment on arrival which was a real bonus. Our apartment was very well appointed and we wanted for nothing. Great breakfast and service. If we are in this area again we couldn't find a better place to stay.

Only one minor gripe, the showers leak on the bathroom floors but you do get plenty of towels so didn't cause us a problem.

What a wonderful place!. Light, airy, well presented. Situated on the quay but very close to the town centre, this gem of a hotel is a real find. The staff were exceptionally courteous, accommodating and helpful. We had room 201 which has was magnificent & spacious (complete with a safe for valuable too. The hotel is on the cusp of a natural bend in the river, so we had an amazing view of the length of the river Severn resplendent with a lovely & well kept quay side walkway. The walkway has been created as part of the conservation area and is really peaceful & tranquil. The bath/shower room was modern & well presented with a superb chrome shower coupled with a huge shower head - most welcome after we attended the Worcester Pitchcroft Parkrun which was a short walk away. In the morning we were treated to a fantastic breakfast in the tastefully presented high ceilinged fining area, complete with a mezzanine area. The cooked breakfast, complete with a range of fresh breads and a linen tablecloth & napkins was delicious and we were able to have enjoy this at 10.45am which was a bonus as it allowed us to treat ourselves after the Parkrun. Whatever business they're working to, they've really created something wonderful that works very well. We felt rested and instantly at peace and were made to feel very welcome and it really made our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you all.

Yon cannot criticise this amazing place. That said, it is worth bearing in mind though, that as a converted mill, space for a lift was evidently at a premium, so there is ONLY room for two in the lift - If you have more than an overnight bag each, you'll need a couple of trips ++ it's very small. On a personal note, the overnight parking, while secure, is right next to the river. Many people go to the area to feed the pigeons, swans and ducks (there is a huge bird population), so without being too base about things, I wouldn't park a car under the trees again.............

The check in male member of staff was very pleasant & helpful,showing us to our room. The room was spotless,very comfortable,with a very good large clean shower.The bed was large & so comfortable. We sat outside & were served our drinks by a very pleasant young man & lady. Breakfast service was served again by a very pleasant man,in fact all staff were lovely & very efficient. Breakfast itself was very good with a number of choices. Great location,very close to centre of city,river ,racecourse & cricket.Will definitely visit again.

Great welcome. Beautiful room. Robe was a bonus. Room finish excellent and facilities really good - Nespresso a great touch. Shower gel and conditioner another bonus. And breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the granola and yoghurt. Full breakfast superb. And coffee first rate. The waitress was so good too. This is a really classy place but with people who make you very welcome even a 60 years old in town for the cricket.

My only negative was being on 3rd floor with lift not working. I had a really good rate in a quality place so didn't mind too much.
