This was a great spot with wonderful staff and good food/beer. In particular, would like to compliment Serge - Manager, Stewart - Event Coordinator, Liv and Jordon at the bar, James - our attentive breakfast waiter, and Henry (Executive Chef). Each of these people went out of their way to make our 4 day stay special. Service like that is an aspirational goal for many; it was the reality for this crew as no request was impossible. We not only stayed at the Pub but also organized a family and friends function in the Snug. That went so well with the food and drinks that our 3 hour visit turned into an 8 hour party. Henry laid on a spread that had people talking - in fact a few people managed to take home some it as there was so much food. A word of advice, stay for the included breakfast........ it was one of the best we had during our entire stay in England. Well done and our personal thanks for helping us make those memories.

A nice addition would to have had a small tower fan in the room as it was unseasonably hot in Worthing. Otherwise very comfortable boutique hotel accommodations.

Smaller room than previous stay but clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff pleasant.

Bedroom door failed to lock / open on several occasions despite staff addressing. Shower door handle appears to be on backwards so unable to open shower cubicle door unless tall enough to reach over shower cubicle frame. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Table lamp at desk no bulb. Internet VERY poor. Not enough staff around. No choice of bread type at breakfast and a late breakfast resulted in some foods missing. Evening menu choices missing early on.

Location good, quite close to town but not busy Breakfast amazing! Other food servings very good Room small but comfortable, thoughtful décor. Quiet when kitchen ventilation turned off at 9pm Management very courteous and helpful Some staff were exceptional, welcoming and very professional

Worth paying extra for bigger & better room Sometimes needed to encourage bar and restaurant service Room lacking drawer storage and lack of safe

This stay was right up my street, I wish all my hotels could be brewpubs. The room was clean with unique decor and a very comfy bed. We loved the breakfast and also had large late lunch and bar food snacks for a lite dinner on the day we arrived and the food was all really tasty. Location wise, it was in walking distance to all the mircopubs we wanted to visit, half of which were town centre and the other half about a 15 mins walk. All in all I would definitely recommend for a beer lover and my favourite beer they brew was the one they had in the room fridge called, "Leaving Gift".

The long codes for the doors were annoying. The soap dispenser was empty in the toilet and we asked for it to be filled and it wasn't done.(we added some water and got soap out for washing our hands) Lastly and this is not really their fault but we were awoken at 2 in the morning to a couple really noisy foxes outside the hotel

Well positioned for Worthing town centre. Friendly check-in. Room clean and comfy. Lovely bathroom with fab heated towel rail so it was always toasty. Smart tv, fridge, comfy bed. Would stay again.

There were two green lights on the ceiling that meant it was never truly dark at night. Breakfast menu was lovely but both days the food wasn't very hot. Needs a bit of attention, one day there were no teabags until we asked, the next day the croissants took time. Ordered toast but wasn't given plates for it. Staff very nice but the whole things maybe needs better structure. The food itself was great but could be so much better if hot.

We stayed here for the brewing experience day. Zach, the head brewer was excellent and he really knows his stuff. No question was left unanswered and he is passionate about his craft. We'd recommend this experience day to everyone. The hotel and bar staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Particular thanks for looking after us so well to Lottie, Adrian and Zach. The room we stayed in on the second floor was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great double rain shower. Food was great with good pairing suggestions to have with different beers. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options on offer.

Can't think of anything to be honest!

A great position with parking included. a lovely quirky styled room with comfortable bed, great refreshing shower.

It was 95% good, and I would stay again, however a couple of points let it down. The keyless entry is a good idea, however I was given the wrong code, I was not told about the addition of finalising it with the ‘open padlock’ button, this may have been obvious if the entry system was at eye level. The room was generally clean, but I did find a plastic wrapper (from a vape) under the bedside table, which had been missed. The main sink plug was blocked and the water did not flow out properly. The main curtains did not close at the top, leaving light flooding the room early, light leaks from under the front door, too.

Really cool and modern rooms. Very comfortable bed, perfectly clean and nice touches around the room.

The breakfast wasn’t that great - didn’t feel freshly cooked. We had an issue with the keypad system getting into our room late one night - it was sorted kindly by the general manager but if he hadn’t of been there it would have been impossible to get back into the room.

The property is a cosy pub, the facilities in the bedroom were really good, such as a coffee machine, bottled water and complimentary bottle of beer to try. We had a convenient en suite available. The food that we had was tasty. The staff on site were friendly and we even got our room cleaned and bed remade each morning.

outside our room window was a vent for for the kitchen which was noisy till around 11pm however this did not affect our sleep and understand there is nothing you can do to prevent the noise

The breakfast was lovely; the room was clean and the shower was amazing! The room size was small but very cosy & the check in / check out was by far the easiest process I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are unlocked via keypad with a unique code, so you don’t have to worry about keys etc. and it meant I didn’t have the worry of accidentally forgetting to check out at the end / hand a card back etc. because I didn’t have one. I also liked that there was a decent car park and that I couldn’t hear much noise from the other guests.

I was really cold at times at night, but I didn’t look to see if there was a heater so that may have been something I’d done wrong
